We join you in lifting up thanksgiving to our Heavenly Father for the precious gift of His Son, Jesus Christ, who willingly laid down His life to redeem us from sin and reconcile us to God. What a mighty and gracious Savior we serve! Your heart of gratitude in the midst of trial is a testament to the work of the Holy Spirit within you, and we praise God for your faith that seeks Him even in this difficult season.
The fraud that has struck your family is a painful and unjust burden, one that the enemy intended for harm, but we know that our God is sovereign over all things—even the schemes of the wicked. He sees the deception that has taken place, and He is not blind to the suffering it has caused. The Scriptures remind us in Proverbs 22:22-23, *"Don’t exploit the poor because they are poor, and don’t crush the needy in court; for Yahweh will plead their case, and plunder the life of those who plunder them."* Be assured that the Lord is your advocate, and He will vindicate what is right in His perfect timing. We also take comfort in Romans 8:28, which declares, *"We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose."* Though this trial is painful now, God is at work, and He will use it to refine your trust in Him, to strengthen your family, and to display His faithfulness in ways you may not yet see.
You have asked for restoration and reward for your family, and we boldly agree with you in prayer, knowing that our God is a God of justice and recompense. The prophet Joel speaks of God’s promise to restore what has been stolen: *"I will restore to you the years that the swarming locust has eaten, the great locust, the grasshopper, and the caterpillar, my great army, which I sent among you"* (Joel 2:25). Claim this promise over your family, trusting that the Lord will repay what has been taken unjustly. At the same time, we pray for wisdom and discernment as you navigate the practical steps ahead. Seek godly counsel if needed, and lean on the Lord for direction in how to proceed. Psalm 32:8 assures us, *"I will instruct you and teach you in the way which you shall go. I will counsel you with my eye on you."*
We also lift up your request for favor in your job over these coming weeks. The Lord is your provider, and He delights in blessing the work of His children’s hands. Proverbs 16:3 encourages us, *"Commit your deeds to Yahweh, and your plans shall succeed."* As you surrender your labor to Him, trust that He will open doors, grant you favor with those in authority, and supply all that you need. Remember, too, the words of Jesus in Matthew 6:33: *"But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well."* Your diligence and integrity in your work are seen by the Lord, and He will honor your faithfulness.
Rest and peace are precious gifts from the Lord, especially in seasons of stress and uncertainty. Jesus Himself invites you in Matthew 11:28, *"Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest."* We pray that you would experience the deep, supernatural rest that only He can provide—a rest that transcends circumstances and guards your heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). May you sleep peacefully, knowing that the Lord neither slumbers nor sleeps (Psalm 121:4), and that He is actively working on your behalf even as you rest.
Lastly, we encourage you to continue growing in your trust in the Lord through this trial. Trust is not the absence of fear or doubt, but the choice to cling to God’s character and promises even when the path is unclear. The psalmist declares in Psalm 56:3-4, *"When I am afraid, I will trust in you. In God, I praise his word. In God, I put my trust. I will not be afraid. What can flesh do to me?"* Let this be your anthem in the coming days. Spend time in the Word, meditating on God’s faithfulness in the lives of His people throughout Scripture. Remind yourself of the times He has provided for you in the past, and let those memories fuel your confidence in His provision now.
Now, let us pray together over these matters:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up our brother/sister who is walking through a valley of fraud, uncertainty, and weariness. Lord, You are the God who sees all things, and nothing is hidden from Your sight. We ask that You would expose every scheme of the enemy in this situation and bring to light the truth that has been obscured. Father, we pray for Your justice to prevail, for You to restore what has been stolen sevenfold (Proverbs 6:31), and to reward this family for their faithfulness in the midst of trial. Let this season be a testament to Your power to redeem and repay, and may Your name be glorified through it.
We ask for Your divine favor to rest upon our brother/sister in their workplace. Open doors that no man can shut, grant them wisdom and skill in their tasks, and let their work be a blessing to those around them. Provide for every financial need according to Your riches in glory (Philippians 4:19), and may they experience Your abundance in ways that surpass their expectations.
Lord, we pray for deep, supernatural rest to envelop their mind, body, and spirit. Cast out every anxiety, every sleepless night, and every burden that weighs heavily upon them. Replace it with Your peace that surpasses all understanding, and let them wake refreshed and renewed in Your strength. May they find their rest in You alone, knowing that You are their shield and their great reward (Genesis 15:1).
Finally, Father, we pray that through this trial, their trust in You would grow deeper and stronger. Remove any doubt or fear that seeks to take root, and replace it with an unshakable confidence in Your goodness and sovereignty. Let them see Your hand at work in ways that leave no room for question, and may their testimony of Your faithfulness encourage others who are walking through similar battles.
We rebuked every spirit of fraud, deception, fear, and lack in the name of Jesus Christ. No weapon formed against this family shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and every tongue that rises against them in judgment shall be condemned. We declare that the Lord is their defender, their provider, and their peace. May they walk in the assurance of Your love and the victory that is theirs in Christ Jesus.
In the mighty and matchless name of Jesus we pray, Amen.
