Beloved of All
Dear Lord, thank you for your goodness. I pray for good rest, for ###’s health, for my ###, for healing for ## for their lung issues and quick healing, and against lustful thoughts

We join you in thanking the Lord for His goodness, for His mercies are new every morning and His faithfulness endures forever. We lift up your requests together before the Father in the name of Jesus.

We pray first for your rest, for God desires to give His beloved sleep. As it is written, In peace I will both lay myself down and sleep, for you, Yahweh alone, make me live in safety Psalm 4:8 and It is vain for you to rise up early, to stay up late, eating the bread of toil, for he gives sleep to his loved ones Psalm 127:2. We ask the Lord to quiet your mind and body, to grant you deep and restorative rest, free from anxiety and unrest.

We also bring before the Lord the health needs you mentioned, your loved one and the one suffering with lung issues. We pray for healing and quick recovery. Scripture tells us, Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be healthy, even as your soul prospers 3 John 1:2 and But I will restore health to you and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh Jeremiah 30:17. We ask God to breathe His healing power upon those lungs, to restore strength, to guide any medical care, and to bring comfort and peace to all who are worried.

We also want to address with love and truth your request for help against lustful thoughts. This is a battle many face, and God calls us to purity and holiness. Jesus taught, Everyone who gazes at a woman to lust after her has committed adultery with her already in his heart Matthew 5:28. We are called to flee sexual immorality, for every sin that a man does is outside the body, but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body 1 Corinthians 6:18. We must bring every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ 2 Corinthians 10:5 and think on whatever things are true, whatever things are honorable, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely Philippians 4:8.

We encourage you to not entertain these thoughts but to turn from them immediately, to resist the devil and he will flee from you James 4:7, to make a covenant with your eyes, to fill your mind with the Word, and to seek accountability if needed. God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted above what you are able, but will with the temptation also make the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it 1 Corinthians 10:13. When we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness 1 John 1:9.

We noticed your prayer was addressed to the Lord, and we want to gently remind you that it is only through Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father. Jesus said, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me John 14:6 and There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12. It is by His name and His shed blood that our prayers are heard and our sins are forgiven. If you have not already, we encourage you to place your full trust in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, to repent and believe in Him.

We pray together now, Father, we thank You for Your goodness and mercy toward us. We come to You in the precious name of Jesus Christ, Your Son, asking for Your will to be done. Grant our dear one peaceful and undisturbed rest, restore health to their loved ones, touch and heal the lungs that are struggling, and grant speedy and complete healing according to Your mercy. Lord, cleanse the mind and heart from all lustful thoughts, give strength to flee temptation, renew the mind by Your Holy Spirit, and help us to walk in purity and holiness before You. Forgive us where we have sinned in thought, word, or deed, and lead us in the path of righteousness. We trust You to provide the way of escape and the power to overcome. We ask all these things in the name of Jesus Christ, Amen.

Thank you for bringing these honest requests to us. We hear your thankfulness even while you are tired and carrying concerns for health, and we are praying with you.

We join you in thanking God for His goodness, and we ask Him to give you deep, restoring rest. When sleep has been broken and the body is run down, everything feels heavier, so we pray for both physical renewal and peace of mind as you rest.

For the lung issues you mentioned, we are praying for healing and for strength day by day. Please keep staying connected with your medical care team as you pray, so they can walk with you toward healing as well. We will keep lifting that need before the Lord.

And thank you for naming the struggle with lustful thoughts so openly. That honesty matters, and God honors a heart that wants to walk in purity. Many find it helps to notice early when those thoughts begin, to turn quickly to the Lord in that moment, to limit what feeds them, and to have one trusted, mature believer to be honest with for encouragement and accountability.

Father, we thank You for Your goodness to our friend. We ask You to grant peaceful rest, to touch lungs and body with Your healing hand, and to guard heart and mind and give strength to walk in purity. Lead in wisdom and draw close each day. In Jesus' name, amen.

We thank God with you for His goodness, and we join our hearts to yours in prayer before the throne of grace.

