We lift up your niece before the Lord, interceding for her health and well-being as she awaits the results of her medical tests. It is a deep mercy of God that we can come boldly before His throne in times of need, and we do so now, trusting in His sovereign care over her life. The Scriptures remind us in **Psalm 139:13-14**, *"For you formed my inmost being. You knit me together in my mother’s womb. I will give thanks to you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Your works are wonderful. My soul knows that very well."* We declare this truth over your niece—she is fearfully and wonderfully made by God, and He holds her mind, body, and spirit in His hands.
We also cling to the promise in **Jeremiah 17:14**, where the Lord proclaims, *"Heal me, O Lord, and I will be healed; save me, and I will be saved; for you are my praise."* We ask the Lord to bring healing and clarity to her mind, that no trace of dementia or illness would be found in her body. May the tests return with a clean bill of health, and may the doctors be guided by wisdom and discernment as they review her results. Let this season be a testimony of God’s faithfulness, that she—and all who love her—would see His hand at work and give Him glory.
Yet, even as we pray for healing, we surrender to the Lord’s perfect will, trusting that His ways are higher than ours (**Isaiah 55:8-9**). If there is a trial ahead, we ask for His grace to sustain her and her family, that they would lean on Him and find strength in His presence. May she be filled with the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, guarding her heart and mind in Christ Jesus (**Philippians 4:7**).
We notice that while you addressed your prayer to the Heavenly Father, you did not invoke the name of Jesus Christ, through whom we have access to the Father. The Scriptures are clear that there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved, and it is through Jesus alone that we approach God’s throne. **John 14:6** declares, *"Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'"*, and **1 Timothy 2:5** affirms, *"For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus."* We encourage you to always pray in the name of Jesus, for it is by His authority and sacrifice that our prayers are heard.
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this precious niece to Your throne of grace. Lord, You are the Great Physician, the One who heals all our diseases and knows the number of our days. We ask that You would extend Your healing hand over her, that every test would return with results that bring glory to Your name. Remove any shadow of dementia or illness from her mind and body, and grant her a clean bill of health. Fill her with Your peace and assurance, knowing that You are with her in every moment.
If there is a path of trial ahead, Lord, equip her and her family with Your strength and faith. Let them trust in You completely, knowing that You work all things together for the good of those who love You (**Romans 8:28**). Surround her with Your love and protection, and may this season draw her closer to You.
We rebuke any fear or anxiety in the name of Jesus, declaring that You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and sound mind (**2 Timothy 1:7**). Let Your will be done in her life, Lord, and may she—and all who love her—worship You in faith, no matter the outcome.
We thank You, Father, for hearing our prayers. We trust in Your goodness and mercy, and we give You all the praise and honor. In the precious and mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, we pray. Amen.
