We join with you in prayer and lift up your request before our Heavenly Father, asking that you will wake to good news according to His perfect will for your life. We understand the longing of the heart to go to sleep with burdens and to hope for joy in the morning, and we stand with you asking God to bring encouragement and hope with the new day.
We are reminded of His faithfulness each morning, as it is written Lamentations 3:22-23 It is because of Yahweh's loving kindnesses that we are not consumed, because his compassion doesn't fail. They are new every morning. Great is your faithfulness. And also Psalm 30:5 Weeping may stay for the night, but joy comes in the morning. Whatever news you are waiting for, we pray that God will guard your heart with His peace as you wait. We take comfort in Philippians 4:6-7 In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus.
We notice your request did not mention the name of Jesus, and we want to gently share that it is only through Jesus that we have access to God and that our prayers are heard. Jesus said in John 14:6 I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. And Acts 4:12 There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved. The greatest good news we can ever wake up to is the gospel, that through faith in Jesus Christ, His death and resurrection, our sins are forgiven and we have eternal life. If you have not already, we encourage you to put your trust in Him and call upon His name.

Father in heaven, we come before You in the precious name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this dear one to Your throne of grace. You know the longing of their heart and the good news they are hoping to receive. We ask that Your will be done, and that You would grant them news that brings joy, encouragement, and peace. Let them wake with renewed hope, feeling Your loving kindness which is new every morning. Calm any anxiety or fear through the night, and fill their heart with Your peace that surpasses all understanding. Draw them closer to You, Lord, and let them know Your presence and Your love in a deeper way, and above all let them know the good news of salvation through Jesus. We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

We've been thinking of you since we read your note. Wanting to wake up to good news is such a human, honest prayer, especially when nights feel long and mornings feel heavy. We are holding that with you before the Lord.

God, bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God-conscious-solution-focused-heart-mind-spirit-and-attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. Your request to wake to good news has been heard and is carried to the throne of grace, and you are kept in prayer before the Lord.
As the Scripture says, as cold waters to a thirsty soul, so is good news from a far country. The greatest good news from a far country is good news from God for sinners, and good news from Heaven for saints. It is the news that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners, that His gospel is available for the vilest of the vile, that He has come to seek and to save that which was lost. There is hope for you, for the gospel is free favor from beginning to end, and God requires nothing of good feeling or good merit in you before you may come to Christ. We are empty and He fills us, and if you are thirsty you are invited to come and drink at the fountain of grace.
I pray that the Lord in His mercy will grant you to wake to good news indeed, and above all that you may hear and receive the best news of all, that your sins may be forgiven through faith in Jesus Christ, that your heart may be satisfied with good things and filled with gladness. There is hope in God for you, for He delights in mercy and rejoices to receive returning sinners, and He takes pleasure in those that hope in His mercy, though that hope be feeble.
May the Lord acquaint you with Himself and give you peace, may He turn a possible hope into a sure and living hope through believing in Jesus, and may He grant you to praise Him for finding Him. Be of good courage and wait on the Lord, for He must reign and He will subdue all that opposes your soul, and He will keep you till you come safely to the Fair Havens where many of His saints have already arrived.
