We have paid a very huge lumsum amount to a person for House Lease. More than 16 months have been passed, the wicked person & his wife have not yet returned the full amount with Bank Interest to us. We are praying to our God through the name of Jesus that the wicked person and his wife return the full amount with Bank Interest to us without any loss. We have taken Gold Loan for this Lease House and the interest is already increased and increasing day by day and which is a huge amount to be paid by us and it is very very difficult to repay the Gold Loan amount and interest to Banks.

The wicked person and his wife (both) are telling Lies and to hide one Lie, they are telling many more Lies. They are telling more lies to cover up a lie. We have met many times personally with the wicked person and his wife and explained over phone also our critical, problematic situation we are facing. Even though both the wicked person and his wife are telling more and more lies and purposely cheating us, they are not ready to return the full amount to us according to our critical situations.

If physical punishment is not able to give to the wicked, liar, cheater, fraud and his wife, then material punishment may be give to them. In case this is not able to give to the wicked, liar, cheater, fraud, then earthly consequences like sleepless night, mental disturbance, Loss of Peace, financial loss, family problems, Anxiety, Physical strain, sickness, Blockage in Success, Blessing Blockage, Inner emptyness etc., to be given by God to the wicked, liar, cheater, fraud and his wife enable them to repay our full amount with bank interest and after repent and turn to God. Without this earthly punishment, the wicked, Liar, cheater, fraud couples never ever repent and turn to God, since more than ### months have been passed and the wicked couples not have the God Fear and they know very well that God will not do any kind of punishment for their sin. Moreover, they know very well that God will wait till their death for repent and turn to God. Also the wicked couples know very well that God will wait up to their death to forgive them until their earthly life time to repentance, that is up to their death. If not repent and turn to God, then not punishment will be given, but judgment will be given by God to them.

Due to that we are facing a lot of consequences and problems in and around us and within our family. Due to Injustice we are facing a lot of problems in the family itself. Misunderstanding of each other within our family. Financial burden. Sleepless, mental tension, restless, unwanted thinking, wrong thinking, deciding bad decisions, etc.

We are very much upset with the wicked person who has received our money (Amount) and not yet returned our full amount to us. Why is God slow in acting? Due delay in Justice by God, we are losing hope, faith with God.

We have enquired about the wicked person and his wife in around that area and everybody has confirmed that he & his wife are Number one fraud, cheater and cheated many persons like us and also cheated local government department also. Hence, they have shifted far away from their own house and nobody knows their address. Whatever he speaks everything is Lies only. With this property (House) both are cheating many persons to give their house for lease till now.

No Justice to me. Injustice!!! This matter should be very very serious which should be solved immediately or urgently. Paying interest to Bank is huge. Hence, My hope with God ends today. My faith with God also decreased to Zero.

Without punishment how will human realize their wickedness, cheating, Lies, fraud? Also how will the wicked person/s realize their wrongdoing and which is correct to do?. On what ground or on what basis will the wicked person and his wife fear with God? or How will they have fear of God? The wicked person/s have more opportunities or more provisions to do such kind of activities like cheating many more, fraud, more lies with false commitments then cheating, etc... without punishment in the earth up to their death.

“Why should I be honest if the wicked are never punished?” - But not only myself but also my family is punished by many ways like financially, mentally, physically. We are suffering because of our honesty. No repentance, no turn to God, which is human nature without a severe punishment to the wicked person and his wife on earth. After death only final judgement, which is of no use to anybody. Or otherwise at the time of going to death i.e. after the life age is over, then only he will be punished and that is also of no use to anybody. Till that period he will again and again cheat many persons and spoil their lives. Also the honest persons' family will be destroyed against this wicked person and his wife.

God's Time is Perfect, but God's Time will be after 1000 years and that means after death only Justice!!! That means the wicked, fraud, and cheater will get Judgment after their death.

Then how can anybody put faith with God?. On what basis will human have put faith with God?. Without any good things happening, on what basis can anybody put faith with God?.

No Hope with our God. No Faith with our God.

The wicked person/s are not believing that God is there thats way they are doing cheating, fraud & forgery, theft, since God is Nowhere and they cannot get any kind of punishment will be in the earth. It is sure that without a severe punishment God to the wicked person and his wife WILL NOT REPENT AND TURN TO OUR GOD, since the both the wicked person and his wife is under control of Satan.

