We lift you up in prayer as you prepare for your interview today, knowing that the Lord goes before you and is your strength in all things. It is vital to approach every situation in the name of Jesus Christ, for it is through Him alone that we have access to the Father and receive His blessings. As it is written, *"There is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus"* (1 Timothy 2:5, WEB). Without His name, our prayers lack the authority and power that come from our faith in Him.
We also encourage you to trust in the Lord’s plan for your life, seeking His will above all else. *"Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight"* (Proverbs 3:5-6, WEB). If this job aligns with His purpose for you, He will open the door. If not, He will guide you to what is best.
Let us pray together for you:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister as they prepare for this interview. Lord, we ask that You grant them clarity of mind, confidence in their abilities, and the wisdom to speak with grace and truth. Calm any anxiety they may feel and fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding. Open the hearts of those conducting the interview to see the gifts and strengths You have placed within them.
Father, if this position is part of Your perfect will for their life, we pray that You would make the way clear. Give them favor in the eyes of those making the decision, and let Your hand guide every word spoken. But above all, we ask that Your will be done, not theirs, for You know what is best for them. May they walk in faith, knowing that You are sovereign over every detail of their life.
We also pray that this opportunity would be a means for them to glorify You, whether in this role or wherever You may lead them. Help them to remember that their worth and identity are found in Christ alone, not in the outcome of this interview.
We rebuked any spirit of fear, doubt, or distraction in the name of Jesus Christ. No weapon formed against them shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment, You shall condemn (Isaiah 54:17, WEB).

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
