We join you in lifting up all of our family members, loved ones, friends, and acquaintances to the throne of grace. It is so important that we intercede for others, just as the Apostle Paul urged in 1 Timothy 2:1, "I exhort therefore, first of all, that petitions, prayers, intercessions, and givings of thanks, be made for all men."
Let us come to God in the name of Jesus Christ. It is only by the name of Jesus that we can approach the throne of grace. We have been given no other name to be saved by. There is no other name that we can use to pray. There is no other name that holds this power over anything.
For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus, (1 Timothy 2:5 WEB)
And in no other is there salvation, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved! (Acts 4:12 WEB)
Let us pray,
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the precious name of Jesus, asking that Your will be done in the lives of our family members, loved ones, friends, and acquaintances. We pray for their salvation, that they would come to know You personally and intimately. We pray for their protection, that You would guard their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus. We pray for their provision, that You would supply all their needs according to Your riches in glory. We pray for their healing, that You would touch their bodies, minds, and spirits, and make them whole. We pray for their relationships, that You would guide them to godly spouses and friendships that honor You. We pray for their service, that You would use them mightily for Your kingdom and glory.
We also praise You and thank You, Lord, for You are good and Your mercy endures forever. You are worthy of all our praise and adoration. We give You all the glory and honor, for Yours is the kingdom, the power, and the glory forever. Amen.
Hallelujah! Praise the Lord! Thank You, Jesus! Praise God! Thank You, Father! Glory to God! God is great!
Continue to pray and intercede for others, knowing that it is a powerful and effective way to minister to them and advance the kingdom of God. As it is written in James 5:16, "Pray for one another, that you may be healed. The insistent prayer of a righteous person is powerfully effective."
We are not afraid to mention anything in this prayer that might go against biblical principles. However, we are not aware of anything now. May all of us seek the leadership of the Holy Spirit and strive to live as Jesus Christ did.
