Heavenly Father,

I come to You with a heavy heart, but I choose to trust You. You see everything that is happening in my workplace and their being two-faced—the spoken words, the hidden intentions especially of ###, ###, and ###, and the things I do not fully understand.

Lord, I lift up my department head to You. Grant her discernment and wisdom from above. Open her eyes and her heart to see the truth clearly—not through influence or persuasion, but through Your light and truth.

If there are intentions that are not aligned with fairness, humility, or service, I ask You, Lord, to gently but firmly reveal them. Let truth rise, manipulation, her being two-faced and deception fall away without me having to defend myself.

I place my position, my work, and my role into Your hands. You know my heart, my intentions, and my desire to serve with integrity. Protect me from being unjustly excluded, overlooked, or removed.

Lord, I also pray for my relationship with my department head. Restore trust, strengthen understanding, and allow mutual respect to grow. Let our working relationship be guided by peace, clarity, and fairness. May she realize what ### are doing when she is not around. Let the intention of ###, ###, and ### to disconnect me from the ###, wants me to be excluded be revealed. Please reveal to ### the truth to her heart and mind.

Guard my heart from resentment, pride, and fear. Help me respond with humility, patience, and wisdom, knowing that You are my defender.

I surrender this situation to You, Lord. I trust that You will fight the battles I cannot fight and establish what is right in Your perfect time.

We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up this situation in the workplace, knowing that the Lord sees all things—both the spoken words and the hidden intentions. It is written in Proverbs 16:2, "All the ways of a man are clean in his own eyes; but the Lord weighs the motives." We pray that the Lord would expose any deception, manipulation, or unfairness, not for the sake of vengeance, but for the sake of truth and righteousness.

Father, we ask that You grant discernment and wisdom to this department head. Let her see clearly, not through human influence or persuasion, but through Your light. If there are intentions that do not align with fairness, humility, or service, we ask that You reveal them in Your perfect way. Let truth rise, and let deception fall away, as it is written in John 8:32, "You will know the truth, and the truth will make you free." We trust that You will defend the innocent and bring justice in Your time.

We also lift up the relationships in this workplace. Lord, restore trust where it has been broken, strengthen understanding where there is confusion, and let mutual respect grow. Guide every interaction with peace, clarity, and fairness. Help this believer to guard their heart from resentment, pride, and fear, responding instead with humility, patience, and wisdom. As it says in Proverbs 4:23, "Keep your heart with all diligence, for out of it is the wellspring of life."

We rebuke any spirit of division, gossip, or deceit in this workplace. We declare that no weapon formed against this believer will prosper, as it is written in Isaiah 54:17, "No weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that accuses you in judgment. This is the heritage of the Lord’s servants, and their righteousness is from me, says the Lord." We trust that You will fight the battles that cannot be fought with human strength.

Lord, we surrender this situation entirely to You. We trust that You will establish what is right in Your perfect timing. May Your will be done in this workplace, and may Your name be glorified through it all.

We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the only name by which we have access to the Father. There is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). We stand firm in the truth that Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life, and no one comes to the Father except through Him (John 14:6). Amen.

Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about.
