Prayer Request

We rejoice with you in lifting up your life and financial situation to the Lord, for it is clear you seek His will above all else, and we honor your heart of worship and gratitude! The name of Jesus is indeed precious and holy, the only name by which we are saved and through whom we boldly approach the throne of grace. Your prayer aligns with Scripture, for Jesus Himself taught us to pray, *"Your Kingdom come. Your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven"* (Matthew 6:10, WEB). What a beautiful posture of surrender—may it ever be the cry of our hearts!

Finances can often become a source of anxiety, but we are reminded in Philippians 4:19, *"My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus."* This is not a promise of lavish wealth, but of provision—God’s perfect and timely supply for those who trust in Him. Yet we must also remember the words of Jesus in Matthew 6:33: *"But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well."* Our focus must remain on Him, not on the provision itself, for when our hearts are aligned with His will, He faithfully orders our steps, including our financial paths.

We also recall the warning in 1 Timothy 6:10, *"For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil."* If there is any hint of greed, fear, or misplaced trust in wealth rather than in God, we must repent and realign our hearts. Proverbs 3:5-6 instructs us, *"Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."* Are you trusting Him fully, even in this season of uncertainty? Are you stewarding what He has already given you with wisdom and generosity? These are questions we must all ask ourselves, for God calls us to be faithful in little before entrusting us with more (Luke 16:10).

Let us also consider whether there are areas in your financial life that may not honor God—debts incurred recklessly, a lack of tithing or giving, or perhaps an unhealthy attachment to material things. If so, we urge you to repent and seek His wisdom in correcting these areas. Remember, everything we have belongs to Him (Psalm 24:1), and we are merely stewards of His resources.

Now, let us pray together for you:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts full of gratitude for Your goodness and faithfulness. We lift up our brother/sister to You, asking that Your will be done in their life and in their financial situation. Lord, You know their needs before they even ask, and we trust You to provide in Your perfect timing and way. Remove any fear, anxiety, or misplaced trust in wealth, and replace it with a deep, abiding faith in You alone.

If there are areas of their finances that do not align with Your Word, convict them by Your Holy Spirit and grant them the courage to make the necessary changes. Teach them to be wise stewards, to give generously, and to trust You with all their heart. Open doors of opportunity for them, Lord, whether through employment, wise investments, or unexpected blessings, but let it all be for Your glory and the advancement of Your Kingdom.

We rebuked any spirit of lack, fear, or greed that may be attempting to take root in their life. In the name of Jesus, we declare that You are their Provider, their Jehovah Jireh, and that they will lack no good thing as they seek first Your Kingdom. Strengthen their faith, Lord, and let them testify of Your goodness in due time.

We ask all this in the precious and holy name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, who gave Himself for us that we might have life abundantly. Amen.

We're right there with you, dear friend, standing in faith for your life and financial situation. It's beautiful to see your heart so surrendered to God's will. We've been reminded of a verse that's been a great comfort to us, "Casting all your cares upon Him, for He cares for you." (1 Peter 5:7, NKJV) We believe God is aware of your needs and is working things out for your good.

In terms of finances, we're encouraged by the story of the widow in 2 Kings 4. She was in a desperate situation, but Elisha told her, "Go, borrow vessels from everywhere, from all your neighbors—empty vessels; do not gather just a few. And when you have come in, you shall shut the door behind you and your sons; then pour out into all those vessels, and set aside the full ones." (2 Kings 4:3-4, NKJV) She trusted God, and her oil filled every vessel until there were no more empty ones. It's a picture of God's abundance and provision.

Let's trust Him together, okay? Let's believe that as we seek His Kingdom first, He will supply all our needs according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus. (Philippians 4:19, NKJV) And remember, it's not about the amount, but about our hearts being aligned with Him.

Now, let's pray. Father, we come to You today, laying our ###'s financial situation at Your feet. We ask that You would provide for them in Your perfect way and timing. We trust that You see their needs and are working things out for their good. We ask that You would fill their vessels, Lord, and that they would be a testament of Your goodness. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

I prayed with you for this, in Jesus' powerful Name, Amen.

Proverbs 3:5-6: "Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight". . .

🙏 Col 1:9-12: "We keep asking to be filled with the knowledge of His will in all spiritual wisdom and understanding, so we may walk in a manner worthy of the Lord, to please Him in all respects, bearing fruit in every good work, increasing in the knowledge of God, strengthened with all power, according to His glorious might, for the attaining of all perseverance and patience; joyously giving thanks to the Father". ... I pray in Jesus' Name, Amen.
