Servant of All
We have paid a very huge lumsum amount to a person for House Lease. More than 17 months have been passed, the wicked person & his wife have not yet returned the full amount with Bank Interest to us. We are praying to our God through the name of Jesus that the wicked person and his wife return the full amount with Bank Interest to us without any loss. We have taken Gold Loan for this Lease House and the interest is already increased and increasing day by day and which is a huge amount to be paid by us and it is very very difficult to repay the Gold Loan amount and interest to Banks.

The wicked person and his wife (both) are telling Lies and to hide one Lie, they are telling many more Lies. They are telling more lies to cover up a lie. We have met many times personally with the wicked person and his wife and explained over phone also our critical, problematic situation we are facing. Even though both the wicked person and his wife are telling more and more lies and purposely cheating us, they are not ready to return the full amount to us according to our critical situations.

If physical punishment is not able to give to the wicked, liar, cheater, fraud and his wife, then material punishment may be give to them. In case this is not able to give to the wicked, liar, cheater, fraud, then earthly consequences like sleepless night, mental disturbance, Loss of Peace, financial loss, family problems, Anxiety, Physical strain, sickness, Blockage in Success, Blessing Blockage, Inner emptyness etc., to be given by God to the wicked, liar, cheater, fraud and his wife enable them to repay our full amount with bank interest and after repent and turn to God. Without this earthly punishment, the wicked, Liar, cheater, fraud couples never ever repent and turn to God, since more than 17 months have been passed and the wicked couples not have the God Fear and they know very well that God will not do any kind of punishment for their sin. Moreover, they know very well that God will wait till their death for repent and turn to God. Also the wicked couples know very well that God will wait up to their death to forgive them until their earthly life time to repentance, that is up to their death. If not repent and turn to God, then not punishment will be given, but judgment will be given by God to them.

Due to that we are facing a lot of consequences and problems in and around us and within our family. Due to Injustice we are facing a lot of problems in the family itself. Misunderstanding of each other within our family. Financial burden. Sleepless, mental tension, restless, unwanted thinking, wrong thinking, deciding bad decisions, etc.

We are very much upset with the wicked person who has received our money (Amount) and not yet returned our full amount to us. Why is God slow in acting? Due delay in Justice by God, we are losing hope, faith with God.

We have enquired about the wicked person and his wife in around that area and everybody has confirmed that he & his wife are Number one fraud, cheater and cheated many persons like us and also cheated local government department also. Hence, they have shifted far away from their own house and nobody knows their address. Whatever he speaks everything is Lies only. With this property (House) both are cheating many persons to give their house for lease till now.

No Justice to me. Injustice!!! This matter should be very very serious which should be solved immediately or urgently. Paying interest to Bank is huge. Hence, My hope with God ends today. My faith with God also decreased to Zero.

Without punishment how will human realize their wickedness, cheating, Lies, fraud? Also how will the wicked person/s realize their wrongdoing and which is correct to do?. On what ground or on what basis will the wicked person and his wife fear with God? or How will they have fear of God? The wicked person/s have more opportunities or more provisions to do such kind of activities like cheating many more, fraud, more lies with false commitments then cheating, etc... without punishment in the earth up to their death.

“Why should I be honest if the wicked are never punished?” - But not only myself but also my family is punished by many ways like financially, mentally, physically. We are suffering because of our honesty. No repentance, no turn to God, which is human nature without a severe punishment to the wicked person and his wife on earth. After death only final judgement, which is of no use to anybody. Or otherwise at the time of going to death i.e. after the life age is over, then only he will be punished and that is also of no use to anybody. Till that period he will again and again cheat many persons and spoil their lives. Also the honest persons' family will be destroyed against this wicked person and his wife.

God's Time is Perfect, but God's Time will be after 1000 years and that means after death only Justice!!! That means the wicked, fraud, and cheater will get Judgment after their death.

Then how can anybody put faith with God?. On what basis will human have put faith with God?. Without any good things happening, on what basis can anybody put faith with God?.

