We join together with you in prayer before our Heavenly Father in Jesus' name, lifting up you and your children and each of these burdens you have shared, trusting that He hears us and will act according to His perfect will.
We bring before the Lord your legal meeting on Thursday in the District Court. We pray for great favor and wisdom for your lawyer as he goes completely on his own as your representative. We ask that God would give him clarity of mind, sound judgment and the right words at the right time, for as it is written, But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him. James 1:5. We pray that the delay caused by the opposing party would not hinder justice, but that the Lord who directs the hearts of those in authority would turn everything toward truth and righteousness, for The king's heart is in Yahweh's hand like the watercourses. He turns it wherever he desires. Proverbs 21:1. We pray that everything that happens there would be for your absolute best and for the good of your children, and that true justice would prevail, and we trust God to bring a miracle where it is needed according to His will.
We also lift up your medical situation and the tapering off of medication. We pray that your lawyer will have understanding and compassion to truly hear you and believe your story without hesitation, and to be a strong and faithful advocate for you before a difficult doctor. We pray for favor in the medical process, that there would be no hindrance and no unnecessary resistance, and that the tapering would go well, quickly and safely. We ask the Lord for healing and for wisdom for all involved in your care, for He has promised, For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh. Jeremiah 30:17. We pray that the severe side effects would lessen and that your body would be strengthened, and we ask for protection and discernment through each step of this process.
We pray a blessing over your lawyer. We ask that God would bless him with strength, energy and health, and keep him under His protection. We pray that he may carry out this assignment with joy and completely without stress, and that the Lord would renew him as he serves you. We also bring before the Lord the matter of payment for his services, asking that God would provide for every need and cause all financial details to work out well and in an orderly way, for our God is a provider and He cares for every practical concern.
We pray for your home, for your children and for peace within your family. We ask that God would heal your relationships, bring you closer together and draw you into sweet fellowship where you can pray together as a family. We know that children are a gift from the Lord, for Behold, children are a heritage of Yahweh. The fruit of the womb is his reward. Psalm 127:3. We pray for protection from all evil and from misunderstanding one another, and that the Lord would guard your communication with grace and patience. We ask that He would pour out His deep peace upon your household and grant you healing, restful sleep each night, for the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:7.
We pray for your security, your integrity and for godly community around you. We ask that you may remain hidden under God's invisible wings and be completely preserved in your integrity through all of this, for He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. Psalm 91:1. We pray that you will feel His supernatural security in the midst of the storm, knowing that He will not leave you nor forsake you, for He has said, Don't you be afraid, for I am with you. Don't be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness. Isaiah 41:10. We ask that God would send the right people and true friends into your life who will be a genuine support to you in all these matters, faithful companions who will stand with you and encourage you in truth.
We thank you for allowing us to stand with you in prayer, and we continue to trust the Lord with you for His provision, His justice and His peace to be evident in every area. We pray all of this in the mighty and saving name of Jesus Christ, our Advocate and our Peace, Amen.
