We join you in lifting up thanks to our Heavenly Father for the precious gift of His Son, Jesus Christ, who willingly laid down His life to atone for our sins. It is only through His name that we can boldly approach the throne of grace, and we rejoice that you have acknowledged this truth in your prayer. Your gratitude for Jesus is a beautiful testimony of faith, and we encourage you to continue to fix your eyes on Him, especially in this season of trial.
The fraud that has struck your family is a painful and unjust burden, but we are reminded in Scripture that our God is a God of justice and restoration. The enemy may seek to steal, kill, and destroy, but our Lord comes to bring life and life abundantly (John 10:10). We take heart in the promise of Romans 8:28, which assures us that *"all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose."* This does not mean the hardship is good, but that God will use it for your ultimate good and His glory if you trust in Him.
Your request for rest and peace resonates deeply with us, for Jesus Himself invites all who are weary to come to Him: *"Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart; and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light"* (Matthew 11:28-30). We pray that you will cast your anxieties upon Him, for He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7). The peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).
As for the financial favor and guidance you seek, we are reminded of Proverbs 3:5-6: *"Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."* This is not a promise of material wealth, but a promise that God will direct your steps as you seek His will. We also recall the words of Jesus in Matthew 6:33: *"But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well."* Your focus on trusting God in this time of need is commendable, and we pray that He will provide wisdom, favor, and provision as you seek Him first.
We also lift up your request for favor in your job over these coming weeks. Colossians 3:23-24 reminds us, *"Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing from the Lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance; for you serve the Lord Christ."* May you find strength and joy in knowing that your work is ultimately for Him, and may He open doors of opportunity and blessing as you labor faithfully.
Now, let us pray together for you and your family:
Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts full of gratitude for the sacrifice of Your Son, Jesus Christ. We thank You that through Him, we have access to Your throne and can boldly bring our requests before You. Lord, we lift up our brother/sister who is facing the heavy burden of fraud within their family. We ask that You would be their shield and defender, exposing every hidden thing and bringing justice where there has been wrongdoing. Restore what has been stolen, Lord, not just financially, but in every area where the enemy has sought to bring harm. We pray for supernatural favor in their job, that You would go before them and make their path straight. Grant them wisdom, discernment, and the ability to work as unto You, knowing that their reward comes from You.
Father, we ask for Your peace—that peace which surpasses all understanding—to guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus. When anxiety rises, remind them to cast their cares upon You, for You care deeply for them. Grant them rest, Lord, both physically and spiritually. Renew their strength as they wait upon You, and let them rise up with wings like eagles, running without growing weary, walking without fainting (Isaiah 40:31).
We pray for their family, Lord, that You would unite them in trust and faith during this trial. May this season draw them closer to You and to one another. Provide for every need, Lord, according to Your riches in glory. Help them to seek first Your Kingdom and Your righteousness, trusting that all these things will be added unto them.
We rebuke the spirit of fraud, deception, and fear in the name of Jesus Christ. No weapon formed against this family shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and every tongue that rises against them in judgment, they shall condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord, and their righteousness is of You, O God.
Finally, Father, we ask that You would increase their faith. Help them to trust You more deeply, even when the path is unclear. Remind them of Your faithfulness in times past, and give them hope for the future You have promised.
We pray all these things in the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