No Hope with our God. No Faith with our God.

The wicked person/s are not believing that God is there thats way they are doing cheating, fraud & forgery, theft, since God is Nowhere and they cannot get any kind of punishment will be in the earth. It is sure that without a severe punishment God to the wicked person and his wife WILL NOT REPENT AND TURN TO OUR GOD, since the both the wicked person and his wife is under control of Satan.

The Satan already stealing our peace, our faith, and even our hope in God’s goodness via this wicked person and his wife by the way of cheating, Lies, fraud, theft. Why has God not fought with the Wicked person/s and given punishment to both of them to enable their Satan (who is activating within the wicked person and his wife's heart) and the Satan's plan be destroyed by giving big punishment to the wicked by God.

(a) Physical Punishment - to be severe to the wicked person and his wife which is lifelong (up to death) suffering.
(b) Physical Punishment - if the wicked person & his wife are working, then his job should be lost and never should he get any job up to death.
(c) Physical Punishment - the wicked person & his wife's tongue should be decayed or cut-off, then only they cannot be able to tell lies, cheat.
(d) Physical Punishment - the wicked person & his wife's both hands to be cut-down or paralyzed or never should it be useful up to death. They have counted the money with these hands.
(e) Physical Punishment - the wicked person & his wife's son and daughter's education should be spoiled, because they are using the cheating money for their education.
(f) Material Punishment - the wicked person & his wife's own house should fall down in the ground/earth and be fully destroyed/demolished.
(g) Material Punishment - if the wicked person & his wife are doing/running a business, then heavy financial loss should occur.

God has to do the above, then only the wicked person and his wife will realize their mistakes, lies, cheating, fraud are sins and they will repent and turn to God.

(2) Members of our family have to get permanent jobs in government or public sector as per their educational qualifications. Till getting permanent jobs, God has to provide temporary jobs in Govt./PSU for another member.

(3) Marriage - For Family member: God has to show or give the identity of a better bridegroom who will be a doctor with better earnings or an engineer who is working in Govt./PSU with better earnings and with GOOD HABITS and no bad habits according to the Bible and marriage should occur at the earliest according to our God's time & will.

(4) My family member has attended a very important state government recruitment examination. Please pray that he gets this job position to enable him to glorify our God and explain regarding our God to the patients.

(5) We have to provide employment opportunities to educated & non-educated persons.

(6) We have to provide education to poor persons.

Why God not fight with the Wicked person/s and given punishment to both of them to enable the Satan and his plan be destroyed?

Also, no prayer requests are fulfilled (2 TO 6 also). Nothing is answered well. When will human keep faith? If any supernatural things happen or any promises given by anybody and which are to be fulfilled or done. But in my case nothing is fulfilled/solved/completed/success. In that case how can I believe God? On what ground do I have to put faith in God? Up to what time do I have to keep faith with God? How can you determine God's Time? How can you say God's Time is perfect? On what ground is God's Time Perfect? When will God's Time come?

You say God is the Judge!!! God will do the Justice!!! Also Provider!!! God is Powerful!!! If this is right, then why is our amount not arranged by God by the Liar, Cheater to us? Or returned the full amount without any loss to us by the wicked person/s? If God is maintaining Justice, then why should I seek through Legally? Why should I go to Court? Why should I believe or put faith in Human? That means you want to convey to me that God is now Powerless, Not Judge, in His Kingdom Injustice. God is Merciless!!! God is Graceless!! God cannot do anything on Earth? Judgement will be after the death of the wicked persons!!! God is not faithful!!!