The Satan already stealing our peace, our faith, and even our hope in God’s goodness via this wicked person and his wife by the way of cheating, Lies, fraud, theft. Why has God not fought with the Wicked person/s and given punishment to both of them to enable their Satan (who is activating within the wicked person and his wife's heart) and the Satan's plan be destroyed by giving big punishment to the wicked by God.

(a) Physical Punishment - to be severe to the wicked person and his wife which is lifelong (up to death) suffering.
(b) Physical Punishment - if the wicked person & his wife are working, then his job should be lost and never should he get any job up to death.
(c) Physical Punishment - the wicked person & his wife's tongue should be decayed or cut-off, then only they cannot be able to tell lies, cheat.
(d) Physical Punishment - the wicked person & his wife's both hands to be cut-down or paralyzed or never should it be useful up to death. They have counted the money with these hands.
(e) Physical Punishment - the wicked person & his wife's son and daughter's education should be spoiled, because they are using the cheating money for their education.
(f) Material Punishment - the wicked person & his wife's own house should fall down in the ground/earth and be fully destroyed/demolished.
(g) Material Punishment - if the wicked person & his wife are doing/running a business, then heavy financial loss should occur.

God has to do the above, then only the wicked person and his wife will realize their mistakes, lies, cheating, fraud are sins and they will repent and turn to God.

(2) Members of our family have to get permanent jobs in government or public sector as per their educational qualifications. Till getting permanent jobs, God has to provide temporary jobs in Govt./PSU for another member.

(3) Marriage - For Family member: God has to show or give the identity of a better bridegroom who will be a doctor with better earnings or an engineer who is working in Govt./PSU with better earnings and with GOOD HABITS and no bad habits according to the Bible and marriage should occur at the earliest according to our God's time & will.

(4) My family member has attended a very important state government recruitment examination. Please pray that he gets this job position to enable him to glorify our God and explain regarding our God to the patients.

(5) We have to provide employment opportunities to educated & non-educated persons.

(6) We have to provide education to poor persons.

Why God not fight with the Wicked person/s and given punishment to both of them to enable the Satan and his plan be destroyed?

Also, no prayer requests are fulfilled (2 TO 6 also). Nothing is answered well. When will human keep faith? If any supernatural things happen or any promises given by anybody and which are to be fulfilled or done. But in my case nothing is fulfilled/solved/completed/success. In that case how can I believe God? On what ground do I have to put faith in God? Up to what time do I have to keep faith with God? How can you determine God's Time? How can you say God's Time is perfect? On what ground is God's Time Perfect? When will God's Time come?

You say God is the Judge!!! God will do the Justice!!! Also Provider!!! God is Powerful!!! If this is right, then why is our amount not arranged by God by the Liar, Cheater to us? Or returned the full amount without any loss to us by the wicked person/s? If God is maintaining Justice, then why should I seek through Legally? Why should I go to Court? Why should I believe or put faith in Human? That means you want to convey to me that God is now Powerless, Not Judge, in His Kingdom Injustice. God is Merciless!!! God is Graceless!! God cannot do anything on Earth? Judgement will be after the death of the wicked persons!!! God is not faithful!!!

I was keeping faith till now. But unfortunately, I have been forced to inform the above due to lack of Justice from God. Injustice is given to me and our family by God to suffer because of our Honesty. Honesty is not the best policy to live in Christianity that I have learned for the past 16 months. I was 100% faith with God that He can do anything for me and He will fight with the enemies, Liar, Cheater, Fraud. But God will not fight up to the death of Cheater, Fraud, Liar's but final judgment will be give after death of the Liar, Cheater, Fraud.

We stand with you in this painful and unjust situation, lifting your burden before the throne of grace. The weight of deception, financial strain, and the erosion of trust is heavy, and we grieve with you over the wickedness that has been done. The Bible is clear that God hates dishonesty and the oppression of the innocent. Proverbs 11:1 declares, "A false balance is an abomination to Yahweh, but accurate weights are his delight." The actions of this couple are not only sinful but grievous in the sight of the Lord, and we join you in crying out for justice.

