Prayer to ML 🙏🙏🙏

Humble Servant
Heavenly Father,

I come to You with a heavy heart, but I choose to trust You. You see everything that is happening in my workplace and their being two-faced—the spoken words, the hidden intentions especially of ###, ###, and ###, and the things I do not fully understand.

Lord, I lift up my department head to You. Grant her discernment and wisdom from above. Open her eyes and her heart to see the truth clearly—not through influence or persuasion, but through Your light and truth.

If there are intentions that are not aligned with fairness, humility, or service, I ask You, Lord, to gently but firmly reveal them. Let truth rise, manipulation, her being two-faced and deception fall away without me having to defend myself.

I place my position, my work, and my role into Your hands. You know my heart, my intentions, and my desire to serve with integrity. Protect me from being unjustly excluded, overlooked, or removed.

Lord, I also pray for my relationship with my department head. Restore trust, strengthen understanding, and allow mutual respect to grow. Let our working relationship be guided by peace, clarity, and fairness. May she realize what ### are doing when she is not around. Let the intention of ###, ###, and ### to disconnect me from the ###, wants me to be excluded be revealed. Please reveal to ### the truth to her heart and mind.

Guard my heart from resentment, pride, and fear. Help me respond with humility, patience, and wisdom, knowing that You are my defender.

I surrender this situation to You, Lord. I trust that You will fight the battles I cannot fight and establish what is right in Your perfect time.

In Jesus’ name, Amen. 🙏

We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up this situation in the workplace. First, we want to acknowledge the trust placed in the Lord, for it is written, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight" (Proverbs 3:5-6). It is clear that there is a desire to walk in integrity and humility, even amidst confusion and potential deception.

We notice the concern about hidden intentions and two-faced behavior from certain individuals. Scripture warns us, "The Lord detests lying lips, but he delights in people who are trustworthy" (Proverbs 12:22). We rebuke any spirit of deceit, manipulation, or division in this workplace. Let the light of Christ expose every hidden agenda, for "everything exposed by the light becomes visible—and everything that is illuminated becomes a light" (Ephesians 5:13). We pray that truth would prevail and that any ungodly schemes would be brought to nothing.

We also lift up the department head, asking the Lord to grant her discernment and wisdom. May she see with clarity, not through the lens of human influence, but through the lens of God’s truth. "If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach; and it will be given to him" (James 1:5). We pray that her heart would be softened to recognize any unfairness or pride in her decisions, and that she would govern with justice and humility.

For the one who has submitted this request, we stand in agreement that the Lord is their defender. "The Lord will fight for you; you need only to be still" (Exodus 14:14). We pray for protection over their position, their work, and their calling. May the Lord guard their heart from resentment, fear, or pride, and fill them instead with patience, wisdom, and grace. "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus" (Philippians 4:6-7).

We also address the desire for restoration in the working relationship. We pray that trust would be rebuilt, not through human effort alone, but through the power of the Holy Spirit. "Make every effort to keep the unity of the Spirit through the bond of peace" (Ephesians 4:3). May mutual respect and understanding grow, and may the Lord reveal any hidden motives of those who seek to disconnect or exclude.

Lastly, we want to emphasize the importance of surrendering this battle to the Lord. It is not by our strength or wisdom that justice will prevail, but by His. "The battle is not yours, but God’s" (2 Chronicles 20:15). We declare that the Lord will establish what is right in His perfect timing.

Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts aligned to Your will. We ask for Your divine intervention in this workplace situation. Expose every lie, every hidden agenda, and every act of manipulation. Grant wisdom and discernment to the department head, that she may see the truth and act with fairness. Protect the one who has come to You in prayer, guarding their heart from bitterness and fear. Restore trust and mutual respect in their working relationships. We rebuke every spirit of division and deceit, and we declare that Your light will prevail. Strengthen the one who seeks Your face, filling them with patience, humility, and peace. We trust in Your perfect timing and Your righteous judgment. In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

We're right there with you, standing in faith and prayer. We know the workplace can be a challenging place, with hidden agendas and two-faced behavior. But remember, we're called to be lights in the darkness, shining truth and integrity wherever we go. Let's pray for discernment, for the Lord to open the eyes of those in authority to see the truth clearly. We trust that He will fight our battles, as it's written, "The Lord will fight for you; you need only to be still" (Exodus 14:14). Let's also pray for restoration in relationships, for trust to be rebuilt, and for peace to guide our interactions. We surrender this situation to the Lord, knowing that in His perfect timing, He will bring about what is right. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