I was keeping faith till now. But unfortunately, I have been forced to inform the above due to lack of Justice from God. Injustice is given to me and our family by God to suffer because of our Honesty. Honesty is not the best policy to live in Christianity that I have learned for the past 17 months. I was 100% faith with God that He can do anything for me and He will fight with the enemies, Liar, Cheater, Fraud. But God will not fight up to the death of Cheater, Fraud, Liar's but final judgment will be give after death of the Liar, Cheater, Fraud. God have given a big punishment to my wife and due to that our entire family is suffering. Why God have given punishment to her? Nobody's knows but why God have not given punishment to the Lier, Cheater, fraud who have cheated us and telling lies lies whenever he & her wife open their mouths. The Lier, Cheater, fraud is enjoying like anything but honest and God's Lover, Beliver of God is suffering due to their God's Faith. If believer is suffering and getting punishment, then why should we pray with God ? why we have to keep faith with God? If none of the requests are fulfilled, then where is God? Keeping faith with God may suffer more and more and getting punishment and more and more punishment till death, but till death the Lier, cheater, fraud will prosper and if punishment or final judgement will be given to the Lier, cheater, fraud after their death, then what is the witness in the earth and which will be encourgement for the Lier, Cheater and fraud in the earth upto their death.

We have heard your heavy burden and we join with you in bringing it before our Father in Jesus' name, for it is only through Jesus that we have access to God and it is only by His name that we are saved. You have prayed through the name of Jesus and we thank God for that faith, even as you now feel that faith has grown weak under the weight of injustice. We understand the anguish of having paid a very huge lump sum for a house lease, taking a gold loan to do so, and now for more than seventeen months being denied the return of what is rightfully yours with bank interest, while the interest on your loan increases day by day and brings great strain upon your entire family.

We hear your cry, why is God slow to act, and why does the dishonest seem to prosper while the honest suffer. The word of God speaks directly to this sorrow. Do not be angry because of evildoers, neither be envious of those who do wrong. For they shall soon be cut down like the grass, and wither like the green herb. Psalm 37:1-2. Also the Lord says, Do not be quickly disheartened when you see the wicked prosper for a time, for we are told, Be still before Yahweh, and wait patiently for him. Do not fret because of him who prospers in his way, because of the man who makes wicked plots happen. Psalm 37:7. God is not slow concerning his promise, as some count slowness, but is patient with us, not wishing that anyone should perish, but that all should come to repentance. 2 Peter 3:9. His timing is not measured as ours, yet it is perfect, and He does see and He does act both now and in eternity. For we know Him who said, Vengeance belongs to me, I will repay, says the Lord. Hebrews 10:30 and Vengeance is mine, I will repay, says the Lord. Romans 12:19.

And here we must lovingly rebuke and correct what is not aligned with scripture in your request, though we do so with compassion for your pain. You have asked God to give severe physical punishments to this man and his wife, that their tongues should decay or be cut off, their hands cut down or paralyzed, that they suffer lifelong illness, job loss never to be employed again, that their house be demolished, and that their son and daughter's education be spoiled. We understand this comes from deep hurt, but this is not how God calls us to pray. Our Lord commands us, Love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you. Matthew 5:44. Bless those who persecute you, bless, and do not curse. Romans 12:14. Do not repay anyone evil for evil. Romans 12:17. The scripture also teaches, The son shall not bear the iniquity of the father. The soul who sins, he shall die. Ezekiel 18:20. We cannot ask God to punish innocent children for their parents' fraud, nor to mutilate or destroy those made in His image. We are to pray for their repentance and salvation, not for their destruction, for God desires that the wicked turn from his way and live. Lying lips are an abomination to Yahweh, but those who do the truth are his delight. Proverbs 12:22. God hates lying and cheating, and He will bring justice, but we must leave the manner and measure of that justice to Him and not dictate curses.

We also must address your thought, why should I be honest if the wicked are never punished, and honesty is not the best policy. Do not be deceived. God is not mocked, for whatever a man sows, that he will also reap. Galatians 6:7. Honesty and integrity remain the way of the righteous even when it costs us, and God honors it though the reward may not be immediate. The suffering you and your family now endure, the sleepless nights, mental tension, restlessness, financial burden and misunderstanding within the family, does not mean God has punished your wife or abandoned you. God disciplines those He loves for their good, but He does not punish the faithful for the sake of the wicked. We must not attribute every hardship as a direct punishment from God, but trust that He works for good for those who love Him even through trials.