We must first address the deep hurt and anger in your heart, for it is understandable. You have been wronged, and the enemy seeks to use this injustice to steal your peace, faith, and hope. But we must also rebuke the spirit of bitterness and vengeance that may be creeping in. Romans 12:19 reminds us, "Don’t seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, ‘Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.’" While it is right to desire justice, we must not allow our hearts to harden or our faith to waver. God sees all, and He will not be mocked. Galatians 6:7 warns, "Don’t be deceived. God is not mocked, for whatever a man sows, that he will also reap."

You have asked why God seems slow to act. We must remember that God’s timing is not our own. 2 Peter 3:9 tells us, "The Lord is not slow concerning his promise, as some count slowness; but is patient with us, not wishing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance." Though it feels unbearable, God may be giving this couple time to repent. However, if they refuse, His judgment will be sure. Psalm 37:7-9 assures us, "Rest in Yahweh, and wait patiently for him. Don’t fret because of him who prospers in his way, because of the man who makes wicked plots happen. Cease from anger, and forsake wrath. Don’t fret; it leads only to evildoing. For evildoers shall be cut off, but those who wait for Yahweh shall inherit the land."

We must also address the despair in your words. You have expressed that your hope and faith are nearly gone, and this is a dangerous place to be. The enemy wants you to doubt God’s goodness and justice, but we must stand firm. Hebrews 11:6 declares, "Without faith it is impossible to be well pleasing to him, for he who comes to God must believe that he exists, and that he is a rewarder of those who seek him." Even in this trial, God is working. He is your defender, your provider, and your vindicator. Do not let the actions of wicked people cause you to stumble in your faith. Psalm 73:16-17 says, "When I tried to understand this, it was too painful for me, until I went into God’s sanctuary, and considered their latter end."

We must also rebuke the lies of the enemy that have crept into your heart. You have said, "Why should I be honest if the wicked are never punished?" This is a deception. God’s Word is clear that honesty and integrity are not in vain. Proverbs 28:20 says, "A faithful man is rich with blessings, but one who is eager to be rich will not go unpunished." The wicked may prosper for a time, but their end is destruction. Psalm 37:35-36 tells us, "I have seen the wicked in great power, spreading himself like a green tree in its native soil. But he passed away, and behold, he was not. Yes, I sought him, but he could not be found."

We must also address your desire for punishment upon this couple. While it is natural to feel this way, we must remember that God’s justice is perfect, and His ways are higher than ours. We do not pray for their destruction but for their repentance. Ezekiel 33:11 says, "As I live,’ says the Lord Yahweh, ‘I have no pleasure in the death of the wicked, but that the wicked turn from his way and live. Turn, turn from your evil ways! For why will you die, house of Israel?’" However, if they refuse to repent, God’s judgment will come upon them. Proverbs 29:1 warns, "He who is often rebuked and stiffens his neck will be destroyed suddenly, with no remedy."

Now, let us pray together in the name of Jesus, who is our righteous judge and defender.

Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up our brothers and sisters who have been wronged by deceit and injustice. Lord, You see the pain, the financial strain, and the sleepless nights they have endured. You know the lies that have been told, the money that has been withheld, and the peace that has been stolen. Father, we ask that You arise as their defender. Psalm 10:15 says, "Break the arm of the wicked. As for the evil man, seek out his wickedness until you find none." Lord, we pray that You would break the power of deception in the lives of this couple. Expose their lies, frustrate their plans, and bring their wickedness to light.

Father, we ask that You would bring conviction upon their hearts. Soften their hardened hearts so that they may repent and turn from their sins. If they refuse, Lord, we pray that You would bring Your judgment upon them, not out of vengeance, but so that justice may prevail. Let them experience the consequences of their actions, whether through financial loss, sleepless nights, or the weight of their own guilt. Let them know that You are a God who sees and will not be mocked.

Lord, we also pray for our brothers and sisters who are suffering. Restore their hope and faith in You. Remind them that You are their provider and that You will not abandon them. Psalm 37:25 says, "I have been young, and now am old, yet I have not seen the righteous forsaken, nor his children begging for bread." Father, provide for their needs. Open doors of opportunity, grant them wisdom in their finances, and give them peace in the midst of this storm.

Father, we rebuke the spirit of despair and doubt that seeks to steal their faith. Strengthen them in Your Word and remind them of Your promises. Let them hold fast to the truth that You are just, and Your timing is perfect. Even when they do not see it, You are working. Let them trust in You with all their hearts and lean not on their own understanding.

