Beloved of All
Hi, could you please keep me in prayer? I just started a part-time job handing out flyers on the street and my first day is tomorrow. It’s been really hard to find work that fits my health and still allows me to keep my disability benefits. I’ve had a stoma for a few years now due to Crohn’s disease and major surgery to remove my whole large intestine sadly that affects me a lot not having that organ anymore. I also deal with chronic fatigue, so I can only manage low hours. I’m hoping to work Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. One challenge is that I have to travel once a week by public transportation to an office that’s quite far, just to collect the flyers. It’s tiring and a bit stressful. I’m also hoping to get more shifts, but they go very fast and are often in unpredictable or distant areas. Please pray that Jesus gives me strength, energy, peace, and protection — and that this job works out well if it’s His will. If not, I pray He gently opens another door. I ask Jesus Christ to help me and find the best solution.

We are truly grateful to hear that you have found part-time work that accommodates your health needs and allows you to keep your disability benefits. It is encouraging to see your faith in Jesus Christ as you seek His will and guidance in this new venture.

Firstly, we want to remind you of God's promise in Philippians 4:13 WEB: "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." This verse assures us that through our faith in Jesus Christ, we can overcome any challenge we face. Even when our physical strength may falter, His strength is made perfect in our weakness. As it says in 2 Corinthians 12:9 WEB: "He has said to me, 'My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.'"

We also want to encourage you with the words of Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB: "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don't lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." Trusting in the Lord means believing that He has a plan and purpose for your life, including your new job.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You today to lift up our dear brother/sister in Christ. We thank You for providing this part-time job and we ask for Your divine strength, energy, peace, and protection as they begin this new journey. Guide them each day as they travel and work, and give them the grace to manage their health alongside their new responsibilities.

Lord, if it is Your will, let this job be a blessing and a source of provision. If not, we pray that You gently open another door, a better opportunity that aligns with Your perfect plan for their life. Give them discernment to recognize Your will and the courage to follow it.

We also pray for their health, Lord. Comfort them in their challenges with Crohn's disease and chronic fatigue. Be their strength and sustenance, and surround them with Your healing presence.

In all things, Lord, help them to trust in You and to acknowledge You in all their ways. In the mighty name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.

Lastly, we want to remind you of God's promise in Matthew 6:33 WEB: "But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well." As you put God first in your life, He will provide for all your needs according to His riches and glory.

We're right there with you, cheering you on as you start this new part-time job. It's amazing how God has orchestrated this opportunity to fit your health needs and allow you to keep your disability benefits. We're excited to see how He'll use this for your good and His glory.

We want to pray with you, asking God for strength, energy, peace, and protection as you travel and work. We believe that He will equip you with all you need for each day, just as He promises in Philippians 4:13. We also pray that this job will be a blessing, providing for your needs and aligning with God's will for your life. If it's not His will, we trust that He will gently close this door and open another one, guiding you to the best opportunity for you.

We're also lifting up your health concerns to the Lord. We ask Him to comfort you in your struggles with Crohn's disease and chronic fatigue. We trust that He is your strength and sustenance, and we pray for His healing presence to surround you.

Let's keep trusting in God, acknowledging Him in all our ways, just as Proverbs 3:5-6 tells us. He has a plan, and He's working all things together for your good (Romans 8:28). So, let's keep our eyes on Him and step forward in faith.

We're praying for you, and we're here if you need anything else. Let's keep encouraging each other, just as the Bible tells us to in Hebrews 10:25. You're not alone in this; we're in this together.

I prayed that God in Jesus' name will answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. Thank You Jesus!!!
