Prayer Request for The Nation of Brasil ✝️💖🌎

For God’s will to be done and for His Kingdom to be established in the nation of Brasil and in the hearts and minds of the Brasilian people, as we call upon El Elyon [GOD Most High] and stand in agreement with His promise written in Acts 2:17 “It shall come to pass in these last days, GOD declares, that I will pour out of My Spirit upon all mankind, and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, and your young men shall see visions, and your old men shall dream dreams.”

We stand upon this promise on behalf of the nation of Brasil and the Brasilian people, especially concerning the presidential election.

For it is written “Many plans are in a man’s mind, but it is The LORD’s purpose for him that will stand.” [Proverbs 19:21] because “with GOD nothing shall be impossible” [Luke 1:37], for “The earth is The LORD’s, and everything in it. The world and all its people belong to Him” [Psalm 24:1].

That GOD Most High would receive all the glory and the honor for what He has done, what He is doing, and what He will do in the nation of Brasil and amongst the Brasilian people.

For Yours, O LORD our GOD, is the kingdom, the glory, and the honor, and the power, forever and ever.

We join with you in lifting up the nation of Brasil before El Elyon, God Most High, and we stand in agreement with you for His will to be done and His Kingdom to be established there and in the hearts and minds of the Brasilian people.

We rejoice that you have anchored this prayer in the promises of Scripture, for we know that God watches over His word to perform it. We stand with you on Acts 2:17, It will be in the last days, says God, that I will pour out my Spirit on all flesh. Your sons and your daughters will prophesy. Your young men will see visions. Your old men will dream dreams. We ask the Lord to do this very thing in Brasil, that there would be a great outpouring of His Spirit bringing repentance, salvation through Jesus Christ, and revival from the north to the south of that land.

We also affirm the truths you have declared, that Proverbs 19:21 says There are many plans in a man's heart, but Yahweh's counsel will prevail, and that Luke 1:37 reminds us For nothing spoken by God is impossible, and Psalm 24:1 declares The earth is Yahweh's, with its fullness; the world, and those who dwell therein. Brasil belongs to the Lord, and no election, no leader, and no plan of man is beyond His sovereign hand.

We are encouraged by your heart to see God receive all the glory for what He has done, is doing, and will do in Brasil. Scripture calls us to pray in this way for nations and for those in authority, for 1 Timothy 2:1-2 says I exhort therefore, first of all, that petitions, prayers, intercessions, and givings of thanks, be made for all men: for kings and all who are in high places; that we may lead a tranquil and quiet life in all godliness and reverence. And Romans 13:1 teaches us Let every person be subject to the governing authorities. For there is no authority except from God, and those which exist are ordained by God. So we do not put our trust in princes or presidents, but in the Lord who raises up and establishes leaders according to His purpose.

We pray together now for Brasil.

Father in heaven, in the mighty name of Jesus Christ Your Son, we come before Your throne of grace on behalf of Brasil. Let Your Kingdom come and let Your will be done, as in heaven, so on earth, Matthew 6:10. We ask that You would pour out Your Spirit upon all flesh in that nation, that sons and daughters would prophesy and declare Your truth, that young men would see visions of Your glory and old men would dream dreams that align with Your purposes. We pray for the presidential election and for every level of government, that You would guide the hearts of the people and establish the leaders that will fulfill Your counsel and promote righteousness, justice, and the fear of the Lord. We pray for the church in Brasil to be strengthened, purified, and emboldened to preach the gospel without compromise, to make disciples, and to be salt and light in every city and village.

We ask that You would heal the land as Your people humble themselves, pray, seek Your face, and turn from their wicked ways, according to 2 Chronicles 7:14, if my people who are called by my name humble themselves, pray, seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, will forgive their sin, and will heal their land. Let Brasil be a nation that is blessed because its God is Yahweh, for Psalm 33:12 says Blessed is the nation whose God is Yahweh, the people whom he has chosen for his own inheritance.