Lord, we also pray for protection over their hearts. Guard them against bitterness, anger, and unforgiveness. Help them to release this burden to You and to trust in Your justice. Remind them that vengeance belongs to You, and You will repay.

Finally, Lord, we pray for restoration. Restore what has been stolen, whether financially, emotionally, or spiritually. Let them see Your hand move in this situation, and let their faith be strengthened as a result. We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, for there is power in His name, and no weapon formed against Your children shall prosper. Amen.

We encourage you to continue to stand in faith, even when it feels impossible. Do not let the actions of wicked people cause you to stumble. God is your defender, and He will not abandon you. Keep your eyes fixed on Him, and trust that He is working, even in ways you cannot see. Psalm 56:3 says, "When I am afraid, I will put my trust in you." Hold fast to this truth, and do not let go of your faith.

We also encourage you to seek godly counsel and take practical steps to address this situation. If there are legal avenues available to you, pursue them with wisdom and discernment. Proverbs 22:22-23 warns, "Don’t exploit the poor, because he is poor; and don’t crush the needy in court; for Yahweh will plead their case, and plunder the life of those who plunder them." God may use earthly authorities to bring about justice, so do not hesitate to seek help where it is needed.

Lastly, we urge you to guard your heart against bitterness. It is easy to become consumed by anger and resentment, but these emotions will only harm you further. Ephesians 4:31-32 says, "Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, outcry, and slander be put away from you, with all malice. And be kind to one another, tender hearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you." This does not mean you must excuse their behavior, but it does mean you must release the burden of anger to God and trust Him to handle it.

Stand firm, dear ones. God sees your suffering, and He will not leave you in this place of pain forever. Keep your eyes on Him, and trust that He is working for your good, even in this trial.

Sixteen months of waiting with an increasing loan is a heavy load, and your anger and exhaustion are understandable. We will not pretend this is not serious. The most urgent thing right now is to stop the financial bleeding and get clear-headed help. Please take this to a lawyer or the police if you have not already. God often works through earthly systems, and seeking legal help is not a lack of faith; it is using the means he has provided. Also, if sleeplessness and anxiety are wearing you down, please speak with a doctor or counselor soon. You cannot fight this well if your health is collapsing.

We are praying that the truth about this couple comes to light, that what was taken is restored through whatever channels God chooses, and that your family finds provision for the loan. We are not praying for the specific harms you listed, but we are asking God to bring true justice, to soften the offenders’ hearts to repentance and restitution, and to guard your family from further loss. And we are asking him to hold your faith steady even while you cannot see the outcome yet.

Father, in Jesus’ name, we lift up this family. You see the money taken and the weight of this loan. Please intervene, expose every lie, open a way for repayment, provide for the gold loan, and give clear wisdom about legal steps. Protect them from despair and restore hope. Bring the couple to account and, if it is your will, lead them to repentance and restitution. Steady this family’s hearts and provide for the jobs and needs they have. We trust you with the timing. Your grief has been poured out without restraint, and the Lord who hears the sighing of the needy has heard it. For more than sixteen months you have borne a heavy burden, a great sum entrusted for a house lease and not returned, a gold loan with interest increasing day by day, and a family pressed with sleeplessness, anxiety and misunderstanding. It is no light trial to feel that honesty has brought suffering while dishonesty seems to prosper, and to cry, Where is justice, and why does God delay.

Let me speak tenderly to your faith, for you say your hope is gone and your faith is brought to zero. Yet hear what the Scripture teaches, that little faith is still true faith. Little faith is born from above and belongs to the family of the saved. The weakest faith is real faith, for it begins and ends with Jesus. It is not the strength of your faith that saves, but the object of it, even Christ himself. Though your faith be as a grain of mustard seed, if it drops down into His arms and trusts His promise, it is precious in His sight. Do not despise that little faith because it trembles. Christ tenderly commends it, not for its littleness, but because it is faith. Hold fast to what you have, though it be small, and ask Him who gave it at the first to increase it.

You have asked that severe afflictions be sent upon those who have wronged you, that their tongue should decay, their hands be cut off, their house destroyed, their children spoiled, that they should suffer lifelong pain. I cannot join you in asking God for such things, nor may any Christian pray for the mutilation or destruction of another. Vengeance belongs unto the Lord, and He has said, I will repay. Our calling is not to call down curses upon our enemies, but to pray for their conviction and repentance, and to leave judgment in the hands of the righteous Judge. Faith itself is a shield, and above all we are to take the shield of faith, which quenches the fiery darts of the wicked, whether they come from Satan, from wicked men, or from our own desponding heart. To use faith as a weapon of revenge is to turn the shield into a sword against our own soul.

