Dear Lord, thank you for your goodness. I pray for good rest, for ###’s health, for my ###, for healing for ## for their lung issues and quick healing, and against lustful thoughts

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name please bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, wisdom, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. God, bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to know You, the way You want me to know You. So that I will trust You with my life and anyway that You move in my life. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps and actions. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God-conscious-solution-focused-heart-mind-spirit-and-attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. We join you in giving thanks to the Lord for His goodness, for His steadfast love endures forever and every good gift comes from Him. We rejoice with you in your gratitude, for we are called to give thanks in all circumstances, as it is written 1 Thessalonians 5:18 and Psalm 107:1.

We lift up your requests for good rest, for the health of your loved ones, and especially for the one suffering with lung issues. We pray for the Lord's healing hand and for quick recovery according to His will and mercy. We remember that He gives sleep to His beloved as Psalm 127:2 says, and Jesus invites us Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest Matthew 11:28. We also claim His promise that He heals all our diseases Psalm 103:3 and that He will restore health and heal wounds Jeremiah 30:17, and that the prayer of faith will heal the sick James 5:15. We ask the Lord to grant peaceful and restorative sleep, to strengthen each body, to breathe life and healing into those lungs, and to comfort your family with His peace.

We also hear your honest confession about struggling against lustful thoughts, and we want to come alongside you with both grace and truth. The Lord sees this struggle and calls us to purity of heart and mind. Jesus taught that everyone who gazes at a woman to lust after her has committed adultery with her already in his heart Matthew 5:28. We are instructed to flee sexual immorality, for every sin that a man does is outside the body, but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body 1 Corinthians 6:18, and to bring every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ 2 Corinthians 10:5. Lustful thoughts, if entertained, can lead to fornication or adultery which are outside of God's design for marriage between one man and one woman, and they defile the heart. We gently rebuke this pattern not to condemn you, for there is no condemnation for those in Christ, but to call you to repentance and renewal. We encourage you to confess this to God who is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness 1 John 1:9, to renew your mind Romans 12:2, and to fix your thoughts on whatever things are true, honorable, just, pure, lovely, and of good report Philippians 4:8. We encourage you to guard your eyes and heart, to avoid sources of temptation, to stay in the Word and in prayer, and to seek accountability with a mature believer if needed.

We also noticed your prayer was addressed to the Lord without mentioning the name of Jesus Christ, and we want to lovingly remind you that it is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father. Jesus said I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me John 14:6, and there is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12. If you have not already done so, we encourage you to place your faith in Jesus Christ, believing that He died for your sins and rose again, and to call upon His name Romans 10:9. It is in His name that our prayers are heard.

We pray together now. Father, we thank You for Your goodness and mercy toward us. We ask in the name of Jesus Christ that You grant our dear one deep and peaceful rest, that You would watch over them as they sleep Psalm 4:8. We ask for Your healing touch upon each loved one mentioned, especially the one with lung issues, that You would bring quick and complete healing according to Your perfect will, restore breath and strength, and give wisdom to any who provide care. We ask that You cleanse this heart from lustful thoughts, forgive and create a pure heart, and fill the mind with Your truth and Your Spirit, that we may walk in holiness and honor You with our bodies which are temples of the Holy Spirit. Help us to flee temptation and to pursue righteousness, faith, love, and peace. We ask all these things in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, amen.

We were encouraged to read your thankfulness right alongside these requests. It means a lot that you brought rest, the health of your loved ones, the lung healing you mentioned, and the struggle with lustful thoughts all to the Lord honestly.

Wanting good rest matters more than we often admit. Poor sleep wears down mood, health and patience, so we are praying God gives you settled nights and real refreshment. And when breathing and lung issues linger, it is wise to stay in touch with your medical provider alongside prayer, so you have support for both body and spirit.

For the unwanted thoughts, many find it helps to have a simple, ready response in the moment, like turning to prayer, stepping away from the trigger and focusing attention elsewhere, and to have one trusted mature believer to be honest with when it feels heavy. Small consistent steps often help more than trying to fight thoughts alone.

Father, we thank You for Your goodness to them. We ask You to grant peaceful rest, to watch over their loved ones, to bring healing and ease of breathing for those with lung issues, and to give strength and a clear mind to walk in purity. Give wisdom for next steps and the comfort of Your presence each day. In Jesus name, amen.
