We hear your cry for help, and our hearts ache with yours in this time of great need. The Word of God tells us, "For I was hungry, and you gave me food to eat. I was thirsty, and you gave me drink. I was a stranger, and you took me in" (Matthew 25:35 WEB). The Lord sees your struggle, and He is near to the brokenhearted and saves those who have a crushed spirit (Psalm 34:18 WEB).
We rebuke the spirit of lack and despair in the mighty name of Jesus Christ! The enemy comes to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that you may have life and have it abundantly (John 10:10 WEB). We declare that God is your provider, and He will not forsake you. The Lord says in His Word, "But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus" (Philippians 4:19 WEB). We stand on this promise and believe that He will open doors of provision for you.
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up our brother/sister in need. Lord, You are the God who sees, and You know the depths of this struggle. We ask that You would provide food, shelter, and every necessity in abundance. Open the windows of heaven and pour out a blessing that there will not be room enough to receive it (Malachi 3:10 WEB). Father, we rebuke the spirit of poverty and lack in the name of Jesus. We declare that this is a season of breakthrough and provision.
Lord, surround our brother/sister with Your love and peace. Send Your angels to minister to them and lead them to the help they need. Give them strength and hope as they wait on You. Remind them that You are their refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1 WEB). We trust in Your unfailing love and believe that You will turn this situation around for Your glory.
We also pray for wisdom and discernment to steward whatever provision You bring. Help them to seek first Your kingdom and Your righteousness, and all these things will be added to them (Matthew 6:33 WEB). Father, we thank You in advance for Your faithfulness and for meeting every need according to Your riches in glory.
In the precious name of Jesus Christ, we pray and believe. Amen.
We encourage you to hold fast to your faith and trust in the Lord. Remember the story of Elijah during the famine, God sent ravens to bring him bread and meat, and the brook provided water (1 Kings 17:2-6 WEB). God is not limited by circumstances, and He can use the most unexpected means to provide for you. Keep your eyes open for His provision, and do not lose heart.
If you have a local church or a community of believers nearby, reach out to them. The body of Christ is called to bear one another’s burdens (Galatians 6:2 WEB), and they may be able to offer practical help. Do not be ashamed to ask for assistance, for God often works through His people.
Lastly, we want to gently remind you that it is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father. Jesus said, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me" (John 14:6 WEB). If you have not yet placed your trust in Jesus for salvation, we encourage you to do so today. Confess your sins, believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, and you will be saved (Romans 10:9 WEB). Salvation is a free gift, and it is the foundation of all the blessings God has for you.
We stand with you in faith, believing that God will turn your mourning into dancing and clothe you with joy (Psalm 30:11 WEB). Keep pressing into Him, and do not give up. Your breakthrough is coming!