You have asked for good rest, and we pray that the Lord will give you that rest which is present rest, rest now, not only rest after death. Our Lord Jesus says, Come unto me and I will give you rest, and then He says, Learn of me and ye shall find rest. There is a given rest when we first come to Him by faith, and there is a found rest as we learn of Him and take His yoke upon us. True rest to the child of God is rest on the wing, rest in motion, rest in service with the yoke on, as we become like the mind of Christ. May the Lord grant you quiet sleep for the body and a deeper rest for the soul, an abiding rest which you shall go on to find more and more as you trust Him. Trust and you shall rest.

We lift before the Lord those dear to you whose names you have set before us, and especially the one who suffers with lung issues. We pray for quick healing if it be His gracious will, and for sustained grace to endure. There is an abundance of healing power in Jesus Christ and His salvation. The Scripture says the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations, and the least thing about Christ is healing. His fruit is sweet and nourishing, and even His leaves are full of healing virtue to change the life blood and make the nature other than it was before. We very speedily care for bodily diseases and rightly seek the physician, yet we look above all to the Great Physician who heals the broken heart and who often makes pardon and healing to be one, for the Sun of Righteousness has risen with healing in His wings. May the Lord lay His healing hand upon these lungs, ease every breath, and restore strength, and may this affliction, whatever its outcome, draw the sufferer nearer to Christ where alone is perfect healing.

You have also asked for deliverance from lustful thoughts, and this is a holy and needful prayer. Our Lord taught us to pray, Lead us not into temptation, and that prayer confesses both our danger and our dependence. Temptation in itself is perilous, and though God may bring good out of trial, we are right to ask that He would not lead us into places where we shall be severely tried, and that He would save us from the mischief of temptation that we may not stain our garments nor slip nor slide. We pray that He will preserve you in purity and uprightness and keep you from all the devices of the evil one. Remember that he who prays, Lead us not into temptation, must not himself go into temptation. Turn from every place and provision that would feed unholy desire, make no provision for the flesh, and set your mind upon Christ. Sanctification is the great separator of Christians from the world, and purity must go hand in hand with charity. Let us come to Him again tonight before we go to rest and ask the dear Master to wash our feet from the dust of the world and to cleanse the thoughts of the heart.

May the Lord hear your thanksgiving and your supplications, forgive your sins for Jesus sake, heal your infirmities, give you rest in service, and keep you in perfect purity until that day when there remaineth a perfect rest to the people of God, where we shall be wholly at rest in His presence. We ask all this in the name of Jesus Christ our only Saviour, in whom alone is salvation and rest. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Your gratitude to God for His goodness is right and pleasing, and I join you in thanking Him with you. It is good that you have brought these needs before Him, for He hears and He cares, and He calls us both to cast our cares upon Him and to be watchful and faithful in our own part.

I pray with you for good and ordered rest. God has given sleep as a gift to restore the body, and when the heart is not burdened with excess and the soul is kept in peace before Him, sleep is calm and truly refreshing. At the same time Scripture warns us not to fall into spiritual sleep, which is carelessness toward what is good. So ask Him for bodily rest, and also ask Him to keep your soul sober and watchful, with a heart guarded and awake to His Word, so that even in rest you remain close to Him.

I also join you in prayer for health, for your loved one and for the one suffering with lung issues. God is the giver of life and the healer, and we can ask Him with confidence for mercy, for breathing to be eased, for strength to return, and for quick and complete healing according to His will. Continue to seek proper care and to do what is helpful for health, trusting that God works through both prayer and diligent means, for He does not will that we be idle and expect Him to do all, nor that we boast as if all depends on us, but that we walk with Him in humble trust and obedience.

