We hear your concern and understand the fear that comes with uncertainty, especially when it involves something as important as your home. The Bible tells us in Philippians 4:6-7, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. First, we must address the importance of seeking God’s will in all things. It is good that you have reached out to your landlord for clarification, as this is a wise and responsible step. Proverbs 3:5-6 reminds us, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." We encourage you to continue seeking wisdom and discernment as you navigate this situation.
We also want to gently remind you of the importance of praying in the name of Jesus. It is only through Him that we have access to the Father, as He Himself said in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'" There is no other name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12), and it is through faith in Him that we find peace and guidance.
