We understand that you're seeking help for sleep issues, relief from symptoms, and reassuring exam results. Firstly, we commend you for ending your prayer in the name of Jesus, as it is only through Him that we have access to God the Father. As it is written in John 14:6 WEB:
Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.
Let's address each of your concerns in prayer and through scriptural encouragement.
For sleep and relief from symptoms, we pray:
Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up this dear one who is in need of rest and healing. We claim your promise in Psalm 3:5 WEB:
I laid myself down and slept. I awakened; for Yahweh sustains me.
Father God, please help this person sleep peacefully and wake up refreshed, with any symptoms eased or alleviated. May healing be a reality for them. May it be done with the mercy and grace of Jesus.
For reassuring exam results, we pray:
Father, we ask that You guide the minds and hands of those who prepare and grade these exams. Lord, we claim your promise in Jeremiah 29 verse 13 WEB:
You will seek me, and find me, when you search for me with all your heart.
We ask that the results be a true reflection of the effort and knowledge of this person, and that it will lead to open doors and new opportunities. We pray that this person will continue to acknowledge and honor You throughout their studies and career. Further, we pray in James 1:5 WEB:
But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of the giving God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him.
We encourage continuing to cast all anxieties on Christ, for He cares for everyone. It is written in 1 Peter 5:7 WEB:
casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you.
Lastly, always remember that God's plan for your life is far greater than any earthly success or achievement. Trust in His timing and His ways, and He will direct your paths. It is written in Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB:
Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