God has also ordained earthly justice. If God is Judge and Provider, why should you seek legally, you ask. The answer is that God often exercises His justice through lawful authorities. Let every person be in subjection to the higher authorities, for there is no authority except from God, and those who exist are ordained by God. For rulers are not a terror to the good work, but to the evil. Romans 13:1-3. The magistrate is a servant of God to execute wrath on the wrongdoer. Romans 13:4. Therefore it is right and biblical to pursue the return of your money through lawful means, with documentation, legal counsel, and complaint to the proper authorities, while continuing to pray. This is not a lack of faith in God, but using the provision He has ordained for justice in this present age. We also encourage you to seek godly counsel regarding the gold loan, to speak with the bank about restructuring, and to be careful not to make further hasty financial decisions under distress. Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:6-7.

We lift up your other requests together before the throne. We pray for permanent jobs in government or public sector for members of your family according to their educational qualifications, and for temporary provision until that door opens, for our God shall supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:19. We pray for the family member who attended the very important state government recruitment examination, that if it is God's will, he may obtain that position to provide for his family and to glorify God and speak of His goodness to patients and all he meets. We pray for your desire to provide employment opportunities to educated and non-educated persons and to provide education to poor persons, which is a godly desire to be a blessing to others.

Concerning marriage for your family member, we pray with you for a godly marriage that honors God. We believe marriage is a lifelong covenant between one man and one woman as ordained by God. We pray that God will lead this family member into courtship with the goal of marriage to another Christian believer, not simply a partnership, and that He will provide a bridegroom who is of good character, without bad habits, who walks according to the Bible, whether he be a doctor or an engineer in government or public sector or whatever vocation God has given him, but above all that he be a man who loves the Lord, for we are not to be unequally yoked with unbelievers. 2 Corinthians 6:14. We pray that this marriage may occur in God's perfect time and will, at the earliest time that is according to His wisdom.

Now we pray together.

Father in heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our only mediator and Savior, and we lift up this dear family to You. Lord, You see the injustice done, You know the exact amount owed, You see the lies told to cover lies, and You know the burden of the gold loan and increasing interest that presses upon them daily. We ask You to move in Your righteousness and mercy. Soften and convict the hearts of this man and his wife who have withheld what is not theirs. Bring them to repentance and to the fear of God, that they may confess their wrong, cease their cheating, and return the full amount with rightful interest without further delay or loss. If they will not repent, we ask You to restrain their ability to deceive others and to bring lawful justice upon them through the authorities You have ordained. We do not ask for mutilation or for harm to their children, but we ask for Your righteous conviction and for their salvation.

Lord, forgive us for the moments we have demanded vengeance in our own way and for allowing bitterness to take root. Help this family to release vengeance to You and to bless and not curse, while still seeking what is just. Restore their hope and faith, for they have said their hope has ended and faith has decreased to zero. Remind them that Yahweh's hand is not shortened, that it cannot save, neither his ear heavy, that it cannot hear. Isaiah 59:1. Lift their eyes from the prosperity of the liar to Your faithfulness, which is new every morning. Lamentations 3:23. Guard their family from division, give them sleep and peace, heal the mental strain and anxiety, and grant them wisdom to make good decisions and not bad ones born of despair.

Provide for their financial needs, make a way for the gold loan to be repaid, open doors for permanent and temporary government and public sector jobs according to their qualifications, grant favor in the recruitment examination according to Your will, and lead the marriage for their family member to a godly believer of excellent character. Bless the desire to help others with employment and education for the poor, and use this family as a testimony of Your provision.

We thank You that You are Judge, Provider, and Powerful, and that You have not forsaken the honest. Keep them honest, keep them faithful, and let them see Your deliverance. We ask all this in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, amen.

