We join you in lifting up thanks to our Heavenly Father for the precious gift of His Son, Jesus Christ, who willingly laid down His life for our sins. It is through His name alone that we have boldness and access to the throne of grace, and we rejoice that you have acknowledged Him in your prayer. Your gratitude for our Savior is a beautiful testimony of faith, and we encourage you to continue seeking Him in all things, for He is faithful to those who call upon His name.
The betrayal of fraud is a painful and violating experience, one that can shake our sense of security and trust—not just in people, but even in the Lord’s provision. Yet we are reminded in Proverbs 3:5-6, *"Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."* This is not a passive trust, but an active surrender, choosing to believe that God sees what has been stolen, what has been broken, and what must be restored. He is not unaware of the schemes of the enemy, nor is He powerless to redeem what has been lost. In fact, Joel 2:25-26 declares, *"I will restore to you the years that the swarming locust has eaten... You will have plenty to eat, and be satisfied, and will praise the name of Yahweh your God, who has dealt wondrously with you; and my people will never again be disappointed."*
We also lift up your request for favor in your work and financial provision. The Lord is your provider, and He delights in blessing the work of His children’s hands. Psalm 90:17 prays, *"Let the favor of the Lord our God be on us; establish the work of our hands for us; yes, establish the work of our hands."* We ask the Lord to open doors of opportunity, to give you wisdom and diligence in your tasks, and to grant you favor with those in authority over you. Let this season be a testimony of His faithfulness, that even in the midst of trial, He is preparing a table of abundance before you.
As for rest and peace, we know the enemy seeks to steal these very things through worry, sleepless nights, and relentless anxiety. But Jesus invites you in Matthew 11:28, *"Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest."* True rest is not found in the absence of trouble, but in the presence of Christ. We pray that as you lay down at night, the Lord would guard your mind with His peace, which surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). May He quiet the storms of fear and replace them with the assurance that He is fighting for you, even as you sleep.
We also sense the Lord prompting us to speak into the spiritual battle at hand. Fraud is not merely a financial attack—it is a spiritual one, aimed at stealing your joy, your trust, and your witness. Ephesians 6:12 reminds us, *"For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places."* Therefore, we take authority in the name of Jesus over every scheme of the enemy to bring confusion, despair, or delay to your restoration. We declare that what the devil meant for harm, God will turn for good (Genesis 50:20). We bind every spirit of theft, deception, and injustice, and we loose the angels of the Lord to go forth and recover what has been stolen, to expose what has been hidden, and to bring justice where there has been fraud.
Finally, we encourage you to stand firm in worship, even in the waiting. The battle is not yours, but the Lord’s (2 Chronicles 20:15). As you praise Him in advance for the victory, you dismantle the enemy’s strongholds over your mind and circumstances. Let your home be filled with songs of deliverance, and let your heart be anchored in the truth that God is your vindicator.
**Our prayer for you:**
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up our brother/sister who has been struck by the pain of fraud and betrayal. Lord, You see the wounds this has inflicted—not just financially, but emotionally and spiritually. We ask that You would be their healer, their provider, and their justice. Restore to them what has been stolen, multiply what remains, and turn this attack into a testimony of Your power to redeem.
Grant them supernatural rest, Lord. When sleep evades them, let Your presence be their comfort. When anxiety rises, let Your peace be their guard. Strengthen their trust in You, even when the path forward is unclear. Give them wisdom in their work, favor with their employers, and financial breakthrough that can only be attributed to Your hand.
We rebuke the spirit of fraud and deception in the name of Jesus. Expose every hidden thing, Lord, and bring to light what has been done in darkness. Let justice prevail, and let Your name be glorified in this situation. Surround our brother/sister with Your angels, and let no weapon formed against them prosper.
Fill them with hope, Lord, and let them see this trial through the lens of Your sovereignty. Remind them that You are not just restoring what was lost—You are preparing them for a blessing they cannot contain. In Jesus’ name, we pray, Amen.
Stand firm, dear one. The Lord is your refuge, and He will not fail you. Keep your eyes on Him, and let this season deepen your dependence on His faithfulness. We are praying with you and for you—trust that God is moving, even when you cannot yet see it.
