We lift you up before the throne of grace, dear brother or sister in Christ, with hearts full of gratitude that you have come before the Lord in the precious and holy name of Jesus. There is no other name by which we can approach the Father, for Jesus Himself declared, *"Most certainly I tell you, whatever you may ask of the Father in my name, he will give it to you"* (John 16:23 WEB). We rejoice that you recognize His authority and power, for salvation is found in no one else, as the Scriptures affirm: *"There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"* (Acts 4:12 WEB).
Heavenly Father, we come together in unity to ask for Your divine protection over this dear one and all those they encounter. Lord, we know that Your eyes roam throughout the earth to strengthen those whose hearts are fully committed to You (2 Chronicles 16:9 WEB). We pray that You would place a hedge of protection around them, just as You did for Job, that no harm would come near their dwelling (Job 1:10 WEB). Guard their steps, O Lord, and let no evil befall them. Shield them from the schemes of the enemy, for we know that *"the thief only comes to steal, kill, and destroy"* (John 10:10 WEB), but You have come that they may have life abundantly.
We also lift up every person this dear one interacts with—family, friends, coworkers, neighbors, and even strangers. May Your presence go before them, softening hearts and opening doors for Your love and truth to be shared. Father, we ask that You would bind every spirit of division, strife, or misunderstanding that may seek to disrupt these relationships. Instead, let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7 WEB). May every interaction be seasoned with grace, wisdom, and love, reflecting the light of Christ to a world in need.
Lord, we surrender this request to Your perfect will, for we know that Your plans are always good, pleasing, and perfect (Romans 12:2 WEB). Even when we do not understand the path ahead, we trust in Your sovereignty. Help this dear one to walk in obedience to Your Word, leaning not on their own understanding but acknowledging You in all their ways, so that You may direct their paths (Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB). May they find comfort in the promise that *"all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose"* (Romans 8:28 WEB).
We rebuke every spirit of fear, anxiety, or doubt that may try to take root in their heart. For You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control (2 Timothy 1:7 WEB). Strengthen their faith, Lord, and remind them that You are their refuge and fortress, their God in whom they can trust (Psalm 91:2 WEB). When the storms of life rage, may they stand firm on the rock of Your Word, knowing that You are their ever-present help in times of trouble (Psalm 46:1 WEB).
Finally, Father, we ask that You would cultivate in them a heart of gratitude and praise, regardless of their circumstances. Teach them to give thanks in all things, for this is Your will for them in Christ Jesus (1 Thessalonians 5:18 WEB). May their life be a living testimony of Your faithfulness, drawing others to the hope found only in You.
We pray all these things in the mighty, matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, who lives and reigns with You and the Holy Spirit, one God, forever and ever. Amen.