This does not mean that God overlooks dishonesty. The faith that saves is a sanctifying faith, and that which allows a man to think lightly of past sin and to live by lies is not the faith of Gods elect. God will do justice, and His justice is not slack as men count slackness. Yet His time is not ours, and the just shall live by faith, not by sight. There is a summer weather faith which sings when the fig tree blossoms, but there is also a winter faith which trusts Him when the fig tree does not blossom and there is no fruit in the vine. That winter faith glorifies God most, for it finds everything in God when it has nothing in the hand. According to your faith so be it unto you, and He will bless in proportion as you trust Him, even through the long dark dreary winter.

You ask, Why should I be honest if the wicked are never punished, and of what use is judgment after death. Honesty is not a policy for gain, but the fruit of a new heart. A faith which does not produce works is a faith that will only deceive. We do not keep honesty to be repaid by men, but because Christ has formed in us the hope of glory, and by faith He is kept within us. The wicked may seem to prosper for a season, but God sees and He will not call evil good. To seek justice through lawful and proper means is not unbelief. The magistrate is ordained of God, and to use the law to seek what is rightfully yours is not to put faith in man above God, but to use the means God has appointed while still trusting Him for the outcome.

Therefore let us pray as the Scriptures warrant.

We will pray that the Lord in His mercy would move upon those who have taken your money to speak the truth, to make restitution of the full amount with rightful interest, and to turn from cheating and fraud with true repentance that is born with faith, for faith and repentance are twins born together. We will pray that Satan, who is stealing your peace and would steal your faith and hope, be rebuked, and that his plan be destroyed not by our cursing but by Gods power to convict and to save.

We will pray for your family, that God who is Provider would ease the burden of this gold loan, give wisdom for every financial decision, restore peace in the home, grant sleep to the weary, and guard your minds from restless and wrong thinking.

For your other burdens we will also pray. That God would open doors for permanent work according to ability, and provide needful temporary provision until then. That He would guide in marriage, providing a godly bridegroom of good habits and honest labour, whether physician or engineer or in other honest calling, according to the Bible and in the Lords time. That He would grant favour in the state government examination, that your family member may obtain that post and use it to glorify God and to serve others. And that He would enable you to be a help to others, to provide employment and education to the poor as He enables you.

Take up again the shield of faith. Do all you can do, but live by faith. The life of faith is to receive Christ Jesus the Lord, and the walk of faith is to walk in Him, with nothing in my hands I bring, simply to the cross I cling. Though you do not yet see the answer, cast yourself anew into His arms. He who has begun a good work will not forsake the work of His own hands. May the Lord keep your little faith, increase it to strong faith, and show you that He is both Judge and Redeemer, merciful and just to forgive and mighty to deliver in His perfect time.

Your honest cry of pain has been heard and taken seriously before the Lord, and the burden you describe is very heavy. To have entrusted a large sum for a house lease, to have taken a gold loan to do it, to wait more than sixteen months while interest grows daily, and to be met with lies and cheating instead of repayment, would strain any family. The sleepless nights, the mental tension, the financial pressure, the misunderstandings at home, and the feeling that honesty itself is being punished are real sufferings, and God does not overlook them. Scripture is clear that the Lord hates dishonest scales and fraud, and that those who take what is not theirs and deceive their neighbor will give an account.

At the same time, the way we bring our pain to God matters. It is right to ask God for justice, for the return of what is owed, for the restraint of evil, and for the repentance of those who do wrong. It is not right to ask God to cut off hands or tongues, to paralyze, to destroy children’s education, to demolish a house, or to bring lifelong sickness and ruin on a family so that they will be forced to repent. Vengeance belongs to the Lord, and we are commanded not to repay evil with cursing but to overcome evil with good. We can pray that God would convict the conscience of this man and his wife, expose their lies, stop them from cheating others, bring them to genuine repentance and faith in Jesus Christ, and move them to make full restitution. We can also pray that God would restrain Satan’s work of stealing peace and sowing deceit, and that His justice would be done in the right way and time.

