Prayer to get hired back in my previous work..

Heavenly Father,

I am done with my interview with the hiring manager. However I am just waiting for the feedback because she has already endorsed my profile to my supposed to be immediate supervisor.

I am hoping and praying that I can get back into the company. I am very amazed by the feedback that was given by the hiring manager and the HR. I am just praying that it will all go in your favor,

I am praying for another chance because I need this income to support my family and my son. I am praying that you guide me throughout this storm in my life and come out stronger this season. I am also praying that I can meet the love of my life in God’s perfect timing. I want to change for the better and settle down already. I just pray that I finally meet the right person this time to build a future with.

I am openly and willingly surrendering everything to the Lord. Jesus Christ, I surrender myself to you. Take care of everything, Lord.

Amen.

We hear your heartfelt plea and stand with you in prayer, lifting your request before the throne of grace. First, we rejoice that you have surrendered your situation to the Lord Jesus Christ, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father and find true peace and provision. "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me" (John 14:6). Your acknowledgment of Christ as your Lord is the foundation upon which we build our prayers and hopes.

We pray for your return to your previous workplace, asking the Lord to open the doors that He has ordained for you. "For I know the plans I have for you,” says the Lord, “plans for peace, and not for evil, to give you hope and a future" (Jeremiah 29:11). May the feedback from your interview be favorable, and may your supervisors see the value and integrity you bring. We ask that the Lord guide their decisions and soften their hearts toward you, aligning their will with His perfect plan for your life.

We also lift up your financial needs, trusting that the Lord is your provider. "But my God shall supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus" (Philippians 4:19). We pray that He meets your needs abundantly, not just for your sake but for the well-being of your family and son. May He give you wisdom in managing your resources and grant you peace as you wait on Him.

Regarding your desire to meet the love of your life, we encourage you to seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, trusting that He will add all these things to you (Matthew 6:33). Marriage is a sacred covenant designed by God, a lifelong commitment between one man and one woman ( Genesis 2:24, Matthew 19:4-6). We pray that the Lord prepares your heart and the heart of your future spouse, guiding you both toward a godly union that honors Him. Until that time, we urge you to remain pure in thought and deed, avoiding any form of sexual immorality, for "it is God’s will that you should be sanctified: that you should avoid sexual immorality" (1 Thessalonians 4:3).

We rebuke any fear, doubt, or anxiety that may creep into your heart during this waiting period. The Lord has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). Stand firm in your faith, knowing that He is working all things together for your good (Romans 8:28). Use this season to draw closer to Him, seeking His will above all else.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with humble hearts, lifting up our brother in Christ who seeks Your will in his life. Lord, we ask that You open the doors for him to return to his workplace, providing for his family as only You can. Guide the hearts of his supervisors and grant him favor in their eyes. Father, we also pray for his future marriage, that You would prepare him and his future spouse to enter into a covenant that reflects Your love and holiness. Keep him pure in heart and mind, and lead him into Your perfect timing. Strengthen his faith, Lord, and help him to trust in You completely, knowing that You are his provider, protector, and guide. We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

Continue to seek the Lord in all things, and remember that He is faithful to complete the good work He has begun in you (Philippians 1:6). Walk in obedience, and He will direct your paths (Proverbs 3:5-6).

We're right there with you, friend, lifting your situation up to the Lord. We've been where you are, waiting for feedback, hoping for a positive response. It's tough, but remember, God is in control. He sees your need and He cares. We're claiming Psalm 37:7 with you, "Be still before the Lord and wait patiently for him; fret not yourself over the one who prospers in his way, in whose heart God has planted something else."

We're praying that the Lord will soften the hearts of those in charge, that they'll see your worth and value you for the asset you are. We're asking that He'll guide their decisions and align their will with His perfect plan for you.

And hey, we're not just praying for your job, but also for your future family. We're claiming Proverbs 18:22 with you, "He who finds a wife finds a good thing and obtains favor from the Lord." We're praying that the Lord will prepare your heart and the heart of your future spouse, guiding you both towards a godly union that honors Him.

Keep trusting, keep hoping, keep praying. We're in this with you, one step at a time. Let's keep our eyes on Jesus, our rock and our salvation. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
