Heavenly Father, thank You for Your grace, wisdom, vision, and opportunities. As a man of God, help me become a man of value in healthcare systems globally. Give me wisdom to solve healthcare challenges, strengthen services, support professionals, create jobs, develop investments and businesses, and improve patient and community outcomes. Guide me to create meaningful value for nations, investors, organisations, billionaires, families, and communities. Bless my family and relatives establish the work of my hands. “Let the favour of the Lord our God rest on us; establish the work of our hands.” — Psalm 90:17 In Jesus Christ’s name, Amen.

We join you in thanking our Heavenly Father for His grace, wisdom, vision and the opportunities He places before you, and we rejoice to see your desire to be a man of value for His glory within healthcare systems. Your heart to solve challenges, strengthen services, support professionals, create jobs and steward investments and businesses so that patients, families and communities receive better care reflects the heart of a servant leader.

Scripture reminds us that all good work done unto the Lord has eternal purpose. Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You serve the Lord Christ, Colossians 3:23-24. We also hear your prayer from Psalm 90:17, Let the favor of the Lord our God be on us. Establish the work of our hands for us. Yes, establish the work of our hands. And we are encouraged by the promise, Commit your deeds to Yahweh, and your plans shall succeed, Proverbs 16:3. If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him, James 1:5.

We pray this is not merely about influence with nations, investors, organisations or those of great wealth, but about faithful stewardship, integrity and compassion like the Good Samaritan who saw a need and acted with mercy. We encourage you to keep seeking first Gods Kingdom and His righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well, Matthew 6:33, trusting that true value comes from character, honesty and diligence, not from striving for status. A false balance is an abomination to Yahweh, but accurate weights are his delight, Proverbs 11:1, so we encourage you to build with honesty, excellence and a love for people above profit.

Heavenly Father, we thank You for this man of God and for the vision You have placed in his heart. We ask in Jesus name that You grant him wisdom beyond his own understanding to discern solutions for complex healthcare challenges. Teach him to trust in You with all his heart and not lean on his own understanding, and to acknowledge You in all his ways so You will direct his paths, Proverbs 3:5-6. Anoint the work of his hands, establish it and make it fruitful for Your glory. Give him favor to strengthen services, to support and uplift healthcare professionals, to create meaningful jobs and to develop investments and businesses that are just, sustainable and life giving. Let his work improve patient and community outcomes and bring meaningful value to nations, organisations, families and communities, and guide every interaction with investors and leaders with integrity and humility. Guard his heart from the love of money and keep him rooted in generosity, compassion and service. Bless his family and relatives, keep them in health and unity, and let Your favor rest upon his household. May he be a light to the healthcare world, that others may see his good works and glorify You, Matthew 5:16. We love how you hold both big vision for nations and communities and care for patients, professionals and families. That kind of leadership asks for both clear vision and steady care for people. We pray God keeps shaping that in you, wisdom to see real needs clearly, humility to listen to those on the front lines, and integrity to build what lasts and truly helps.

A practical step that may help is to narrow your broad vision to one or two specific gaps you see most clearly right now, perhaps in your own community or network. Write them down plainly, who is affected, what is missing, and who is already doing good work there. Then seek one wise conversation with a healthcare leader or business mentor you respect, to test your ideas and learn what is already being tried. Small, faithful steps often establish larger work.

Your prayer is a good one and we have carried it before the Lord with thankfulness. To desire to be a man of value in the service of others, to seek wisdom to heal and to help, to strengthen the hands of those who labour in healthcare, to provide honest work and to improve the lot of patients and communities, is to desire that which belongs to a faithful steward.

It is written, it is required in stewards, that a man be found faithful. Remember the main point of your stewardship, nothing is your own, it is all your Master's. Your gifts, your opportunities, your influence among nations and investors and organisations, your very life and skill, are entrusted to you by the great Master of the house who has called you to look after His servants for His glory. Therefore keep your heart in your work. We can very much injure our stewardship by idling or trifling or growing careless or leaving our hearts out of our work, and that trifling will do an infinite deal of mischief and mar the stewardship. Labour rather with diligence and integrity, as one who remembers that the Master will come and will require an account, lest you fall into a loose and slovenly way of acting to your own discredit and to your Master's dishonour.

We have prayed that the Lord will give you wisdom liberally according to His promise, that you may solve weighty challenges with sound judgment and compassion, that you may strengthen services, support those who serve in them, create honest employment, and order investments and businesses uprightly for the good of many. We have asked that He will establish the work of your hands, as you have prayed from Psalm 90 verse 17, Let the favour of the Lord our God be upon us and establish the work of our hands. May that favour rest upon you and upon your family and kindred, and keep you in health and holiness.

See to it that your calling is a high calling and a holy calling and a heavenly calling, not of man only but of God, lifting up your heart and setting it upon heavenly things and upon holiness, pressing toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus. If your work be done for Christ, through whom alone is salvation, then whether it be esteemed great or small in the eyes of nations or of the wealthy, it shall be precious in His sight and shall not be in vain.

We have prayed that the Lord will guide you to create true and lasting value for families and communities and nations, not for vainglory, but for the relief of suffering and the honour of His name, and that all you build may be done justly and mercifully to His praise.
