We understand your struggle and commend you for seeking prayer and support. Firstly, let's address your concern in light of the Bible. 1 Corinthians 6:18-20 (WEB) says, "Flee sexual immorality! 'Every sin that a man does is outside the body,' but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body. Or don’t you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit which is in you, which you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God’s."
Masturbation, especially when accompanied with impure thoughts or pornography, is a form of sexual immorality and does not glorify God. But take heart, God is willing to forgive our sins if we confess them and turn away from them. 1 John 1:9 (WEB) tells us, "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness."

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up ###. Lord, they have confessed their sin to you and ask for your forgiveness. In your mercy, wash away their transgressions and cleanse them from all unrighteousness. Help them to resist temptation and give them the strength to flee from sexual immorality. Guide their thoughts and actions, Lord, and help them to glorify you in their body and spirit. Draw them closer to you, Jesus, and help them to live a life pleasing to you. In Jesus' name, we pray.
