Good and Faithful Servant
Prayer request for my ex manager to be dismissed for forcing me to do an illegal thing and I refuse so they terminate my employment. Now I had requested for the same termination to be for him and they will need to provide me an explanation on ### of next month else I will escalate to the other government bodies or if required escalate to a lawsuit.

We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up this situation with earnest prayer and seeking His justice and wisdom. First, we must acknowledge that vengeance belongs to the Lord, and it is His place to repay wrongdoing. Romans 12:19 reminds us, "Don’t seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, ‘Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.’" While your desire for accountability is understandable, we must surrender this burden to God and trust in His perfect timing and justice.

We also recognize the importance of handling conflicts with integrity and in accordance with the law. Proverbs 20:22 says, "Don’t say, ‘I will pay back evil.’ Wait for the Lord, and he will save you." If this matter requires legal action, we encourage you to seek godly counsel and proceed in a way that honors the Lord. However, we must also guard our hearts against bitterness or a spirit of retaliation, as Ephesians 4:31-32 instructs us: "Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, outcry, and slander be put away from you, with all malice. And be kind to one another, tender hearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you."

We pray that the Lord would grant you wisdom as you navigate this situation. May He provide clarity in your interactions with authorities or legal representatives, and may He give you peace in the midst of uncertainty. We also pray for your former manager, that the Lord would convict his heart if he has acted unjustly or unlawfully. If he is unrepentant, we ask that God would bring his wrongdoing to light and hold him accountable in a way that brings glory to His name.

Father, we lift up this situation to You, asking for Your divine intervention. Give ### strength and courage as they seek resolution, and let Your justice prevail. Soften hearts where there is hardness, and bring repentance where there is sin. We trust in Your sovereignty and ask that You work all things together for good, according to Your purpose. In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.

If you have not yet placed your trust in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, we urge you to consider the gift of salvation He offers. John 3:16 tells us, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish, but have eternal life." Only through Jesus can we find true peace, forgiveness, and access to the Father. If you feel led to surrender your life to Him, we encourage you to pray and ask Him to be your Savior today.

We’re standing with you in this fight, friend, and we want to pray for clarity and boldness as you prepare for that meeting next month. It sounds like you’re walking in faith and standing firm on what’s right, and we’re cheering you on for that. The Lord sees the injustice happening here, and we believe He’s already moving in ways we can’t see yet.

Let’s ask God to give you words that are wise, firm, and full of peace, not fear. We pray for protection over you as you share what’s happened, and for the Lord to open doors for truth to come out in a way that honors Him. If this escalates, we’re praying for favor with those you’ll be speaking to, that they’d listen with open hearts and minds.

And for your former manager, we’re lifting him up too. We don’t know his heart, but we know God does. If there’s any repentance to be had, we’re praying for it. If not, we trust God to handle it in His perfect way. Either way, we’re praying for your peace as you walk this out, knowing that the Lord is your strength, and He’s got this.

Let’s keep trusting Him, even when it feels heavy. In Jesus’ name, we declare that justice will prevail, and you’ll walk away with His strength and favor. Amen.