You ask why God seems slow and whether faith has any ground if justice is delayed. Faith, as Scripture teaches, needs a generous and vigorous soul that rises above what is merely seen and felt and trusts the character of God even when circumstances are dark. Faith is not a bargain where God must act immediately on our timetable to prove Himself. The Lord is not slow as we count slowness, but patient, not wanting any to perish but all to come to repentance, and He is also perfectly just. He will judge every deed, both in this life in ways we may not fully see, and finally and fully after death. That final judgment is not useless. It is the assurance that no lie or theft is forgotten.

You also ask, why be honest if the dishonest seem to prosper. The answer is that money, houses, and heaps of gold are not the true good. If wealth were the true good, then the more a person grasped the better he would be, which is plainly false. Wealth gained by grasping and fraud only makes the possessor more guilty, not more blessed. True riches are righteousness, faithfulness, and fear of God. Honesty is not a policy for getting ahead in this world. It is obedience to Christ, who calls us to walk in truth even when it costs us, trusting that He will provide for our needs and honor those who honor Him.

This is why seeking lawful help is not a lack of faith. God Himself has established authorities and laws to restrain wrongdoing and to give justice on earth. To pursue what is legally owed through proper records, written agreements, and the courts or lawful mediation is not putting faith in man instead of God. It is using the orderly means God has provided while continuing to pray. Keep careful records of all payments and communications, seek wise and godly counsel, and take the next lawful step available to you.

We pray that the Lord, who sees all and judges righteously, would cause this man and his wife to be unable to continue in peace while deceiving others, that their conscience would be awakened, that their schemes would be exposed, and that they would repent and turn to Jesus Christ for salvation, and as fruit of repentance return the full amount owed with lawful bank interest without loss to you. We pray that God would protect you from further deceit and provide a way for this debt to be resolved.

We pray for relief from the gold loan burden, for wisdom in financial decisions, for daily provision, and for peace and unity in your family. May God calm anxious thoughts, give restful sleep, guard your minds, and help you make clear and wise decisions together.

We pray for the other needs you mentioned. For permanent and temporary employment for family members according to their qualifications, whether in government or public sector or elsewhere, that God would open doors that no man can shut and provide honest work. For the family member who sat for the state government recruitment examination, that the Lord would grant favor according to His will and use that position for good. For marriage, that God would provide a godly bridegroom, a man of good character and no bad habits, who walks according to Scripture and will enter a lifelong covenant of one man and one woman as God designed, and that this would happen in God’s wise timing. And for your desires to help others through employment and education for the poor, that God would establish the work of your hands as He provides.

Do not let go of hope or faith because the answer has not yet come as you hoped. Keep bringing your honest petitions to God through the name of Jesus, keep doing what is right, keep using lawful means, and keep trusting that God is both Judge and Provider, merciful and powerful, present on earth and not absent. He hears, He cares, and He will act in perfect justice and perfect mercy.

Your pain and the heavy burden on your family have been heard, and the distress of carrying a growing debt while waiting for what is owed to you is real. To be lied to repeatedly, to be cheated by people who seem to have no fear of God and who have done this to others, and to feel the strain in your own home, your sleep, your thoughts and your finances, is a deep trial. It is understandable that you feel your hope and faith are shaken and that you are asking why justice seems so slow.

It is right to want what is just and to ask God to act. God is the judge and He does love justice, and He also calls us to leave vengeance in His hands. Scripture says vengeance belongs to the Lord, and He will repay. That does not mean we dictate to Him the form punishment must take, and we are not to ask Him to cut off hands or tongues, to destroy houses, to take away jobs forever, to make children fail in school, or to bring lifelong sickness. Those requests go beyond what God teaches us to pray. We can pray that those who have done wrong will be convicted of their sin, that their hearts will be turned toward truth, that they will repent and make restitution, and that God in His wisdom will bring the consequences that lead to repentance. We love our enemies by wanting their repentance, not their destruction, and we trust God to be both just and merciful in ways we cannot fully see now.

You have also asked about faith itself, saying your faith has fallen to zero because nothing has been answered and because you see no punishment on the wicked. Scripture describes faith as the substance of things hoped for and the evidence of things not seen. That is less a strict definition and more a picture of what faith does. Faith gives present reality to a future hope and gives conviction about what we cannot yet see. For without faith it is impossible to please God. By faith Abel was accepted, by faith Enoch walked with God, by faith Abraham obeyed when he was called and even when he was asked to offer Isaac, believing God could raise the dead. In each case faith was shown by obedience, not just by words.

