We have heard your burden for the many who feel targeted, harassed and tormented, and we join together with you in bringing this deep distress before our Heavenly Father. Our hearts are grieved by any form of oppression, cruelty and hidden evil, and we know that God sees every injustice and hears every cry of the afflicted. Psalm 34:17 reminds us that the righteous cry, and Yahweh hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles, and Psalm 10:17-18 tells us that Yahweh will hear the desire of the humble, you will prepare their heart, you will cause your ear to hear, to judge the fatherless and the oppressed, that man who is of the earth may terrify no more.
We live in a world where darkness often works in secret, but nothing escapes the eye of God. Luke 8:17 says for nothing is hidden that will not be revealed, nor anything secret that will not be known and come to light. We rebuke every work of darkness, every act of harassment, intimidation and torture, whether done openly or in secret, and whether through physical means or through technology. Such acts are evil in the sight of God, who calls us to love our neighbor and to do justice. We pray that God would expose what is done in darkness, restrain the hands of evildoers, and bring conviction and repentance to those who participate in harming others. We also remember Romans 12:19 which says don't seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God's wrath, for it is written, vengeance belongs to me, I will repay, says the Lord. We trust God to be the righteous judge.
We also notice that your request asks for God to intervene but does not mention the name of Jesus Christ. We want to gently and lovingly share that it is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father and that our prayers are heard. John 14:6 says Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life, no one comes to the Father, except through me. And Acts 4:12 declares there is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved. It is by believing in Jesus Christ, that He died for our sins and rose again, that we are reconciled to God and can come boldly before His throne of grace. We encourage anyone carrying this heavy burden to put their trust fully in Jesus as Savior and Lord, for He alone is our true refuge.

Father in heaven, in the name of Jesus Christ we come before you and lift up every person who is suffering under what they experience as gang stalking, electronic harassment and torment. You know each one by name, you see their sleepless nights, their fear, their pain and their isolation. We ask that you would intervene with your mighty power. Be their refuge and fortress according to Psalm 91:1-2. Surround them with your presence, for you have said in Isaiah 41:10 don't you be afraid, for I am with you, don't be dismayed, for I am your God, I will strengthen you, yes, I will help you, yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness. Lord, guard them from the evil one as you have promised in 2 Thessalonians 3:3, and deliver them from all their troubles. Bring peace to their minds and hearts, that your peace which surpasses all understanding would guard their hearts and thoughts in Christ Jesus as Philippians 4:6-7 promises. Expose every hidden scheme, stop every harassing act, and let justice roll forth. Move upon the hearts of those in authority to act with wisdom, diligence and righteousness, and bring help and protection where it is needed. For those who are doing evil, we pray for conviction, that they would turn from their wicked ways and repent and find mercy in Christ. For the victims, we pray for healing, for godly community, for wise counsel and support, that they would not walk alone but would be surrounded by pastors, trusted believers, family and where needed, proper authorities and counselors who can help bear this burden. Strengthen their faith, remind them that you are near to the brokenhearted, and lead them into rest and safety under the shadow of your wings. We ask all of this in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our only hope and our deliverer, amen.
We encourage those who are suffering to continue to seek the Lord daily in prayer and in His Word, to remain in fellowship with a Bible believing church where you can be known, supported and prayed for personally, and to seek wise and godly help if you are in danger, including reaching out to trusted spiritual leaders and to lawful authorities when crimes are being committed. Do not isolate yourselves. God intends for us to bear one another's burdens. Keep casting your anxieties upon Him, for He cares for you, and trust that even when man intends evil, God remains sovereign, faithful and able to bring good, protection and ultimate justice in His perfect time.

Your cry has been heard and we take it up before the throne of grace with you, entreating the Lord to show Himself mighty to deliver.
There are those who feel themselves beset on every side, as though enemies pressed hard upon them day and night, and the spirit is worn with fear and sleeplessness and torment. Whether the oppression comes by the open malice of men or by hidden cruelties, we know that no affliction escapes the eye of Him who reigns. Our afflictions may come distinctly from man, as the result of persecution or malice, and yet they may come with even greater certainty from the Lord and may be the necessary outcome of His special love to us, for He suffers nothing to touch His people but what His wisdom permits and His grace will overrule.
Be assured that God's ear is not shut, nor is His arm shortened that it cannot save. He is the God who hears the oppressed and brings forth His people. As Israel was held fast till the hour of the Lord's deliverance came, so He makes deliverance effectual in His own time, and in every deed He brings them forth. That deliverance came when the lamb was slain, and still our hope stands in the Lamb slain for sinners. God has not only invented a way of deliverance, but He has found a ransom, and that ransom is His own Son. Therefore we may say with confidence to every troubled soul, rest your soul upon Him and God will yet come to your deliverance. The prisoner ready to go down to the pit hears this word from Heaven, I have found a ransom, and by that word deliverance is made certain, for the King's own Son has borne the penalty.

O Lord our God, who hast delivered us from the power of darkness and translated us into the kingdom of Thy dear Son, look in tender pity upon those who are in distress and fear. If there be wicked devices and cruel oppression wrought against them, expose the darkness and restrain the hand of the oppressor. If their spirits are bruised and oppressed within them, grant them clarity, peace, and soundness of mind. Thou knowest what is true and what is hidden, and Thou wilt perfect that which concerneth us. Let the clock of mercy strike the hour of deliverance for each afflicted one. Keep them from despair, guard their hearts and minds by Christ Jesus, and drive them nearer to Thyself, for often Thou usest even persecution to keep Thy people near Thy side and to teach them to pray as they would not have prayed else.
We exhort you, dear soul, to moderate your anger against second causes and to look altogether to your heavenly Father for deliverance from the power of sin and from the guilt of sin, for where we look for justification there must we also look for sanctification and for keeping. Cast your burden upon the Lord, trust in the ransom He has found, and live to declare the works of the Lord. If we had no troubles we would have less to declare, but those who have been brought through deep waters have a song to sing of sovereign grace. Say with the psalmist, The Lord hath chastened me sore, but He hath not given me over unto death. I shall not die, but live, and declare the works of the Lord.
May the Lord grant you to know that you are not forgotten, to find refuge under His wings, to be kept in perfect peace whose mind is stayed on Him, and to prove that He who delivered will yet deliver, to the praise of His name.

Your request has been heard and we join with you in bringing this heavy burden before the Lord. We pray for all who feel targeted, harassed and worn down by fear, and for all who suffer under cruelty and injustice, that God would draw near with His mercy, protection and peace.
We ask our heavenly Father to intervene according to His wisdom and power. Where there is real harm and oppression, we pray that He would expose what is hidden, restrain what is evil, bring justice through rightful means, and shield the vulnerable. Where there is fear, confusion and deep distress, we pray that He would grant clarity, comfort and soundness of mind, and surround those who suffer with trustworthy help, wise counsel and a faithful community to stand with them. We pray that those who do evil would be brought to repentance and turned from their way.
Scripture teaches us to pray that we may not come into temptation, and if we do come into it, to bear it nobly with the strength God supplies. God at times permits hard trials, yet He does not abandon His people in them. He is our refuge and our deliverance, and the gospel itself is a gospel of peace. Though we wrestle against spiritual evil, we are at peace with God through Christ, and the victory has already been won at the cross. Therefore we do not hastily lose heart, but we endure with patience and courage, looking to Christ who watches over us in every watch of the night.
So we pray: Lord, have mercy. Grant relief to the afflicted, rest to the weary, safety to those in danger, and justice where wrong is done. Fill hearts with Your peace that passes understanding, guard thoughts and bodies, and lead all who suffer to find hope and strength in Jesus Christ.