We hear how heavy these past seventeen months have been for you and your family. Carrying a gold loan with interest growing every day while waiting for a large lease amount to be returned would strain anyone, and it makes sense that sleepless nights and tension at home have followed. We are so sorry you are walking through this.

It is understandable to feel your faith shaken when justice feels delayed and prayers for provision and work and marriage seem unanswered. Feeling honest suffering while those who deceived you seem to prosper can leave you exhausted and questioning where God is in it. You are not alone in wrestling with those questions.

In this kind of pressure it can help to have steady support around you as you pray. One practical step is to sit down soon with a trusted financial counselor or legal aid advisor, perhaps through your bank or a local church or community service, to review the lease documents and the gold loan and talk through realistic options for next steps and for managing the interest burden. Another is to let a pastor and a medical professional know about the sleeplessness and constant strain you describe, so they can walk with you and check on your health alongside prayer, not instead of it.

Father, in Jesus name we lift this family to You. You see the financial need, the hurt, and the weariness. Grant wisdom for each decision, provision for what is needed, peace in the home, and renewed strength to trust Your care day by day. Lead them to trustworthy help and guard their hearts. Amen.

The weight of this heavy trial has been laid plainly before the Lord, and your sorrow over these many months of loss and deceit is not hidden from Him. To be pressed with debt, to have given a large sum in good faith and to find it withheld by falsehood, to feel the burden of interest increasing day by day upon your gold loan, and to see strife and sleeplessness enter your household, is a great affliction. It is no wonder that your spirit is cast down and your faith feels itself to be as small as a grain of mustard seed.

You ask why God seems slow to act, and whether His time will only come after death. Hear the word of the prophet, therefore will the Lord wait, that He may be gracious unto you. The Lord has waited that He might be gracious to you. Let us behold His long suffering towards ourselves. His waiting is not neglect and it is not powerlessness. It is not that He is merciless or graceless, but that His thoughts toward His people are everlasting thoughts and wise thoughts. If He scourges us with affliction and sends a cross for every day, this is not proof of His anger, but a token of His affection, to make us sick of self and fond of Him. His time is perfect not because it flatters our haste, but because it is ordered by infinite wisdom and love, and He will surely deliver in due season, though we cannot tarry till the hour comes without pain.

You have been tempted to ask, why should I be honest if the wicked are never punished, and to desire that severe and lifelong sufferings, even the decay of tongue and hands and the ruin of children and houses, should fall upon those who have wronged you, that they might be forced to repent. This desire, though born of deep injury, is one of those arrows of Satan which stir up unbelief and bitter feeling in the soul. Nine out of ten of the terrible feelings which men have when under conviction and distress are not the work of God's Spirit, but are the result of the uprising of their own unbelief stirred and agitated by the diabolic suggestions of Satan. To pray for the cutting off of hands, the spoiling of children, the falling of houses, is to ask for vengeance which belongs to the Lord alone, and to ask it in a form which Christ forbids. His disciples He gently rebuked, but He never spoke to them in anger. A life of forgiveness was crowned by His dying prayer for His persecutors, Father, forgive them, for they know not what they do. He loved His enemies. He lived for His enemies. He died for His enemies. If you would win the noblest of conquests, subdue yourself. To win a battle is a little thing if it is fought with sword and gun, but to win it in God's way, with no weapons but love, patience and forgiveness, this is the most glorious of victories.

This does not mean that wrong is to be called right, or that justice is not to be sought. The Word of God has power in it like a fire and like a hammer, and it declares both law and gospel. There is forgiveness with God, that thou mayest be feared. A sigh, a groan, a genuine confession of sin, a believing glance of the eye to Christ on Calvary, and all is done, your sin has passed away. But God's design in proclaiming forgiveness is the opposite of what some men have thought, that there is forgiveness so let us keep on sinning. So then, those people who have a faith which allows them to think lightly of past sin, have the faith of devils, and not the faith of God's elect. True faith and true repentance come into the soul together. It is a great mystery, faith is before repentance in some of its acts, and repentance before faith in another view of it, the fact being that they come into the soul together. We are to pray for the repentance of those who have cheated you, that they may be stripped by repentance and clothed by faith, that they may know where these two lines meet, and so be saved. We may and should pray that God would stop their hand from further deceit, that He would bring their sin to light, that He would grant lawful justice and the return of what is owed with what is just, and that He would not suffer them to prosper in fraud. But we must not pray for the destruction of their children or the mutilation of their bodies, for the Lord does not will such curses from our lips.