Concerning lustful thoughts, you do well to bring this struggle into the light and to seek help against it. Such thoughts, when welcomed and entertained, defile the soul which is more precious than all else. They often enter when we leave the doors of the heart open, and they are fed by what we see, what we speak, and what we linger over, including careless talk and jesting that makes light of impurity. The way to stand against them is to guard the heart, to close those doors, and to turn quickly to Christ for forgiveness and strength. When a thought arises, do not invite it in or give it a place to stay. Turn away, pray at once, fill the mind with Scripture and with what is pure and good, and keep fellowship with Him who is able to keep you. If you have fallen, do not remain in discouragement, for God lifts up the humble and restores those who confess and turn to Him, and His grace trains us to love Him more and to walk more carefully.

Let us pray together.

Heavenly Father, we thank You for Your goodness and mercy. We ask You to grant rest that truly restores, to guard the heart and mind in Christ Jesus day and night. We place before You those who are in need of healing, especially the one suffering with lung trouble, and we ask for Your healing hand, for eased breathing, for strength, and for a swift recovery if it is Your will. Watch over our loved ones and keep them in health. Forgive us where we have sinned in thought, word, and deed, and give power to turn from every lustful thought and to keep the soul pure before You. Make us sober, watchful, and steadfast, not moved from hope in You, and help us to walk each day in holiness and love. We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.

Thank you for sharing your heart and bringing these needs before the Lord. It is good to begin with thanksgiving for His goodness, for every good gift comes from Him and He invites us to cast all our cares upon Him.

Your desire for good rest is one that God Himself has promised to meet. Scripture speaks of a rest that remains for the people of God, and we enter that rest not by our own striving or works or strength, but by faith in Jesus Christ and His finished work on the cross. We cannot earn rest by trying harder. We enter it by believing that He has done all that is needed and by committing our way to Him and trusting Him to bring His will to pass. When we commit our lives and our concerns to the Lord, the natural result is rest. It is a quiet confidence that He is able and He will take care of what concerns us, even when we cannot see what He is doing. I pray the Lord will help you to rest in Him, to cease from anxious striving and to wait patiently for Him with a heart at peace.

I join you in prayer for health and for healing, especially for the lung issues you mentioned. The Lord is compassionate toward our physical needs. Jesus showed His heart to heal, even when others criticized Him for it, because His mercy is greater than all opposition. He knows every detail of the body He created and He hears our prayers for healing. We ask Him to touch those lungs, to bring quick and complete healing according to His wisdom and mercy, and to give strength and comfort to those who are waiting and caring for loved ones who are unwell.

You also asked for help against lustful thoughts, and the Lord honors that honest prayer. Scripture teaches that temptation begins in the heart when we are drawn away by our own desires, and if lust is entertained it can lead into sin. The wise counsel is to not lust after beauty in the heart and not to linger on the thought, but to cut it off at the beginning. There is no real love in lust, only the desire of the flesh, and it never satisfies. God calls us to guard our hearts, to turn our eyes away from what tempts us, and to fill our minds with what is pure. He is faithful to provide a way of escape and to renew our minds as we look to Him.

Let us pray together. Father, we thank You for Your goodness and mercy. We ask You to lead this dear one into Your rest through faith in Jesus, to quiet anxiety and to give deep and peaceful rest in Your care. We ask for Your healing hand upon every health need brought before You, especially upon the lungs that are struggling, that You would bring healing and restored breath and strength in Your perfect timing. And we ask for purity of heart and mind, that You would guard against lustful thoughts, give power to turn away at the first thought, and fill the heart with love for what is holy. Help us to trust You, to delight in You, and to live in harmony with You through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.

We thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf and we are glad that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. We have continued to lift up before the Lord your thanksgiving for His goodness and your requests for good rest, for the health of your loved ones, for healing and quick restoration of lungs, and for victory over lustful thoughts.

We pray that the Lord will grant you peaceful and refreshing rest as He gives sleep to His beloved according to Psalm 127:2, that He will lay His healing hand upon those with lung issues and bring them quick and complete healing according to James 5:15, and that He will renew your mind and strengthen you to walk in purity and holiness before Him.

If your requests have been answered, please post a praise report and let us all know so we may rejoice together. If your requests do not yet seem to have been answered, please post them again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek Him through His Son, Jesus Christ. We pray this in Jesus Name. Amen.
