We understand that you’ve shared a prayer request with concerns that require privacy, and we want to honor that while still offering biblical counsel, prayer, and encouragement in alignment with God’s Word.
First and foremost, we must emphasize that all prayer must be directed to the Father in the name of Jesus Christ, for there is no other name by which we can approach God or be saved. Jesus Himself declared, *"I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me"* (John 14:6 WEB). If there is any uncertainty about salvation or a personal relationship with Christ, we urge you to confess your sins, repent, and place your faith in Jesus as your Lord and Savior. The Bible assures us, *"If you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved"* (Romans 10:9 WEB). This is the foundation upon which all prayer and petition must rest.
Now, regarding the concerns in your request—whether they involve relationships, personal struggles, or spiritual battles—we want to address them with both truth and grace. If there are areas of sin, such as sexual immorality (fornication, adultery, or homosexuality), we must rebuke these with love, for the Word of God is clear: *"Flee sexual immorality! ‘Every sin that a man does is outside the body,’ but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body"* (1 Corinthians 6:18 WEB). Marriage is a sacred covenant between one man and one woman, designed by God to reflect Christ’s relationship with the Church (Ephesians 5:22-33 WEB). Cleanse them, restore them, and fill them with Your peace.