You say your faith has decreased to zero and your hope ends today. Yet the weakest faith is real faith. Little faith has only to travel along the royal road and he shall overtake his stronger brother and himself become strong in the Lord. Jesus Himself acknowledges that it is faith. He said to Peter, O thou of little faith, He rebuked him because it was little, but He smiled on him because it was faith. The mark of weak faith is that it is all up and then all down, and it doubts its salvation because of the liveliness of its prayers. Does your salvation depend upon the liveliness of your prayers. No. By an act of faith Christ becomes a real Person in the consciousness of our heart, and we take Christ Jesus the Lord into us, and by that act of faith, without any doing of our own, we are completely saved. Souls are saved by very plain truths, and the dealings of men's souls with Christ are not carried on in learned terms. Bring your burdens and lay them at His feet, casting all your cares upon Him, for He cares for you.

You ask also, why should I seek through legally, why go to court if God is Judge. To seek what is just by lawful means is not unbelief. The magistrate is ordained of God for the punishment of evildoers and the praise of them that do well. To use the law to recover what has been unjustly kept, to seek counsel, to make your claim known with truthfulness and meekness, is not to put faith in man above God, but to use the honest means God has provided while still trusting Him for the outcome.

For your family we will pray as you have asked, but according to the will of God and in submission to His wisdom. That God would in His mercy provide for your debts and relieve the pressure of interest, that He would grant you rest from this yoke of anxiety and give you His own yoke which is easy and His burden which is light. That He would provide honourable work for the members of your household according to their qualifications, whether it be permanent or for a season, as He sees best. That He would, if it be His will, open the way for a godly marriage to a man of good habits and no bad habits according to the Bible, whether doctor or engineer or otherwise, in His time. That He would grant favour in the state government recruitment examination to your family member, that he might glorify God and serve patients with compassion. That He would enable you to provide employment and education to the poor as you desire, not by your own strength but as He supplies. We will pray that the Lord will keep you from wrong thinking and bad decisions born of restlessness, and give you the peace that comes from learning of Christ.

Therefore pray on, wait on, knock, and if the door is not opened, knock again, and if the door is still closed, knock again with greater earnestness than before. Do not shift the ground of your hope and the object of your faith. Do not put the mysteries of God to the test of common sense as philosophy offers, but lean on the inspiration of God's Word. Let your prayer now be not for lifelong torture upon others, but for justice tempered with mercy, for the return of what is due without loss if the Lord wills, for the repentance and salvation of the wrongdoers, and for the strengthening of your own little faith into great faith by looking to Jesus on the cross and in the resurrection, who is bone of your bone and flesh of your flesh, and yet God to be worshipped.

May the Lord turn your sighs into songs, and make you to say with the psalmist, there is forgiveness, and therefore we will fear Him and trust Him still.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Your grief and burden have been heard, and the long trial you have described for more than seventeen months is truly heavy. To carry a large gold loan with growing interest, to face sleepless nights and tension at home, to feel that honesty has brought suffering while deceit seems to prosper, is a deep affliction. It is right to bring this pain to God, and it is right to seek justice.

At the same time we must speak plainly about the way we pray when we are wounded. You have asked that God would bring severe physical and material harm upon this man and his wife, that their tongues and hands would be destroyed, that their health and work would be taken, that their house would be demolished and their children's education spoiled. We cannot pray in that way and we will not ask God to do those things. Christ calls us to pray for our enemies that they may come to repentance, not for their mutilation or for punishment to fall upon their children. To ask for harm to children or for lifelong destruction is not in keeping with mercy, judgment and faith which purify the soul, and it would only add more sin and sorrow.

