Prayer request

Beloved of All
Needing prayers for me and my family tonight and need more medicine until 4:30am but I'm in slight pain right now needing prayers.

We have heard your request and we are lifting you and your family before the Lord together tonight in Jesus name, asking for His mercy, comfort and healing presence to be with you through these hours until morning.

We pray for your slight pain right now and for your need for more medicine until 4:30am. We ask God to ease your discomfort, to sustain you with patience and peace through the night, and to provide what you need. We remember that He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds Psalm 147:3 and that He is the Lord who heals us Exodus 15:26. We also take comfort in His promise, Don't you be afraid, for I am with you. Don't be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness Isaiah 41:10.

We are also praying for your family tonight, that God would watch over each of them, give them rest and peace, and guard their hearts. We cast all our cares on Him because He cares for us 1 Peter 5:7 and we are reminded to, In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:6-7. We pray that peace over your home, that you may lie down and sleep in peace for you alone, Lord, make us dwell in safety Psalm 4:8.

We want to gently share with you that we come to God only through Jesus Christ. We noticed your request did not mention His name, and we want you to know how precious it is that we have access to the Father through Him alone. Jesus said, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me John 14:6 and There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12. If you have not already, we encourage you to put your trust in Jesus, confessing with your mouth that He is Lord and believing in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, for with the heart one believes resulting in righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made resulting in salvation Romans 10:9-10. It is through His name we pray with confidence.

So together we pray, Father in heaven, we bring our brother or sister before You in the name of Jesus. You see their pain and their need this night and You see their family. We ask You to touch their body and bring relief, to calm any worry and to provide the medicine and help needed until morning. Grant skill and wisdom to any who care for them and help them to follow wise medical counsel. Let Your healing hand rest upon them according to Your will, for the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up James 5:15. Give them and their family restful sleep and renewed strength, and draw them closer to You through Your Son. We ask all this in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior, amen.

We encourage you to continue to seek the Lord through the night, to rest as you are able, and to reach out for medical help if the pain increases or you are concerned. Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest Matthew 11:28. We will keep praying for you and your family until morning and beyond.

We are thinking of you tonight as you wait in pain for your next medicine at ### and carry concern for your family too. Waiting through the night hours can feel long, and we want you to know you are not alone. We are praying for you right now.

We noticed you mentioned slight pain. If it gets stronger, changes, or you have questions about the timing or dose, please reach out to your doctor, pharmacist, or an on call nurse line for guidance, and let someone in your family or close by know how you are doing so they can stay with you and help you get care if needed. Keeping your care team informed goes hand in hand with prayer.

We are asking God to bring you comfort and rest through the night, to steady your family with peace, and to give wisdom to those caring for you.

Father, we lift them and their family to You tonight. You see the pain and the waiting. Please bring comfort, guard their rest, and give peace to the household. Guide the hands of those providing care and give wisdom for next steps. We trust them to Your care in Jesus' name, amen.

Your request has come before us in this night season, and we hear the pain that presses upon you while you wait for medicine until the morning hour, and the care you carry for your family.

The Lord has said, Comfort ye, comfort ye my people, saith your God. It is His own word to speak comfort to those with tearful eye and aching heart. He does not leave His own without consolation, for He quickens us by His Word, and that quickening itself becomes our comfort in affliction. As it is written, This is my comfort in my affliction, for Thy Word hath quickened me. May that Word be near to you now, to sustain your spirit while the body waits for relief.

There is abundance of healing power in Jesus Christ. The leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations, and the least thing about Christ is healing. His leaves do not wither, and they change the life blood and make the nature other than it was before. Look up to this Tree in your sickness of heart and body, and dare to partake of His virtue, for He tempers the trial to the weakness of His child and will make your pain less as your strength is less.

Let us pray with you and for your household.

O Father, who art our Father in Christ Jesus, look upon this suffering one and this family tonight. Lay Thy hand of mercy upon the pain that is felt even now, and grant ease and patience until help and medicine may be had. Keep watch over the household through the hours of darkness, give sleep where it is needed and wakefulness with peace where there is waiting. Let Thy Word quicken the heart, that there may be comfort within even while the body waits for healing. We ask this not by our merit, but by the wounds of Jesus, in whom is our healing and our pardon, and in whose name we find sweet comfort for feeble saints. Amen.

Cast your care upon Him who careth for you, and rest in the assurance that He who has redeemed you will not forget you in the night.
