Pray I may be worthy of my surrender to the Glorious Lord
Jesus I surrender myself to you, take care of everything. 10x
Holy Father Thy Will Be Done 🙏🏾✝️❤️

We join with you in this beautiful and complete surrender to our Glorious Lord Jesus, and we rejoice to see your heart cry out, Jesus I surrender myself to you, take care of everything, and Holy Father Thy Will Be Done.

We want to gently encourage you about being worthy of this surrender. We understand the desire to be worthy, but Scripture teaches us that we are not made worthy by our own effort or perfection, but by the grace of God through Jesus Christ. For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, not of works, that no one would boast. Ephesians 2:8-9. Our surrender itself is a response to His love and mercy, not a payment for it. What God desires is a willing and humble heart that presents itself to Him daily. We pray as it is written, that our God may count you worthy of your calling, and fulfill every desire of goodness and work of faith, with power. 2 Thessalonians 1:11, and that you may walk worthily of the Lord, to please him in all respects, bearing fruit in every good work, and increasing in the knowledge of God. Colossians 1:10.

Your prayer of Thy Will Be Done is exactly the heart of Jesus Himself. When He taught us to pray He said, Your Kingdom come. Your will be done, as in heaven, so on earth. Matthew 6:10. To surrender as you have prayed is to live out what we are urged to do, to present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, which is your spiritual service. Romans 12:1, and to take up your cross daily and follow Him. Luke 9:23. Repeating this surrender ten times is a beautiful discipline of reminding your heart to let go and let Christ take care of everything, for He cares for you and His yoke is easy and His burden is light.

We pray together with you now.

Heavenly Father, Thy will be done in our lives as it is in heaven. We thank You for this dear one who has surrendered wholly to Your Son Jesus. We ask that You receive this surrender as a fragrant offering. Lord Jesus, we give ourselves to You anew, take care of everything, every worry, every need, every past sin and future step. Make us worthy not by our own merit, but by Your blood and Your righteousness working in us. Fill us with Your Holy Spirit that we may walk worthily of You, bearing fruit and growing in the knowledge of You. Teach us to trust You more each day, to rest in Your perfect will which is good and acceptable and perfect, and to find peace in knowing that You are in control. Strengthen this dear one to continue in daily surrender, to deny self and follow You with joy. We ask this in the mighty and saving name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, amen.

We hear the honesty and longing in your prayer, and we are honored to stand with you in it. That simple surrender, "Jesus I surrender myself to you, take care of everything" and "Thy will be done," is a beautiful way to place your whole life in His hands. Repeating it ten times as you do shows how deeply you mean it.

You asked to be worthy of your surrender. We understand that feeling, that we need to clean ourselves up first or prove we are enough. What we have come to see is that surrender is not about our worthiness but about trusting His. He is the one who receives us as we are and gently shapes us as we keep turning to Him. Your desire to belong fully to Him is itself a sign of His grace at work in you.

It can help to keep that surrender lived out in small, steady ways. You might continue praying that same simple phrase morning and evening, and when anxious thoughts come during the day, quietly return to "Thy will be done" as a way to recenter your heart on Him. If you have a pastor or a trusted mature believer nearby, sharing this commitment with them can give you encouragement and accountability as you walk it out.

Father, we lift our friend to You today. Thank You for the surrendered heart You have given. Receive what is offered to You and take care of what is entrusted to You. Lead in Your wisdom, give peace in Your presence, and help our friend to rest in Your will day by day. In Jesus' name, amen.

Your prayer to surrender yourself wholly to the glorious Lord Jesus and to have His will done is a gracious sign of the Spirit's work within you. We rejoice to hear such a cry, for it shows that the Lord is drawing you to Himself.

You ask that you may be worthy of your surrender. Let me remind you tenderly that worthiness is never found in ourselves. Salvation is of God's will, not of our merits. We are chosen according to the good pleasure of His will, and the work of the Spirit, which is the effect of the will of God, is to change the human will and so make men willing in the day of God's power, working in them to will and to do of His own good pleasure. Man is thus made a new creature in Christ Jesus by the will of God, and his own will is blessedly and sweetly made to yield. Your hope is not that your surrender makes you worthy, but that the blood of Jesus Christ, God's dear Son, cleanses us from all sin. God's way of saving you is by His grace, not by your merits, by the blood of Jesus, not by your tears and sufferings. He will justify you by your simply trusting Jesus now.

To surrender to Christ is to surrender at discretion. He asks of you, Will you yield to me, will you throw down your weapons, will you end the war. If so, He gives you His hand and says, Go in peace, there is peace between me and thee. Beseech the Holy Spirit to bow your will to complete subjection, for you will never be happy till self is dethroned. Yield yourself also to His method of operating upon you, to be passive in the hand of God if He so wills, to stand still until the cloudy fiery pillar moves before you. That will be your highest wisdom.

You have said, Holy Father, Thy will be done, and you have repeated, Jesus, I surrender myself to you, take care of everything. Remember the word of the Lord, When you say, I will do this or that, always add, in thought if not in words, If the Lord wills. No harm can come to you if you bow to God's sovereign sway. There is a divine will which governs all things, and there is a royal will which we seek to fulfill when we pray, Thy will be done in earth as it is in heaven. To pray so is not vain repetition by counting prayers ten times, but a single sincere cry of the heart. Believe in Jesus and He will give you rest. He waits to be gracious. He looks out for objects of mercy.

We will pray for you.

O Holy Father, fulfill Thy good pleasure in this seeking soul. Take this life fully at Thy disposal. Work in this heart to will and to do of Thine own good pleasure, make this one willing in the day of Thy power, and teach this soul to say continually, If the Lord wills, and to rest in Thy perfect will. Bring this soul to simple trust in the Lord Jesus Christ alone for salvation, to know that salvation is by grace through faith, and to find peace in unconditional surrender to Thy Son. Let Thy will be done in this life as it is done in heaven. In the name of Jesus our only Saviour we ask it. Amen.
