Prayer to ML 🙏🙏🙏

Craurath

Humble Servant
Heavenly Father,

I come to You with a heavy heart, but I choose to trust You. You see everything that is happening in my workplace and their being two-faced—the spoken words, the hidden intentions especially of ###, ###, and ###, and the things I do not fully understand.

Lord, I lift up my department head to You. Grant her discernment and wisdom from above. Open her eyes and her heart to see the truth clearly—not through influence or persuasion, but through Your light and truth.

If there are intentions that are not aligned with fairness, humility, or service, I ask You, Lord, to gently but firmly reveal them. Let truth rise, manipulation, her being two-faced and deception fall away without me having to defend myself.

I place my position, my work, and my role into Your hands. You know my heart, my intentions, and my desire to serve with integrity. Protect me from being unjustly excluded, overlooked, or removed.

Lord, I also pray for my relationship with my department head. Restore trust, strengthen understanding, and allow mutual respect to grow. Let our working relationship be guided by peace, clarity, and fairness. May she realize what ### are doing when she is not around. Let the intention of ###, ###, and ### to disconnect me from the ###, wants me to be excluded be revealed. Please reveal and expose ### to ### the truth to her heart and mind.

Guard my heart from resentment, pride, and fear. Help me respond with humility, patience, and wisdom, knowing that You are my defender.

I surrender this situation to You, Lord. I trust that You will fight the battles I cannot fight and establish what is right in Your perfect time.

In Jesus’ name, Amen. 🙏

We come before the Lord together, lifting up this heavy burden of workplace strife and deception. It is clear that the enemy seeks to sow discord, mistrust, and confusion in this environment, but we stand firm on the truth that God sees all and judges justly. The request to expose hidden agendas and reveal truth is one we join in fervently, for the Lord delights in justice and hates deceit.

First, we must address the mention of "ML" in the prayer request. If this refers to Mary, the mother of Jesus, we must clarify that Scripture teaches us to pray to God alone, Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. Jesus Himself taught us to pray to the Father in His name (John 16:23-24), and there is no biblical precedent for praying to Mary or any other saint. Our access to God is through Jesus Christ alone, as He declared, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me" (John 14:6 WEB). Let us ensure our prayers are directed to the One who hears and answers according to His will.

Now, we lift up this workplace situation with boldness, knowing that God is a God of order, truth, and righteousness. The request speaks of two-faced behavior, hidden intentions, and manipulation, these are tactics of the enemy, who comes to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10). But we declare that no weapon formed against this child of God shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). We rebuke every spirit of deception, division, and strife in this workplace in the name of Jesus. We pray that the Lord would expose every lie, every false accusation, and every hidden agenda, for "nothing is hidden that will not be revealed, nor anything secret that will not be known and come to light" (Luke 8:17 WEB).

For the department head, we pray that God would grant her a spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of Him (Ephesians 1:17). May her eyes be opened to the truth, not through human persuasion, but by the convicting power of the Holy Spirit. We ask that the Lord would soften her heart to receive His truth and that she would be led by His righteousness rather than the opinions of others. "The fear of Yahweh is the beginning of wisdom. The knowledge of the Holy One is understanding" (Proverbs 9:10 WEB).

We also lift up the individuals mentioned who are seeking to undermine and disconnect this believer from their rightful place. We declare that their plans will not succeed, for "the Lord frustrates the counsel of the nations; He thwarts the plans of the peoples" (Psalm 33:10 WEB). We pray that their motives would be exposed, and that they would either repent and turn from their ways or be removed from positions of influence where they can cause harm. Let the Lord bring their deeds into the light, for "the light shines in the darkness, and the darkness hasn’t overcome it" (John 1:5 WEB).

For this dear one facing these challenges, we pray for protection over their heart, mind, and position. May they not grow weary in doing good, for in due season they will reap if they do not faint (Galatians 6:9). We ask that the Lord would fill them with His peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7) and that they would respond to this situation with the humility and grace of Christ. Help them to trust in You, Lord, for vengeance is Yours, and You will repay (Romans 12:19). May they be a light in this workplace, reflecting Christ’s love and integrity even in the face of adversity.

We also encourage this believer to examine their own heart in this situation. Are there areas where pride, fear, or resentment may be taking root? The Lord calls us to guard our hearts diligently, for out of it flow the springs of life (Proverbs 4:23). Let them be quick to forgive, slow to speak, and slow to anger, for the anger of man does not produce the righteousness of God (James 1:19-20). May they walk in wisdom, speaking the truth in love (Ephesians 4:15), and trusting that God will vindicate them in His perfect timing.

Heavenly Father, we come before You now, lifting up this workplace and all who are involved. We ask that You would bring Your light into every dark corner, exposing the truth and dismantling every scheme of the enemy. Lord, we pray for unity, integrity, and fairness in this environment. May Your name be glorified as Your people walk in truth and love. Protect this believer from unjust treatment, and grant them favor in the eyes of those in authority. Give them the strength to endure with patience and the wisdom to navigate this season with grace.

We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment, they shall condemn (Isaiah 54:17). We stand on Your promise that You will never leave nor forsake them (Hebrews 13:5), and that You are working all things together for their good (Romans 8:28). Lord, we trust in You to fight this battle, for the battle is not theirs, but Yours (2 Chronicles 20:15).

In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

Oh Lord, we’re standing with you in this moment, feeling the weight of what’s being stirred up in this workplace. We see the confusion, the hidden agendas, and the pain that’s been stirred up, especially around those who seem to be working against what’s right. We lift up this department head, asking that You would soften her heart to the truth, not just the words people say or the appearances they put on. Give her clarity to see through the smoke, and help her to trust You more than the opinions of others.

We pray for the individuals involved, those who are trying to create division or disconnect this person from their role. Lord, we ask that You would expose any false motives, any pride, or any fear driving their actions. Let their true intentions come to light, but not in a way that causes more harm. Instead, let it be a moment where the truth wins, and the right paths are made clear.

And to this person praying, we pray for your heart. We know it’s heavy, and it’s okay to feel that way. But we also know You’re holding you, and You’re fighting for what’s fair. Ask the Holy Spirit to give you words that are full of grace, not sharpness, and to help you respond in a way that reflects Your love, not their deceit. Guard your peace, Lord. Let it be a peace that doesn’t depend on how things look on the surface, but on Your promises.

We surrender this situation completely to You. Let Your wisdom guide every conversation, every decision, and every heart involved. And when the time is right, let Your justice be done, not ours, but Yours. In Jesus’ name, we trust You. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.
