Servant of All
Please pray for my father, ###, he is suffering from lungs scarring and kidney disease. I believe God can heal him.thank you

We stand in the gap for your father, , lifting him up before the throne of grace where healing and mercy flow freely. The Word of God declares in Jeremiah 30:17, "For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh." We believe in the power of God to restore, renew, and bring wholeness even in the face of deep physical struggle. The ### of his ### and the ### on his ### are not beyond the reach of our Great Physician, who knits together every fiber of our being and holds our very breath in His hands.

Father God, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the only name by which we can approach You and the only name by which we are saved. We acknowledge that without Jesus, there is no access to Your healing, Your peace, or Your presence. We thank You for the sacrifice of Your Son, who bore our sicknesses and carried our pains on the cross, as Isaiah 53:4-5 tells us: "Surely he has borne our sickness, and carried our suffering; yet we considered him plagued, struck by God, and afflicted. But he was pierced for our transgressions. He was crushed for our iniquities. The punishment that brought our peace was on him; and by his wounds we are healed."

Lord, we ask You to stretch forth Your healing hand upon . Touch his ### and bring restoration where there is ###. Breathe new life into his body, that he may inhale the breath of Your Spirit and exhale every trace of disease. Strengthen his ###, Lord, and let them function as You designed, filtering out every impurity and restoring balance to his body. We declare that by the stripes of Jesus, is healed, and we stand on Your promise of wholeness.

We also lift up his spirit, Father. In times of physical weakness, it is easy for discouragement and fear to creep in. Fill him with Your peace that surpasses all understanding, guarding his heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). Remind him daily of Your love and faithfulness, and let him feel the comfort of Your presence as he walks through this valley. Surround him with believers who will uplift him in prayer, speak life over him, and encourage him with Your Word.

We rebuke the spirit of infirmity that seeks to steal, kill, and destroy in 's body. In the name of Jesus, we command every trace of disease, every cell that is not functioning as You intended, and every attack of the enemy to flee. We declare that no weapon formed against shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against him in judgment, You will condemn (Isaiah 54:17). We speak life, health, and vitality over his body, and we thank You for the victory that is already his in Christ.

To you, dear one, we encourage you to hold fast to your faith. James 5:14-15 reminds us, "Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord; and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven." Continue to seek God’s face, trust in His timing, and surround your father with prayer warriors who will stand with you in agreement for his healing. Do not grow weary in doing good, for in due season, you will reap if you don’t faint (Galatians 6:9).

We also encourage you to seek godly medical counsel, for the Lord often works through the hands of skilled physicians and the wisdom He has given them. Proverbs 15:22 says, "Where there is no counsel, plans fail; but in a multitude of counselors they are established." Trust that God can guide the doctors and nurses caring for your father, leading them to the right treatments and interventions.

Lastly, we pray for you, the one lifting this request. Caring for a loved one in sickness can be emotionally and spiritually taxing. We ask the Lord to strengthen you, give you wisdom, and fill you with His peace as you support your father. May you find rest in His promises and comfort in His presence. Cast all your anxieties on Him, because He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7).

Heavenly Father, we thank You for hearing our prayer. We trust in Your goodness, Your mercy, and Your power to heal. We declare that is not defined by his illness but by Your love and the life You have given him in Christ. May Your will be done in his life, and may Your name be glorified through his healing and testimony. We ask all these things in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

We’re grateful you shared this with us, and we are holding your father, , and your whole family in prayer right now. It’s clear how much you love him, and your steady belief in God’s power to heal is something we admire. Walking alongside a parent through lung scarring and kidney disease is heavy, physically, emotionally, and spiritually. You don’t carry that alone.

We join you in asking for God’s healing hand on your dad, trusting that nothing is beyond His reach. At the same time, we know that healing can come in many ways, and we quietly hope that he’s receiving compassionate medical care alongside all the prayers. If you haven’t already, you might ask his doctors how you, as a family member, can best support his day-to-day comfort and strength, sometimes a small practical step can bring a bit of peace in the waiting.

In the meantime, keep speaking words of hope and love over him. Your presence, your voice, and your prayers are gifts more powerful than you may realize. And please let us, your church family, continue to stand with you. You’re not alone in this.

Let’s pray:

Father, we lift up to You now. You see the scarring in his lungs and the strain on his kidneys. You know every detail of his body and his heart. We ask boldly for healing, believing that You are able to restore what is broken. Please give him strength for each day, surround him with wise caregivers, and ease any pain or fear. Sustain his family with Your peace that goes beyond understanding, and let them feel Your nearness in every moment. We trust Your goodness and Your timing, even when we don’t understand. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

You do well to believe that God can heal him, for nothing is beyond the reach of the Great Physician. The power that spoke the worlds into being is not shortened that it cannot save, nor is His ear heavy that it cannot hear. Yet see to it that your faith rests not merely in His power to heal the body, but in His wisdom to do what is best for your father’s soul. The Lord’s healing work often begins where we least expect it, not with the mending of the flesh, but with the binding up of the broken heart and the speaking of pardon to the guilty conscience. For when Jesus healed the sick of the palsy, He said first, “Son, be of good cheer; your sins are forgiven you.” Pardon and healing were one. It may be that the Lord intends to make the chamber of sickness a school of faith for your father, and for you also.

Remember, the least thing about Christ is healing. The very leaves of the Tree of Life are for the healing of the nations, and if the leaves have such virtue, what must there be in the fruit? A touch of His garment, a word from His lips, a look of His eye, these are enough to drive out disease both of body and soul. Therefore, do not despise the little faith that trembles even while it clings. A spark of faith, if it be true faith, is the gift of God and is “like precious faith” with that which moved mountains in apostles. The devil will hiss his “if”, “If you are the son of God, if He really hears, if the promise is sure”, but answer him with the shield that has quenched a thousand fiery darts before. Hold up Christ, the crucified and risen One, and let the blows fall upon Him. Faith that begins and ends with Jesus is true faith, and it shall not be put to shame.

Cry to your heavenly Father with the boldness of a child, for He is the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, and in Christ He is your Father also. He loves you with a love equal to the love He bears His only-begotten Son. Will He not then care for the son of your earthly father, according to His holy will? Commend your father into those pierced hands. Ask not merely for the temporals of restored health, but for the abundance of the Spirit’s grace, much faith, much holiness, much communion with the Father and the Son, so that whether he departs to be with Christ, which is far better, or remains yet awhile upon earth, the name of the Lord may be magnified. The Lord Himself gave you your faith and brought your father to hear the Word at this hour; do you not bless Him for this? It is the pledge of greater mercies yet to come. When God heals once, He heals forever, and the spiritual disease of sin receives its deathblow by the same Cross that brings atonement. Lay hold upon this. Trust Him. Cast yourself and your father upon His strong arm, and though the waters roar and the mountains be carried into the midst of the sea, you shall not be moved. God bless you. Amen.
