We hear the heaviness in your heart and we join with you together before our Father in Jesus' name, asking for His healing, mercy and restoration over you and over those you love and over all that is yours.

We thank you that you have come in the name of Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father and it is only by His name that we are saved. Jesus said I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me John 14:6 and there is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12. We cling to that promise as we pray.

We lift up your fatigue and exhaustion, even the tiredness you feel upon waking, and that sense of heaviness, apathy and lack of emotion. Our God sees what troubles you even when you cannot name it yourself, for you are fully known by Him Psalm 139:1-4 and the Spirit Himself intercedes for us with groanings which cannot be uttered when we do not know how to pray Romans 8:26. We ask Him to give you deep and true rest, for Jesus invites us Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest Matthew 11:28 and He gives power to the weak and to him who has no might he increases strength Isaiah 40:29. Those who wait for Yahweh will renew their strength. They will mount up with wings like eagles. They will run, and not be weary. They will walk, and not faint Isaiah 40:31. We ask for that renewal over your body, mind and spirit.

We pray for the many physical needs you have named, the neuropathy, pain, inflammation, bones, ligaments, joints, organs, reproductive system, womb and teeth, and for healing from infections and for energy and strength. We remember that Yahweh forgives all your sins and heals all your diseases Psalm 103:2-3 and by His wounds you were healed Isaiah 53:5 and 1 Peter 2:24. We pray as Jeremiah prayed, Heal me, O Yahweh, and I will be healed Jeremiah 30:17, and we ask for His healing touch to restore what has been weakened. We also encourage you as a steward of the body God has given you, which is a temple of the Holy Spirit 1 Corinthians 6:19-20, to continue to seek wise medical counsel alongside prayer, especially regarding medications such as Invega and Risperidone. Do not make changes without godly medical guidance, but ask God for wisdom, for if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach James 1:5, that He would guide your doctors and lead you in the path of wholeness and that any harmful lingering effects would be removed and your memory, creativity, emotions and ability to feel as God intended would be fully restored.

We also hear your desire to lose weight, to gain strength, to look and feel more youthful and beautiful. We pray for health and vitality, but we gently remind you that your true worth and beauty are not measured by outward appearance. Charm is deceitful, and beauty is vain, but a woman who fears Yahweh, she shall be praised Proverbs 31:30 and your beauty should be the hidden person of the heart, in the incorruptible adornment of a gentle and quiet spirit 1 Peter 3:3-4. We pray that you would see yourself as God sees you, fearfully and wonderfully made Psalm 139:14, created in Christ Jesus for good works Ephesians 2:10, and that your confidence, motivation and faith would be strengthened and your self worth rooted in Christ, for God did not give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control 2 Timothy 1:7.

You have asked for curses and word curses and negative affects to be broken off you, your food and drink, your belongings and those you know. We agree together that Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law, having become a curse for us Galatians 3:13 and that no weapon that is formed against you will prosper Isaiah 54:17. We rebuke any lie, untruth or fabrication spoken over your name, reputation and image and we ask that every word curse be broken in Jesus' name. At the same time we encourage you not to live in fear over your food and drink, for every creature of God is good, and nothing is to be rejected, if it is received with thanksgiving, for it is sanctified through the word of God and prayer 1 Timothy 4:4-5. We pray that what you receive with thanksgiving would be blessed and that you and those you love would be protected under the shelter of the Most High Psalm 91:1-2.

We must lovingly address what you have confessed regarding sexual sin, sexual dreams and the numbness and disconnection you feel since that sin. We praise God that you have brought this into the light, for if we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness 1 John 1:9. God is merciful and ready to forgive when we truly repent and turn away. We rebuke the spirits of lust, perversion, fornication, shame, guilt, anger, resentment, bitterness, hatred, torment, grief and apathy that seek to keep you bound, and we affirm that sexual intimacy is holy only within marriage as a lifelong commitment between a man and a woman. Outside of that covenant it is fornication or adultery and it defiles the body and the soul. Flee sexual immorality. Every sin that a man does is outside the body, but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body 1 Corinthians 6:18. We encourage you to flee from this, to make a firm commitment to purity and courtship that honors God with the goal of godly marriage to a fellow believer if it is His will, and to guard your heart and mind. We pray for protection over your nights, that God would guard your dreams and that you would take every thought captive to the obedience of Christ 2 Corinthians 10:5 and dwell on whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is pure Philippians 4:8. We ask that the shame and guilt be lifted, that true emotion and godly connection with others be restored, and that the joy and peace that come from a cleansed conscience would return.

