[JMJHMM]

Our pastor gave a message this morning on being disconnected—to God, your spiritual life, others, etc—and that prayer is the thread we have to bond these things back together. That message hit me hard. It was truly speaking directly to me... My life feels like it is in a shambles: my spouse has been unemployed almost a year, and seems to have given up on looking for or finding a job; our finances are similarly affected in a very negative and challenging way; our son is getting his driver's license and we found out our auto insurance may go up about $8K a year; we had a pipe burst during the storms in February and our landlord has not fixed it yet, so we are short a bathroom and my son’s room is full of plumbing supplies; our cat is sick; I am employed but have been working from home for a year and feel isolated; I also feel like all the burdens and responsibility of our family are on me because my spouse has kind of given up. I don’t have the time or strength and the more I get behind on things, the worse I feel and the less motivation I have. My prayer and scripture reading and overall spiritual life is taking a lot of the brunt. I barely have time to eat and sleep, so time with God is going by the wayside—knowing this is the wrong approach and fixing it are not the same. Please please please... I covet your prayers for my family and myself. Thank you and may the Lord bless you.

Show each of us what to do, what not to do, and what to take to stay safe and protected from all Covid variants. And God bless each of us with the desires of our heart that is the will of God for each of our lives. God bless us to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the grace and knowledge of Christ Jesus. Let us all come to know You and make You known. Heal us Lord Jesus in all areas of our lives. Make us whole in You. Help us all to keep our focus on You, trust You, walk in the faith, love, truth, peace, security, wisdom, and joy of Your Word. May we greet each day with a heart of thanks, praise, and gratitude unto You for who You are, all You have done, and will do in our lives. Help us, show us how, and bless each of us with the desire, knowledge, wisdom, and strength to fulfill our God-Purpose as we work on building a stronger more intimate relationship with You. God please encamp Your angels all around us to protect us from all sickness, evil, hurt, harm, danger, accidents, the plans of our enemies, and the plans of the enemy of our souls. God forever honor this prayer over each of our lives. Amen, so be it by faith, and by faith, it is so. Thank You Jesus.
