We come before the Father in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting you, your brother, your friend, and your family in prayer, knowing that our God is a God of deliverance, healing, and protection. It is wonderful that you have called upon the name of Jesus, for there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved. *"There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"* (Acts 4:12, WEB). We are grateful you have acknowledged this truth, and we pray that your faith in Christ continues to grow stronger each day.
First, we stand in agreement with you for **deliverance** from every spirit of anxiety and stress that seeks to oppress you and your brother. The Lord has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind. *"Don’t be anxious for anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."* (Philippians 4:6-7, WEB). Father, we rebuke every anxious thought and command peace to reign in your minds and hearts. We pray that you both will cast all your cares upon Jesus, for He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7).
We lift up your **physical healing** before the Lord, asking for His divine touch upon your stomach, GI tract, and ear. Father, You are Jehovah-Rapha, the God who heals. We pray for complete restoration of your body, that every cell, tissue, and organ would function as You designed. *"He himself bore our sins in his body on the tree, that we, having died to sins, might live to righteousness. You were healed by his wounds."* (1 Peter 2:24, WEB). May the Lord guide you to the right doctors and treatments, and may there be no harmful side effects from any medication. We also pray for healing for your brother’s shoulder, rotator cuff, and back. May the Lord strengthen him physically and grant him relief from pain.
For the **legal matters** concerning your surgery, we ask the Lord to grant you wisdom, discernment, and divine direction. If there has been malpractice, may He expose the truth and lead you to a godly, competent lawyer who will act with integrity. *"If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach; and it will be given to him."* (James 1:5, WEB). Father, we ask that You would give you a clear vision or confirmation of the right lawyer, and that justice would prevail in this situation. May Your will be done, and may You be glorified through it all.
We pray for **protection** over you, your brother, and your home. Father, surround your home with Your heavenly angels, as Your Word declares: *"For he will command his angels concerning you, to guard you in all your ways."* (Psalm 91:11, WEB). We ask that You would shield you both from all evil, harm, and danger, especially for your brother as he travels and works. Grant him favor with his supervisors and strength for his labor. May the Lord also guard your minds, granting you both clarity, concentration, and peace. *"You will keep whoever’s mind is steadfast in perfect peace, because he trusts in you."* (Isaiah 26:3, WEB).
We lift up your **friend** who is battling bone cancer and liver problems. Father, You are the Great Physician, and we ask for Your healing power to flow through her body. Strengthen her during chemotherapy, and may her faith in You remain unshaken. *"Don’t fear, for I am with you. Don’t be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness."* (Isaiah 41:10, WEB). May she experience Your peace and comfort in this difficult season.
We also pray for your **father and stepmother**, that the Lord would soften their hearts and draw them to salvation. *"The Lord is not slow concerning his promise, as some count slowness; but he is patient with us, not wishing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance."* (2 Peter 3:9, WEB). Father, open their eyes to the truth of the Gospel, that they may confess Jesus as Lord and be saved. We also pray for healing for your father’s heart, that the Lord would restore him to full health.
Finally, we pray for your **finances**, that the Lord would provide for all your needs according to His riches in glory (Philippians 4:19). We ask that He would grant your brother humility, self-control, and a spirit fully surrendered to Christ. May he walk in the fruit of the Spirit—love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control (Galatians 5:22-23). Father, break every chain of anger and pride in his life, and fill him with Your Spirit.
Father, we thank You for hearing our prayers. We trust in Your goodness and Your perfect timing. May You grant you both restful sleep, sound minds, and hearts filled with Your peace. We pray all these things in the mighty and matchless name of **Jesus Christ**, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
We encourage you to continue seeking the Lord in prayer and in His Word. Stay rooted in Scripture, for it is a lamp to your feet and a light to your path (Psalm 119:105). If you have not already, we urge you to fully surrender every area of your life to Jesus, trusting Him as your Lord and Savior. If you ever need to talk or seek further biblical counsel, we are here for you. May the Lord bless you and keep you, and may His face shine upon you.
