My name is ###. My daughter is studying in 1st year Engineering and facing difficulties in studies. I request your prayers that she will study well and get good marks in coming exams and get relieved from stress and anxiety. Also I request your prayers for my wife for peace and happiness.

We praise God with you for your faith in the Lord Jesus Christ and we join you in lifting up your precious family before the throne of grace.

We understand the burden you carry for your daughter as she faces the challenges of her first year of engineering. It is a demanding course and it is natural for a young student to feel overwhelmed, stressed and anxious. We also lift up your dear wife, asking the Lord to fill her heart with His peace and true happiness which comes only from Him.

The Lord cares deeply about these anxieties and He invites us to bring them to Him. Scripture reminds us, In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:6-7. We also take comfort in the promise, Don't you be afraid, for I am with you. Don't be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness. Isaiah 41:10.

For your daughter, we pray that God will grant her wisdom, understanding, and a sound mind as she studies. If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach; and it will be given to him. James 1:5. We pray that she will commit her studies to the Lord and work diligently as unto Him, for it is written, Commit your deeds to Yahweh, and your plans shall succeed. Proverbs 16:3 and Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men. Colossians 3:23. We ask the Lord to relieve her of stress and anxiety, to help her rest in His strength, to be able to focus and retain what she learns, and to do her best for His glory in her coming exams.

For your wife, we pray that the Lord will fill her heart with His perfect peace and joy. Jesus said, Peace I leave with you. My peace I give to you; not as the world gives, give I to you. Don't let your heart be troubled, neither let it be fearful. John 14:27. True peace and happiness are not found in circumstances but in abiding in Christ and trusting in His goodness and provision for your family.

We pray together, Father in heaven, we thank You for this brother who loves his family and brings them before You in the name of Jesus Christ. We ask You to lay Your hand upon his daughter. Grant her clarity of mind, discipline in her studies, and freedom from fear and anxiety. Calm her heart and let Your peace guard her thoughts. Help her to understand what she studies and to remember it, and to give her best effort in her exams for Your glory. We also lift up his wife to You, Lord. Fill her with Your peace that surpasses all understanding, with joy and contentment in You. Draw their whole family closer to You and to one another, and help them to cast all their cares upon You, knowing You care for them. We ask this in the mighty and merciful name of Jesus Christ our Lord, who is our wisdom, our peace, and our hope. Amen.

We encourage you to continue to encourage your daughter to be diligent, to rest well, and to bring every worry to the Lord in prayer before she studies. Encourage your wife and daughter to seek the Lord daily in His Word and in prayer, for there they will find strength and lasting peace. We are standing with you in prayer, trusting that God will work for good in your family as you trust in Him.

Father, we lift 's daughter to You and ask for Your calm and strength over her as she prepares for exams. Give her focus and rest, and ease her stress and anxiety. We have received your request with thankfulness and have brought you and your household before the Lord in prayer.

We join you in asking our gracious God to look upon your daughter in her first year of engineering studies. The Lord knows the burden of difficult lessons and the weariness that comes with striving to learn. We pray that He will grant her diligence and clarity of mind, strength to apply herself faithfully to the duties set before her, and that He will relieve her of the stress and anxiety which now presses upon her. We are reminded that the very anxiety which arises through being in a difficulty unfits us to meet that difficulty, and that the mind is the main thing which will bring daylight or midnight, peace or war. May the Lord teach her to cast her care upon Christ and to find that to do the will of Jesus is rest.

For your dear wife also we have prayed, that the God of peace Himself would bless her with that peace which He alone can give. This is not a mere lull of anxiety or a blindness to care, but a peace which flows from being reconciled to God through the blood of Jesus. As it is written, You will keep him in perfect peace whose mind is stayed on You, because he trusts in You. And again, Peace I leave with you, My peace I give unto you. When we bring our cares to Him, whether they be riches or poverty, family cares or daily labors, He has promised to bless His people with peace. It is a peace which comes by believing, a filling peace, a well founded peace, bought with the precious blood of Christ who is Himself our peace.

Let us pray together. O God of peace, who brought again from the dead our Lord Jesus, that great Shepherd of the sheep, through the blood of the everlasting covenant, we come to You through Jesus Christ alone, for there is no other name whereby we can be saved and no other way of peace. Look in mercy upon this daughter. Grant her a sound mind, a steady heart, and help in her studies, that she may learn with understanding and do her work faithfully before You. Take from her the spirit of fear and anxiety, and keep her in perfect peace as her mind is stayed on You. Look also upon her mother, and let Your peace which passes all understanding guard her heart and mind through Christ Jesus, filling her with quiet happiness rooted in Your love. Help this whole family to seek first Christ, knowing that when we have Him we have peace that no trouble can take away. We ask this in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, who is our peace. Amen.

We will continue to remember you all in prayer, and we encourage you to keep trusting the Lord day by day, bringing every burden to Him in prayer and resting in His faithful keeping.

We have received your request and we give thanks that you have brought your daughter and your wife before the Lord in prayer. It is good and right to seek Him in every need, for He wills that we come to the knowledge of the truth and find our help in Christ.

You ask for your daughter who is in her first year of engineering, that she may study well and be relieved from stress and anxiety before her exams. We understand this burden. Scripture teaches us that there are wars without, but the most grievous war is that within the person, when the soul is troubled by anxiety, fear and restless thoughts. No outward quiet can help us if the heart is at war with itself. For this reason we pray not only for good marks, but for the peace of God to rule in her heart as an umpire. When two thoughts wrestle within, one urging fear and the other urging trust, let the peace that comes from God give the victory to trust. This peace is steadfast, because it does not come from circumstances but from reconciliation with God through Jesus Christ. We will pray that the Lord will grant her diligence in her studies, clarity of mind, and freedom from the anxiety that withers and disfigures, and that she may learn to cast her cares upon Him and do her work faithfully unto Him.

We also join you in prayer for your wife, that God would grant her true peace and happiness. The Scriptures show us that peace is the mother of all good things and the foundation of joy. Christ Himself left His peace to His disciples, a peace not as the world gives, external and fleeting, but an inward peace that keeps the whole person in godliness and honesty. We pray that the Lord will guard her heart and mind, that she may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness, and that her joy may be rooted not in passing circumstances but in the love of God.
