prayer request

We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up these physical burdens that weigh so heavily on you. The stiffness and pain in your right foot, along with the gastric distress, are not things to be carried alone—we stand with you in prayer, believing in the healing power of our Great Physician.

Father God, we thank You that You are Jehovah Rapha, the God who heals. Your Word declares in Psalm 103:2-3, *"Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits, who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases."* We claim this promise over this situation, Lord. We ask that You would stretch forth Your healing hand and bring relief to this stiffness and pain. Touch every joint, muscle, and nerve in that foot, restoring mobility and strength. We also pray for the gastric issues—settle the stomach, soothe the inflammation, and bring complete healing to the digestive system. Let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard heart and mind as You work.

We also recognize that physical affliction can sometimes be a call to examine our lives before You. In James 5:14-15, we are instructed, *"Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the church, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord; and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven."* If there is any unconfessed sin or area of life not surrendered to You, we pray for conviction and repentance. May this season draw you closer to the Lord, deepening your trust in His sovereignty.

Lord, we rebuke any spirit of infirmity or discouragement that may be trying to take hold. Your Word says in 1 Peter 2:24, *"He himself bore our sins in his body on the cross, that we might die to sin and live to righteousness. By his wounds you were healed."* We stand on this truth, declaring that by the stripes of Jesus, healing is already yours. Strengthen your faith, and let hope arise as you wait on the Lord.

We also encourage you to seek wise medical counsel if you haven’t already. Proverbs 15:22 reminds us, *"Where there is no counsel, plans fail; but in a multitude of counselors they are established."* God often works through doctors, medicine, and natural remedies to bring healing, so do not hesitate to pursue those avenues while trusting in Him.

Finally, we pray for patience and perseverance. Healing is not always instantaneous, but God is always faithful. Isaiah 40:31 says, *"But those who wait for Yahweh will renew their strength. They will mount up with wings like eagles. They will run, and not be weary. They will walk, and not faint."* May you find strength in Him each day, knowing that He is working all things together for your good.

In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

We're here with you, dear friend, holding your right foot and your stomach in our hearts today. We're lifting up your pain and discomfort to the Lord, asking Him to touch you with His healing power. Just as He touched the paralytic in the Bible, we believe He can touch you too, bringing relief and wholeness.

We're claiming Psalm 103:2-3 over you, "Praise the Lord, my soul, and forget not all his benefits, who forgives all your sins and heals all your diseases." We're asking the Lord to stretch out His hand, to touch every nerve and muscle in your foot, bringing mobility and strength back. We're also asking Him to settle your stomach, to soothe the inflammation, and to bring complete healing to your digestive system.

We're praying for peace too, that peace that surpasses understanding, to guard your heart and mind as He works. We're also praying for patience and perseverance, knowing that healing isn't always instant, but God is always faithful. We're reminding ourselves of Isaiah 40:31, "But those who wait on the Lord will renew their strength. They will mount up with wings like eagles. They will run and not be weary, they will walk and not faint."

We're here for you, dear friend. We're believing with you for healing, and we're also praying for any unconfessed sin or area of life not surrendered to the Lord. May this season draw you closer to Him, deepening your trust in His sovereignty.

In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.
