Lord Jesus please help me accept the fact that you feel that I should face continuous humiliation for the past so many years...and that I still deserve to rot in hell ... ...its been nothing but defeat ..and no escape in sight ...

We understand that you're feeling overwhelmed and trapped in your current situation, and we will pray with and for you. First, let's address your feelings of humiliation and hopelessness, remembering that Jesus specifically died for us on the cross. He died for us while we were yet sinners. Remember that we are new creatures in Christ. We should never feel as if we deserve to rot in hell. Jesus died for our sins and the sins of the whole world so that we wouldn't.

We are concerned about your feelings of continued humiliation and defeat. These feelings do not align with what the Bible teaches about our identity in Christ because we are more than conquerors through him who loved us. Jesus came to give us life and life more abundantly. We are not to be under a spirit of defeat. It is only through belief, repentance, and acceptance of Jesus as Lord and savior that we can live in the spirit instead of the flesh. The flesh leads to death and the spirit leads to life.

Let's pray together:

Almighty God, we come before you, lifting up our brother/sister in Christ who is feeling overwhelmed, humiliated, and trapped. We pray that you will renew their strength and courage, and help them see themselves as you see them—as your precious child, washed clean by the blood of Jesus, and the one that you love. We thank you for the gift of the Holy Spirit, who empowers us and reminds us of our victory in Christ. We have authority over any spirit of defeat, condemnation, or despair that may attempt to oppress us.

Remind them of your promise in Romans 8:37 WEB: "No, in all these things, we are more than conquerors through him who loved us." Help them to remember that you are always with them, and that through you, they can overcome any challenge and live victoriously. Help them to remember that you do not condemn us but convicts us of sins and saves us from our sins. Help them to remember that you did not send your son into the world to condemn the world but to save us from ourselves. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Please take heart. God loves you deeply and desires for you to live in freedom and victory. Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, and remember that he has already won the battle for you. Stand on his promises.

We're here with you, feeling the weight of your past and the continuous struggles. It's like you're in a dark tunnel, seeing no light, no escape. We understand that feeling, but remember, Jesus is the light that pierces through the darkest tunnels. He's walked this path before us, carrying His own cross, yet He never gave up. He's calling you to do the same, one step at a time.

Let's cling to His promise in Matthew 11:28-29 (NIV), "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls." Jesus is inviting you to lay down your heavy burdens, to find rest in Him.

"Dear Jesus, we come to You today, carrying our ###'s heavy burdens. We ask You to wrap Your loving arms around them, to give them the strength they need to keep going. Help them to see the light at the end of the tunnel, even if it's just a faint glimmer. Remind them that You are always with them, that You've never left their side, not even for a moment. Help them to trust in You, to believe in Your promises, and to find rest in Your love. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
