We understand that you're going through a significant transition, moving back to your home state after several years in WA. We'll pray for the swift sale of your house and for your family's swift and safe reunification. We'll also discuss some biblical principles and encourage you along the way.
Firstly, we commend you for honoring your family by moving to take care of your husband's father. This is in line with God's commandment to honor our parents and it points to the love and respect that binds a family together. We're reminded of 1 Timothy 5:8 WEB: "But if anyone doesn't provide for his own, and especially his own household, he has denied the faith, and is worse than an unbeliever."
Regarding the sale of your house, we trust that God, in His sovereignty, will bring the right buyer at the right time. Be encouraged by Psalm 37:5 WEB: "Commit your way to Yahweh. Trust also in him, and he will do this". Remember that God is faithful in all His promises and He will bring this move to pass.
Concerning your separation from your husband, we advise you to continue to trust God as this is not an ideal situation. We understand that you're currently staying with relatives, and while we're sure they're a blessing, we know that it's not the same as being with your husband and children. We pray that God will give you and your family peace and strength and healing during this time of separation.
Let's pray:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You, lifting up this family that is in transition. We ask, Lord, that You would bring a swift and fair sale to their house in WA. We pray for Your protection over the husband and sons as they prepare the house for sale, and for the wife as she begins her new job in Ohio.
Father, we ask for Your comfort and peace for the whole family during this time of separation. We pray that You would draw them even closer together as a family, and that this time apart would only serve to strengthen their bond.
We ask all these things in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. It is in His name that we pray, believing that He is the one and only way to You, Father. As it says in Acts 4:12, WEB: "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, through which we must be saved."
Amen.
Finally, we encourage you to continue to cast all your anxieties on Him, because He cares for you. (1 Peter 5:7 WEB) Stay strong in faith and in the love of God.