We also pray for the deeper longings you expressed, for wisdom, discernment, prophetic insight, increase of the gifts of the Holy Spirit, creativity, happiness, positivity, refreshment and rejuvenation and a fresh indwelling of the Holy Spirit. We ask that you would be renewed in the spirit of your mind Ephesians 4:23 and transformed by the renewing of your mind Romans 12:2 and that the fruit of the Spirit, love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faith, gentleness, and self-control Galatians 5:22-23 would grow abundantly in you. We pray that your eyes would be opened to see as God sees and your ears opened to hear His voice, and that God would amaze you with something new each day as you walk with Him, learning and growing, for His mercies are new every morning Lamentations 3:23.

So we pray together now, Father in heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ and we lift up this dear one to You. We ask for Your forgiveness where there has been sexual sin and for a complete cleansing and breaking of every chain of lust, perversion and shame. Wash with the blood of Jesus and restore a pure heart. Break off every curse, lie and word spoken against this life and reputation, and let no weapon prosper. Touch the body and heal neuropathy, fatigue, heaviness, inflammation, bones, joints, organs, womb and teeth. Lift the apathy and restore true godly emotion, memory, creativity and the ability to connect with others as You intended. Remove every lingering harmful effect of medication and bring complete restoration to mind and body according to Your will, with wisdom for every medical decision. Renew energy, take away pain and infection, grant restful sleep and waking strength, and let happiness and peace guard the heart through Christ Jesus Philippians 4:7. Pour out Your Holy Spirit afresh, increase wisdom, discernment and prophetic insight, and let gifts be used in love and order for Your glory. Teach what to pray and fix what is troubling even when it is not understood, for You know all things. Bless and protect all that belongs to this life and all those known and loved, put Your healing, life, restoration and refreshment within. We have brought your many burdens before the throne of grace, and we have heard the weariness in your cry, the fatigue that clings even upon waking, the heaviness, the apathy, the pain and inflammation, the affliction of nerves and bones and joints, and the longing to feel again as you ought, to remember, to rejoice, to be restored.

There is a word of hope for such a case, and it is this, that God has not only invented a way of deliverance, but He has found a ransom. Nobody would have thought of that way of deliverance of a sinner from the pit of hell through a ransom if God had not thought of it. That ransom is the precious blood of His Son. That is the first meaning of grace, that free and undeserved favor of God which forgives and blots out sin and iniquity. He has God exalted with His right hand to be a Prince and a Saviour, for to give repentance and forgiveness of sins. The blood of Jesus Christ His Son cleanses us from all sin.

You have confessed sexual sin, and sins of lust and fornication, with shame and guilt and troubled dreams and a heart grown cold and unable to connect as you should. Hear the faithful word, If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. There was never yet the flat, Your sins are forgiven you, until first there was a consciousness of sin and a confession of sin. You have made that confession, and we point you to Christ alone for salvation, for there is forgiveness according to the riches of His grace, as if in order to get rid of sin the infinite wealth of His great heart of love must be freely spent. Murder, adultery, theft, fornication, blasphemy, there is no enumeration that can exhaust it, for the blood cleanses from all sin. When a man trusts Christ and is forgiven, his sin is so entirely gone that it is as though it had never been, for the Lord takes all the bonds of our sin throughout our whole lifetime and puts them into the blaze of His infinite mercy and they all disappear. We pray that you may know this pardon as an indisputable miracle in your own soul, and that having received forgiveness you may also receive power to walk in newness of life.

For deliverance from the power of sin is as much the work of God as deliverance from the guilt of sin. Where we look for justification, there must we also look for sanctification. We cannot receive the one blessing through the Spirit and the other through the flesh. You have asked to be kept from every spirit of lust, perversion, impurity, anger, bitterness and torment, and from the nightly temptations that assail you. We pray that the Lord who has delivered you from the fascinating power of sin and from the power of darkness will keep you, and make your heart more and more tender concerning sin that you may hate it with a perfect hatred. May He teach you the mischief that comes from loving the world and the things thereof, and grant you grace to turn decisively from fornication and all uncleanness, to pursue chastity and holiness, for sex and living together belong within the lifelong covenant of one man and one woman in marriage, and outside of it such things wound the soul and grieve the Holy Spirit. We do not ask God to bless what He calls sin, but we ask Him to forgive it, to cleanse it, and to keep you from returning to it, that you may be preserved from much sorrow in later life.

