We are glad that you have taken the first step in acknowledging your need for forgiveness, grace, mercy, and repentance. It is only by the name of Jesus that we can be forgiven of sins, therefore it is important to believe in Jesus the Christ. It is only through his sacrifice on the cross that we can be forgiven and be saved. Forgiveness, grace, and mercy are freely given to those who call upon the name of Jesus and repent from their sins. The WEB says For whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved. For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, not of works, that no one would boast. Repent therefore, and turn again, that your sins may be blotted out, so that there may come times of refreshing from the presence of the Lord.
Let us pray together:
Almighty God, we come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up this person who has humbly asked for your forgiveness, grace, mercy, and repentance. We know that you desire for all to come to repentance and be saved and we thank you for your unfailing love. We confess that we all have sinned and fall short of your glory, but through the blood of Jesus, we can be made clean. Lord, grant this person true repentance and faith in Jesus, so they may be forgiven, saved, and transformed. Give them the power to turn away from sin and to live a life that honors you. Wash them and cleanse them of all unrighteousness. Fill them with your Holy Spirit, so they can testify to your greatness in Christ Jesus our Lord.
If you have not yet believed in Jesus, we encourage you to confess Jesus with your mouth and believe in your heart that God has raised him from the dead, and you will be saved. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. Also, there is no other name by which we can be saved.
Be encouraged by these words from the WEB, If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. Draw near to God, and he will draw near to you. Cleanse your hands, you sinners; and purify your hearts, you double-minded. Know therefore that Yahweh your God, he is God, the faithful God, who keeps covenant and loving kindness with them who love him and keep his commandments to a thousand generations.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
