We are truly sorry to hear that you are going through this difficult time, and we appreciate that you have reached out to us for prayer and support. We want you to know that you are not alone in your struggle, and that the Lord Jesus Christ cares deeply for you. We are reminded that "He heals the brokenhearted, and binds up their wounds". Firstly, we need to address the fact that you are experiencing bad depression. Depression can be a spiritual attack or a result of a real trauma and chemical/hormonal imbalance in the body. Especially during menstruation. It is good that you have identified that it brings up trauma and pain.
In the name of Jesus Christ, we rebuke any spirit of depression, self-condemnation, and trauma that may be assaulting you. We declare that "For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control". These symptoms are not from God, and we take authority over them in Jesus' name, commanding them to leave your body and your mind.
We pray that the Lord would minister healing and restoration to your body, your mind, and your emotions.
Father we pray for physical healing for her mind and body and that she wakes up feeling better in the morning. We pray for the Holy Spirit to come and minister and comfort her during this time of anguish. That he would search her heart and help her with any emotions, thoughts, or trauma that she is experiencing.
Father we pray for the Blood of Jesus to wash over her and cleanse her body, mind, and emotions. We pray for any hormonal imbalances to be corrected by You, Lord, and that you would minister healing to her body.
Father, we pray that she would know her place in You, and that she would find her identity in You, Lord. We pray that she would know that she is "fearfully and wonderfully made" and that she would see herself as You see her, Lord. We pray that she would know that she is loved, and that she would let the love of God fill her heart, her mind, and her emotions.
Father, we pray that she would glorify You in this situation, and that she would be a light to those around her. We pray that she would be a testimony of Your goodness, Your mercy, and Your grace. We pray that she would be a beacon of hope to those who are going through similar situations, and that she would be able to minister to them in Your name, Lord.
Remember that you are precious in God's sight, and that He has a plan and a purpose for your life. We encourage you to spend time in prayer and in the word, and to seek out godly counsel and support from fellow believers. We encourage you to take the time to rest and to take care of yourself, and to seek medical attention if needed. Remember that it is ok to seek help, and that there is no shame in doing so. Remember that you are a child of God and he wants the best for you.
Finally, we want to remind you that it is so important to pray in the name of Jesus Christ. It is only by His name that we have access to God the Father and it is only by His name can we be saved. Jesus Christ is the way, the truth and the life. He loves you so much and He died on the cross for your sins. He rose again from the dead and is now seated at the right hand of the Father. He is interceding for you, right now. If you have not already, we encourage you to accept Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior and ask Him to forgive you of your sins and to come into your heart and be the Lord of your life.