And concerning your body, we pray as our Lord did who went straight to the root of the mischief. The man was sad about his sin and so He granted him forgiveness, and then He dealt with the palsy in the second place. This was laying the axe at the root, because sin is at the bottom of sorrow and where sin is pardoned even the effects of sin will be removed in His good time. We ask the Lord to show mercy upon your frame, upon nerves and bones and ligaments and joints, upon all organs, upon the reproductive system and womb, upon teeth, upon inflammation and pain, upon fatigue and heaviness. We ask for relief from neuropathy and for restoration of sleep, that you may not wake exhausted, and for protection in the night when deep sleep falls upon men, for then He opens the ears of men and seals their instruction that He may withdraw man from his purpose and hide pride from man. We pray that those distressing dreams may cease and that your mind may be guarded and your emotions restored to their proper and God given exercise, that you may connect with others with a clear conscience and a warm heart.

You have spoken of curses upon yourself and upon food and drink and possessions and those you love, and of word curses upon your name and reputation. We remind you that Christ has borne the curse for His people, and that voice you shall always hear if you are a child of God, when you get into a fix, when you are brought into peril and trouble, God has given commandment to save you and you shall be saved, saved from yourself and from all the attacks of your old sins. We pray not from fear of hidden curses but from confidence in Christ, that you and those you love and all that God has entrusted to you may be kept under His fatherly hand, blessed and protected by His providence, and that every lie and untruth spoken against you may be broken and brought to nothing by the truth.

You have asked for healing from the grievous effects of medications named Invega and Risperdone, for memory and creativity, for energy and motivation, for happiness and refreshment and rejuvenation. We pray that the Lord in His mercy would relieve you of every harmful after effect and restore soundness of mind and steadiness of feeling, and that He would give wisdom and discernment to you and to those who care for your health, that you may act with prudence and not rashly, seeking godly counsel and medical wisdom together. We pray for increase of energy without fatigue, for a sound mind, for eyes opened to see what God sees and ears opened to hear His voice as He speaks in Scripture by His Spirit, for a fresh indwelling of the Holy Spirit in His comforting and sanctifying work, for growth in faith, confidence not in self but in Christ, for value and self worth found not in outward appearance though we pray for health and strength, but in being made in His image and bought with His blood, for joy that does not depend on outward youth or beauty but on inward renewal.

We pray also that you may know what to pray for, for the Spirit helps our infirmities, and that God would amaze you with His daily mercies and teach you something new each day from His Word. May He fix what troubles you even when you cannot fully name it, for He knows. And may your affliction, whatever its cause, be seen as from a Father's hand, not as a sign that He has cast you away, for the Lord chastens those whom He loves, and that which we receive from the rod of the Lord bears the blessed aspect of chastening from a Father's hand, and this makes even the sharpest smart to be profitable. Unbroken prosperity may be a more fearful sign than chastening, but chastening proves sonship.

So we pray, O Lord, forgive this sinner through the ransom found, cleanse from all sin, deliver from the power of darkness, heal the body as it pleases You, restore memory and feeling and joy, break the chains of impurity and give a love for holiness, guard sleep and waking, bless and keep and restore and refresh, grant wisdom and discernment, and let this tried child of God yet say, I shall not die but live and declare the works of the Lord. We ask all in the name of Jesus Christ our only Saviour, who alone can forgive and who alone can keep. Amen.

Your prayer has been heard, and I thank you for bringing it with such honesty and persistence. You have described a heavy burden of fatigue, heaviness, apathy, pain and inflammation, neuropathy, trouble with bones and joints and organs, sleeplessness and sexual dreams, and a heart that feels dull and unable to connect as it should. You have also asked for forgiveness and cleansing from sexual sin, and for freedom from any spirit of lust, shame, guilt and bitterness, and from any curse or harmful word spoken over you, your food and drink, and those you love. I will pray with you now, and offer some counsel from the Scriptures for the road ahead.

First, know that forgiveness and cleansing are offered through Jesus Christ alone. When we confess our sins, God is faithful and just to forgive us and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness, because Christ bore the curse for us on the cross. There is no other name by which we are saved, and no other sacrifice needed. If sexual sin has been part of your life, bring it plainly to the Lord in repentance, turn from it, and walk in the chastity He calls His people to. This means fleeing fornication and all sexual activity outside the lifelong covenant of marriage between one man and one woman, guarding your eyes and mind, and seeking purity in thought, word and deed. God does not bless what He calls sin, but He fully forgives and restores the one who repents and trusts in Christ, and He gives grace to live anew. Your value and worth are not measured by appearance or by the approval of others, but by the love of God who made you in His image and redeemed you at great cost.