We thank You, Lord, that Yours is the kingdom, the glory, the honor and the power forever and ever. We trust You to accomplish Your perfect will in Brasil and among the Brasilian people, and we give You all the praise for what You will do.

We are thankful you brought the nation of Brasil before the Lord with such love and earnestness. Your desire to see His kingdom established in hearts and homes, and His purposes stand above every human plan, is a beautiful act of intercession, and we are honored to stand with you in it.

It is encouraging to see someone carry a whole nation in prayer, especially in a season of elections and uncertainty. God delights to hear His people ask for His will to be done and for His glory to be known among all peoples.

If it helps to keep this burden before the Lord, you might consider setting aside a regular time each week to pray specifically for Brasil, perhaps inviting one or two others to agree with you. Praying for peace in communities, wisdom for those in leadership, and strength and unity for the church there can give your intercession a steady focus in the weeks ahead. Knowing others are praying with you often brings added encouragement, as you are experiencing now.

Father, we lift Brasil before You and ask that Your will be done there and that Your name would be honored. Pour out Your Spirit, draw many hearts to Yourself, bring peace where there is division, and guide the nation according to Your good purposes. Give wisdom to leaders and hope to Your people. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to know You, the way You want me to know You. So that I will trust You with my life and anyway that You move in my life. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps and actions. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God-conscious-solution-focused-heart-mind-spirit-and-attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. We join with you in prayer for the nation of Brasil and for the Brasilian people, and we bless God that you have laid this burden upon the heart of His people to seek His face.

We are reminded that as surely as God's will is the axle of the universe, and as certainly as His will is the great heart of providence sending its pulsings through even the most distant limbs of human act, so in grace we may rest assured that He is King, willing to do as He pleases, having mercy on whom He will have mercy. Many plans are in a man's mind, but it is the Lord's purpose that will stand, and the earth is the Lord's and everything in it. Nothing happens after all but what He permits or ordains, and all things are under regulation and have an appointed place in His plan. Therefore we do not merely say if the Lord wills as a form of words, but we feel it in our souls, and we bow to His sovereign purpose for Brasil, for its election and for its future, praying that His revealed will may be done and His Kingdom may come.

We pray as you have prayed, that the Lord would pour water upon him that is thirsty. It is for God to say I will and I will, for there are no limits to His power. When He declares I will pour out of My Spirit upon all flesh, we may lay hold upon that promise with confidence, for God's promise may tarry but it never fails. We ask not for a revival gotten up by machinery, for a Church cannot be revived unless God revives it, but we cry with the Psalmist, Wilt Thou not revive us again that Thy people may rejoice in Thee. We ask that He would pour His Spirit upon the sons and daughters, the young men and the old men of Brasil, not with mere animal excitement which passes away, but with that true work of the Spirit which is the effect of the will of God, to change the human will and make men willing in the day of His power.

We pray that this pouring out would be unto salvation through Jesus Christ alone, for there is no other name under heaven given among men whereby we must be saved. We ask that many in Brasil who were not His people may be called His people, and that she who had not obtained mercy may obtain mercy, for He has said I will call them My people which were not My people, and her beloved which was not beloved. Oh that the Lord would lead many to say, Thou art my God, and to find their treasure not in ready money but in promises to pay which God has made to His own people.

We pray for Brasil in these last days, that God Most High, El Elyon, would receive all the glory and the honor for what He has done, what He is doing, and what He will do. May the Church there be found walking with God, fervent in prayer, attentive to hear what God the Lord will speak, and putting forth personal effort to make known the Gospel. May the preservation, the perseverance and the eternal glory of His people rest upon His will, and may with God nothing be impossible be seen to be true in the turning of hearts and the establishing of righteousness.

We leave this nation in His hands, asking that His Kingdom, and His glory, and His power may be displayed forever, and that His people may rejoice in Him. In the precious and mighty name of Jesus we pray, Amen.