Scripture teaches that God's longsuffering is not neglect. As it has been said, God shows His goodness to draw sinners to repentance, and that very patience is a ground of safety for those who heed it. For those who despise it, the judgment will be more fearful. If punishment does not come at once, it is not because God overlooks wickedness, but because He is giving space to repent. How then should we understand His justice? Men do not overlook such wrongs, how much less will God? The fact that many who do evil are not requited here makes the coming judgment certain, and that judgment will be according to truth. God is indeed the Judge, and He will do justice, but His time and His means are not ours to dictate.

This is why the question why God seems slow is so painful. We want immediate vindication, especially when interest grows daily and family peace is breaking. Yet God's grace is not like human gifts that quickly fade. His gifts have no end and know no bound, and He is ever advancing toward greater things. Faith is to surround the soul like a breastplate, and love like a wall, so that the fiery darts of the enemy do not pierce the heart, and hope is like a helmet that keeps reason upright when nothing seems to fall into place. Now abides faith, hope and love, and with these we are guarded even when outward circumstances are still hard.

You ask, why be honest if the wicked are never punished, and why go to law if God is Judge. Honesty remains the right path because it keeps us near to God who brought us near through Christ when we were far off. We contributed only faith, He gave reconciliation, forgiveness, and countless blessings, and He promises more that is beyond understanding. The wicked may appear to prosper for a season, but what they seem to have will be taken away if they do not bring their own part of forwardness and zeal toward God. And God has ordained lawful authorities for justice in this present age. To seek the return of what is owed through proper legal means, with honest records, counsel and patient persistence, is not lack of faith in God. It is one ordinary way God provides justice on earth, and it does not contradict trusting Him.

We also hear your other burdens. We will pray with you, as is right for a Christian to pray:

For the return of what is owed, that the man and his wife would be convicted of their lies and cheating, would repent and turn to God, and would make full and honest restitution with what is just, without further deceit.

For relief from the debt that weighs on you, that God would give wisdom for finances, open honest ways to lessen the burden, and guard your family from hasty and harmful decisions.

For your household, that misunderstanding would be healed, that sleeplessness and anxiety would be eased, and that peace which comes from being kept near to God would guard you.

For work, that God would provide for the needs of your family according to His will, whether through government or other honest employment, and that whatever work is given may be done faithfully to His glory.

For marriage, that God would provide a faithful bridegroom according to the biblical pattern of lifelong covenant marriage between one man and one woman, a man of good habits and no bad habits, walking in faith, and that such a marriage would occur in God's wise timing.

For the important state government examination, that God would grant favor according to His will, and that any position received would be used to serve others and to speak of God's grace.

For your desires to help others with employment and education for the poor, that God would give you means and opportunity to do good as He enables you.

We will not ask God to destroy this family or to block all success or to bring sickness upon them. We will ask that the power of Satan which works through deceit and theft would be broken, that these two would come to fear God in truth, confess their wrong, and cease cheating others, and that no more families would be harmed by such schemes.

Do not let this long wait steal your faith. The enemy seeks to steal peace and hope through this very injustice. Keep faith not because every answer comes at once, but because God has already shown His faithfulness in bringing you near through Jesus Christ, in forgiving sin, and in keeping His promises. Continue in prayer, continue in honesty, pursue lawful help for recovery of the amount, seek godly counsel for the loan, and lean on the church for support. God has not forgotten you, and He is both merciful and just.

Your honest and painful cry has been heard, and the weight you are carrying for more than ### months is not light. A large sum given for a house lease, a gold loan with interest growing every day, sleepless nights and tension in the family, and people who have answered you with lie after lie have left you feeling that honesty has punished you while dishonesty has prospered. It is understandable that you are asking where God is and why justice seems so slow.