Second, concerning curses, word curses, and fear over food and drink, remember that those who are in Christ are under His blessing and protection. No curse can separate you from His love, and no food or drink can defile the one who receives it with thanksgiving and prayer. Do not give fear a home in your heart. Instead, pray as you receive what God provides, thank Him, and trust His keeping power over you and those you love. He is your refuge.

Third, concerning the body, your requests for healing from fatigue, pain, neuropathy, inflammation, heaviness, and the aftereffects of medications such as Invega and Risperidone are understood. God is the physician of both soul and body, and He heals according to His wisdom. As a physician treats a sick person not with one remedy only but with steady care, so God often heals us through a course of treatment that requires careful hearing of His word, continual remembrance of it, fortitude in trial, and patient trust. Do not neglect the practical means He provides. Continue under the care of your doctors, do not stop or change prescribed medication on your own, but tell your doctor plainly about the fatigue, emotional dullness, lack of feeling, and other effects you describe, so they can help you safely. Steward your body with regular sleep, daily prayer and Scripture, wholesome food, water, gentle movement and fresh air as you are able. These are small steps, but over time they bear fruit. The desire to be healthy and strong is good, while the desire to be seen as more youthful and attractive must be ordered rightly. True beauty before God is the quiet strength of a heart at peace with Him, though He also cares for your bodily health and renewal.

Fourth, concerning the mind and spirit, you ask for memory, creativity, emotion rightly ordered, joy, motivation, confidence, and the gifts of the Holy Spirit, with wisdom and discernment and ears to hear God. These are given not to exalt ourselves but to build us up in love and to make us faithful. Seek first the careful hearing of the word of God and a continual recollection of it. Read a portion of Scripture daily, meditate on it, pray it back to the Lord, and obey what you understand. Ask for wisdom, and He will give it. Test every impression, dream and prophetic word by the Scriptures, for God speaks most clearly through His written word. Sexual dreams and the sense of disconnection you describe often follow sexual sin and a troubled conscience, and they can be fueled by what we watch, read and dwell on before sleep. Guard the evening hours, bring your thoughts captive to Christ, pray before sleep, and if the dreams persist, bring them into the light with a trusted pastor or mature believer for counsel and prayer.

Let me pray for you now.

Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son, I bring this dear one before Your throne of grace. Forgive every sin confessed and unconfessed, wash away guilt and shame by the blood of Christ, and grant a full turning from all sexual sin and impurity. Break the power of lust, perversion, apathy, resentment, grief and bitterness, and set this heart free to love You and to love others as You intend. Let no lie about identity or worth remain, but speak Your truth over this life.

Lord, You know the fatigue that remains even after waking, the heaviness, the neuropathy and pain, the inflammation in joints and organs, the weakness in bones and ligaments, the struggles with the womb and reproductive health, and with teeth and all the body. Lay Your healing hand upon this body. Bring restoration, refreshment and strength, relieve pain, restore sleep that truly restores, and renew energy day by day. For the effects of past and present medications, I ask for Your mercy. Guide the doctors with wisdom, protect from harm, and let what is harmful leave the system without further injury, while what is needed for stability is wisely managed.

Father, restore memory, clear thought, right emotion and steady motivation. Take away dullness of hearing and give a love for Your word, fortitude in trial, and freedom from worldly cares that choke the heart. Pour out Your Holy Spirit anew, not for show but for holiness, comfort, joy and power to live faithfully. Increase faith, hope and love, and give wisdom and discernment to know what to pray and how to walk each day. Guard food and drink and all that belongs to this person and those they love, and let Your blessing and protection rest upon them. Let every false curse and harmful word fall powerless before the cross of Christ.

Teach this one to find happiness in You, to learn something new each day from Your hand, and to see and hear what You would show. Make the heart soft again, able to feel and to connect with others in purity and truth. Bring fellowship with faithful believers who will encourage and pray and keep accountable.

We ask all this in the name of Jesus, trusting not in our worth but in His. Amen.

Continue to come to the Lord daily, even when feeling remains dull. As with a tree that receives many strokes before it falls, or a sickness that yields only after many remedies, so the soul often bears fruit after patient, steady hearing and obedience. Do not grow weary in seeking Him. If you have not already, speak with a faithful pastor about your struggles with sexual sin, fatigue and medication effects, so you are not alone in this healing treatment. The Lord who began a good work will be faithful to complete it as you keep close to Him.