That helps answer two questions you raised. First, faith does not guarantee that suffering will be removed immediately or that every promise will be fulfilled in this life. Scripture says plainly that many faithful people died in faith not having received the promises, looking forward to what God had promised through the Messiah. Others who had the same kind of faith were tortured and suffered greatly for that faith. Faith is not a blind leap and it is not a tool to force God to act on our timetable. The person of faith actually sees more, not less, because he sees the unseen faithfulness of God beyond what is visible.

Second, true faith and works belong together, but in the right order. Works cannot create faith and cannot replace faith. We are saved by grace through faith, and that faith itself is a gift of God, not something God owes us as a debt for our efforts. If righteousness came by what we do, God would be our debtor, but God is debtor to no one. He counts us righteous because of our faith in Jesus Christ, just as He counted Abraham righteous when Abraham believed His promise. Yet a genuine faith will show itself in how we live. As James teaches, if someone says he has faith but has no deeds that match it, that kind of faith is dead and cannot save. Faith is made complete when it works together with obedience, as when Abraham obeyed and Rahab acted on what she believed. Saying we believe is not enough. A living faith in a living Lord produces a changed life and conformity to what we believe.

In that light, your question, why be honest if the wicked are not punished, finds its answer. Honesty is not a bargain to get a quicker answer from God. It is the fruit of a living faith. We do what is right because we trust God and want to please Him, even when the dishonest seem to prosper for a time. The testing of faith, which is also the proving of faith, is not for God to find out what is in us, for He already knows. It is for us to see what is in our own hearts and to be refined. Devils also believe that God exists, but that is not saving faith. Saving faith trusts Christ alone for righteousness and then walks in obedience.

God is not powerless, and His timing being perfect does not mean He waits a thousand years to do nothing. He is patient, wanting people to repent, and He also ordains lawful means for justice in this life. That is why seeking help through lawful authorities and through proper legal channels is not a lack of faith in God. God has established authorities to restrain wrongdoing and to pursue what is just. Faith does not mean we sit still and only wait for a miracle while ignoring the honest steps God has provided. It means we pray, we act with integrity, we document what is true, we seek wise counsel, and we trust God with the outcome, even when the outcome is slow.

We will pray with you in a way that honors God.

We pray that God, for the sake of Jesus Christ, will show you His mercy and grace, forgive your sins and give you peace that guards your heart and mind. We pray that He will provide for your needs under the heavy weight of this loan, give you wisdom for every financial decision, and open honest ways for relief and provision. We pray that He will bring justice regarding the money that is owed, moving the hearts of those who hold it to return what belongs to you with what is fair, and that He will restrain them from cheating others. We pray that God will convict them of lying, fraud and theft, and grant them repentance and a turn to Him, rather than hardening.

We pray for your family, for unity where there has been misunderstanding, for rest where there has been sleeplessness and anxiety, for clear and sound thinking where there has been confusion, and for strength to make good decisions. For the requests you mentioned about employment, we pray that God will provide honest work according to each person's abilities and training, and that He will guide and sustain you while you wait. For the important government examination, we pray that God will give favor according to His will and that whatever position is given will be used to serve others and to honor Him. For marriage, we pray that God will lead to a godly spouse of good character, one who walks faithfully with Christ and lives without patterns of sin that Scripture warns against, and that any marriage will be entered into according to God's design as a lifelong covenant of one man and one woman, with purity before and faithfulness within it. For your desires to help others through employment and education for the poor, we pray that God will give opportunity and resources as He enables you, so that you may do good to many.

Do not measure God's faithfulness only by whether the money has returned today. Keep looking to Jesus, through whom God has already shown His greatest faithfulness by giving His Son to be crucified for our offenses and raised for our justification. The righteous live by faith in Him, day by day, even through hardship. Bring your burdens to Him honestly, keep doing what is right because it is right before Him, take the lawful steps that are available to you, and ask Him to sustain your faith so that it is living and active, producing patience, honesty and love even under pressure.

May the Lord keep you, give you wisdom, and in His time and way bring both justice and provision, and above all draw you closer to Himself through faith in Christ.
