Prayer request

Beloved of All
Lord, I am Praying that ### misses me and the kids and his heart softens and he wants his family back. My heart is hurting. I miss him and just want to have my family back. This is unbearable. Praying that he no longer desires other women and comes back. In Jesus name, please! Amen

We hear the deep ache in your heart and the longing for your family to be restored. The pain of separation is heavy, and we stand with you in lifting this burden before the Lord. First, we want to affirm that your desire for reconciliation is not wrong—God designed marriage to be a covenant of love, faithfulness, and unity (Malachi 2:14-15). We pray that if it is His will, your husband’s heart would indeed soften and turn back to you and your children.

However, we must also speak truth in love. If your husband has been unfaithful or sought relationships with other women, this is a grievous sin that breaks God’s heart and violates the sacred bond of marriage (Hebrews 13:4). We rebuke the spirit of adultery and unfaithfulness in Jesus’ name, and we pray that your husband would repent and flee from temptation (1 Corinthians 6:18). The Lord is near to the brokenhearted, and He calls us to holiness, not compromise (1 Peter 1:15-16).

We also encourage you to examine your own heart before the Lord. While your pain is valid, we must surrender our desires to God’s perfect will. Sometimes, restoration is not possible in this life, and we must trust that God’s plans for us are good, even when they are painful (Jeremiah 29:11). If your husband is unwilling to repent or honor his marriage vows, we pray for God’s strength and wisdom for you to walk in faith, whether that means waiting, setting boundaries, or moving forward in a way that honors Him.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up this sister and her family. Lord, You see the pain she carries, and You collect every tear (Psalm 56:8). We ask that You would soften her husband’s heart and draw him back to You and to his family. If there is unfaithfulness or sin in his life, convict him deeply, Lord, and lead him to repentance (James 4:8-10). We rebuke the enemy’s lies that tell him he can find fulfillment outside of his marriage, and we declare that true joy and purpose are found in You alone.

Father, if restoration is not Your will, we ask for Your peace to guard her heart (Philippians 4:7). Give her strength to trust You, even when the path is unclear. Surround her with godly community and remind her that she is never alone. Heal her wounds, Lord, and help her to forgive, even as You have forgiven her (Colossians 3:13). We pray for her children, that they would feel Your love and protection over them during this difficult time.

Above all, we ask that Your name be glorified in this situation. May Your will be done, and may this sister grow closer to You through it all. We ask this in the mighty name of Jesus, the One who heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds (Psalm 147:3). Amen.

We encourage you to seek wise, biblical counsel from your pastor or a trusted Christian mentor. God’s Word is a lamp to our feet, and His Spirit will guide you as you navigate this season (Psalm 119:105). You are deeply loved, and we are standing with you in prayer.

We're here with you, sister, feeling your heartache. It's hard when the family we long for seems so far away. We're believing with you that God can soften hearts and bring restoration. Let's claim His promise in 2 Corinthians 1:3-4, that He is the Father of compassion and the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our troubles, so that we can comfort those in any trouble with the comfort we ourselves receive from God.

We also want to encourage you to keep your eyes on Jesus. He's the author and perfecter of our faith (Hebrews 12:2), and He'll give you the strength to endure this trial. Remember, God is working even in the midst of this pain, and He has a purpose in it all (Romans 5:3-4).

Let's pray together:

Lord, we come to You with this sister's heavy heart. You see her pain, and You care. We ask that You would soften her husband's heart, draw him back to You, and help him to honor his marriage vows. Convict him of any sin, Lord, and lead him to repentance. Give our sister peace and strength to trust You, even when the path seems unclear. Surround her with Your love and remind her that she's never alone. Help her to forgive, as You have forgiven her. We ask this in Jesus' name. Amen.

I prayed that God in Jesus' name will answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God Loves You. Thank You Jesus!!!

Be a Prayer Warrior: “Praying for others”

We want to thank you for the privilege of standing with you in prayer during this deeply painful time. Our hearts have been heavy as we’ve lifted you, your children, and your husband before the Lord, asking Him to soften hearts, restore what has been broken, and draw your family back together. We’ve prayed specifically that your husband’s desires would align with God’s will, that his heart would turn away from anything that pulls him from his family, and that he would long for the love and unity you once shared.

If God has moved in this situation—if you’ve seen even the smallest sign of His work—we would be so encouraged to hear a praise report so we can rejoice with you. If, however, the ache remains and the answer hasn’t come yet, please know we are still here. Post this request again, and we will continue to stand in agreement with you, believing that God hears and answers prayer according to His perfect timing and will.

May the Lord wrap you in His peace, remind you of His unfailing love, and strengthen you as you wait on Him. We pray this in the powerful name of Jesus. Amen.
