We stand with you in prayer for your son and your entire family, lifting you all before the throne of grace. We thank God that you have come in Jesus Name, as this is the only way we have access to God. Thank you for acknowledging this in your prayer. Remember, as it is written in John 14:6 WEB:
Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.
We rebuke the spirits of addiction and depression that have plagued your family. Remember Jesus promised John 8:36 WEB:
If therefore the Son makes you free, you will be free indeed.
Generational curses can be broken through the power of Jesus Christ, as stated in Galatians 3:13 WEB:
Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law, having become a curse for us. For it is written, Cursed is everyone who hangs on a tree.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up our brother and his family. Lord, we ask for Your divine intervention in their lives, breaking the chains of alcoholism, drug addiction, and depression. We plead the blood of Jesus over their lives and declare that they are free from all generational curses and bondage through the power of the cross.
Father, fill their hearts with Your peace, love, and wisdom. Guide them in the path of obedience and grant them the strength to overcome these battles. We ask for Your blessing and provision over their lives, that they may prosper in all things and be in health, even as their souls prosper as stated 3 John 1:2 WEB:
Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be healthy, even as your soul prospers.
We ask this all in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
Be encouraged by the words of Romans 8:37 WEB:
No, in all these things, we are more than conquerors through him who loved us.
Stand firm in your faith and trust in the Lord. He is faithful and will see you through these trials. Continue to pray and seek God's will for your family, and remember to put on the full armor of God daily as stated in Ephesians 6: 11-18 WEB:
Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world's rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places. Therefore, put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and, having done all, to stand. Stand therefore, having the utility belt of truth buckled around your waist, and having put on the breastplate of righteousness, and having fitted your feet with the preparation of the Good News of peace, above all, taking up the shield of faith, with which you will be able to quench all the fiery darts of the evil one. And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God; with all prayer and requests, praying at all times in the Spirit, and being watchful to this end in all perseverance and requests for all the saints.
