May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name please bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, wisdom, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. God, bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to know You, so that I can trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God-conscious-solution-focused-heart-mind-spirit-and-attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. God, please forever honor this prayer over each of our lives. God Thank You. Amen, so be it by faith, and by faith, it is so. God alone holds the power to restore health in an instant, as when Christ touched the fevered woman and not only quenched the heat but gave her back perfect strength, needing no long recovery. Pray for such healing, for He is able to make you whole at once. But examine yourself as well. The Lord often warns, “Sin no more, lest a worse thing come unto thee.” Not every sickness springs from sin, yet the body’s ailments sometimes serve as a merciful goad to rouse the soul from deadly slumber.

Do not imagine that a short burst of self-denial will accomplish what only a transformed life can sustain. If you treat your body with rigor for forty days and then return to the habits that weakened it, you undo all the labor. True change demands an enduring fight. Yet even more than a slender frame, seek a sound soul. What advantage is a well-ordered body when the mind lies captive to passions? A polished vessel profits nothing if the pilot is drowned.

Remember you are a member of Christ’s body. Your health or frailty touches the whole Church, for if one member suffers, all suffer with it. This is no private matter. Therefore, labor to be fit for service, not for vanity. If the Lord grants your request, use your strength to bear others’ burdens. If He delays, trust that His grace is sufficient, and let the soul be purified through patience. Health will come when and how it best serves the building up of the body in love.

The desire you have to be healed, to lose weight, to be fully healthy and strong is a good and God-honoring one. Your body is a gift, fearfully and wonderfully made, and wanting it to function well shows you value what God has given. But remember that the real you is not just this body. Your body is the instrument through which your spirit expresses itself in this world. So while you care for it, do so with the aim of glorifying the Lord in it.

This body is temporary. Even the strongest frame is wearing down; we groan in these tents, longing for the day when we will have a redeemed body that never sags, never aches, never knows sickness. That hope is certain. In the meantime, offer your body to God as a living sacrifice. Tell Him, "Here is my body, Lord. Take it. Dwell within me by Your Spirit and use it for Your purposes." When you do that, the small daily choices about food and exercise become an act of worship, not just a battle against the scale.

The body has real appetites, and at times they can feel overwhelming. But you are not an animal, ruled by every craving. The Holy Spirit lives in you, and He produces self-control. That means you are not powerless. As you yield the members of your body to righteousness, sin and indulgence will not be your master. There is a direct link between your spiritual health and your physical well-being; attitudes and inner peace affect your body more than we fully grasp. So let your soul prosper in the grace and knowledge of Jesus, and that inward renewal will often bear fruit outwardly.

I do pray that God grants you the strength and discipline to reach a healthy weight and that He restores full health to your body. But if the process is slower than you hoped, do not lose heart. Your value in the body of Christ doesn't rest on your physical shape. You have a vital part to fill, a ministry no one else can do, and God’s power is made perfect in weakness. So press on, taking care of this temple, yet always looking forward to the building from God, eternal in the heavens, where every tear and every struggle with this body will be done away.