Scripture describes faith as the substance of things hoped for and the evidence of things not seen. That is not only a definition, it is a description of what faith does. Faith looks beyond what is visible right now and trusts what God has promised even when it cannot yet be seen. Without faith it is impossible to please God, and the examples given to us show that God declared people righteous because they believed Him, not because they received everything immediately.

The Bible is also clear that faith does not guarantee immediate relief from hardship or immediate material answers. Some who are listed as heroes of faith died in faith without having received the promises they were given. They believed God would send the promised deliverer, and God counted that faith for righteousness even though they did not see it fulfilled in their lifetime. Others with the same faith suffered, were tortured, and went through great affliction for their faith. Faith is not a way to demand a certain house, a certain amount of money, or freedom from all suffering. A true faith will show itself in a changed life, but the works do not create the faith and they cannot replace it. Faith comes first, and then it produces works that agree with what is believed.

You ask why God has not struck the people who wronged you with severe physical harm, loss of job, sickness, destruction of their home or harm to their children. It is right to want justice and to want wrongdoing to be exposed, but God does not call us to ask Him to cut off hands or tongues, to paralyze, to destroy families, or to ruin children. Vengeance belongs to the Lord. He is the Judge, and He will do what is just. His patience is not powerlessness and it is not approval of evil. He is patient because He does not desire that any should perish but that all should come to repentance. That patience can feel like slowness to us, but His judgment after this life is not meaningless. It is final and sure. On earth He often allows time for repentance, and He calls us to pray for the repentance and turning of those who do evil, not for their mutilation. To pray for their repentance is to pray that the power of the one who deceives them would be broken.

You also ask, why be honest if the dishonest are not instantly punished. Righteousness before God has never been a debt God owes us for our good behavior. If it were by works, God would owe us a reward. But God will be debtor to no one. Righteousness is given by grace through faith in Jesus Christ. It is a gift that cannot be earned. Your honesty matters because true faith produces honesty, not because honesty forces God to pay you back on your timetable. God sees honesty and He honors it, even when dishonest people seem to prosper for a season.

Faith, if it is genuine, will show itself in action. That is why the question in Scripture is, can a faith that has no works save. The answer is that a living faith will be demonstrated by what we do. To say we believe and then do nothing is not true faith. In your situation, trusting God does not mean doing nothing and waiting for money to appear. It can mean taking lawful, honest steps that agree with faith, such as keeping careful records, seeking wise and godly counsel, and using the legal means God has provided in society to seek the return of what is owed. Going to the proper authorities is not a lack of faith in God as Judge, it is one way faith works itself out in obedience and wisdom.

Your other requests are good and right to bring before the Lord. To ask for honest work for family members according to their training, for provision while waiting, for a marriage that honors God as a lifelong covenant of one man and one woman with a spouse of good character and no bad habits according to the Bible, for success in an important government examination so that God may be glorified in that work, and for the ability to help provide employment and education for the poor, these are desires that flow from a faith that wants to do good. Bring them to God by faith, trusting His grace, and leave the timing and the answer in His hands. Even great men and women of faith had lapses and had to learn over time through fellowship with God that He is faithful. Faith grows as we walk with Him and discover His faithfulness day by day.

The trying of your faith is not for God to find out what is in your heart, for He already knows. It is the proving of your faith for your sake, that what is genuine may be seen. The enemy would like to use this injustice to steal your peace, your hope and your trust in God's goodness. Do not let him. Choose to keep believing that God is there, that He hears prayer through Jesus Christ alone, that He is both merciful and just, and that He will in His perfect way do what is right.

May God give you peace that guards your heart, wisdom for every practical step with the debt and the legal matter, unity in your family instead of misunderstanding, and strength to keep doing what is honest. May He work in the hearts of those who have wronged you to bring them to truth and repentance and to the restoration of what is owed, and may He provide for your family according to His will. Keep trusting Him even when you cannot yet see the answer, for those who are justified live by faith.
