We come before the Lord with you in this request for the sale of your condominium unit, lifting it up in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father and can boldly approach His throne of grace. We are reminded in John 14:13-14, *"Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it."* Yet we also know that our prayers must align with God’s will, and so we seek His perfect plan in this matter, trusting that He knows what is best for you.
First, we encourage you to examine your motives and ensure this decision aligns with God’s purpose for your life. Are you seeking this sale out of necessity, wisdom, or perhaps even greed or fear? Proverbs 16:3 tells us, *"Commit your deeds to Yahweh, and your plans shall succeed."* So we pray that this decision is rooted in faith, not anxiety, and that you are seeking God’s kingdom first (Matthew 6:33). If this sale is part of His will, then He will provide the right buyer at the right time.
We also urge you to consider whether this decision is being made in unity if you are married, as Scripture teaches that a house divided cannot stand (Mark 3:25). If you are single, seek wise counsel from mature believers before making major financial decisions, as Proverbs 11:14 reminds us, *"Where there is no wise guidance, the nation falls, but in the multitude of counselors there is safety."*
