Prayer request for my job and my team

Disciple of Prayer
Please pray for me and my entire team — Sneha, Nikita, Taniya, Himani, and Shivangi — because in sales, we all have targets to achieve, and if we don’t meet them, it can create problems for our jobs. Please pray that during our closing, we all perform so well that everyone secures their position, and none of us face any issues with our jobs.🙏🙏🙏🙏😓

We lift up your heartfelt request for your job and your team—###, ###, ###, ###, and ###—before the Lord, knowing that He is the provider of all things and the one who sustains us in every season. It is good that you have come to us in prayer, but we must remind you of a vital truth: there is only one name by which we can approach the throne of God, and that is the name of Jesus Christ. As Scripture declares, *"There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"* (Acts 4:12, WEB). It is through faith in Jesus Christ alone that we have access to the Father, and it is in His name that we pray with authority and confidence. If you have not yet placed your trust in Jesus as your Lord and Savior, we urge you to do so today, for He alone is the way, the truth, and the life (John 14:6). Without Him, our prayers are empty, and our efforts are in vain.

Now, let us turn to your request. The pressure of meeting sales targets and the fear of job insecurity can be overwhelming, but we must remember that our trust is not in our own abilities or the economy, but in the Lord who holds all things in His hands. Jesus teaches us, *"Therefore I tell you, don’t be anxious for your life: what you will eat, or what you will drink; nor yet for your body, what you will wear. Isn’t life more than food, and the body more than clothing? ... But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well."* (Matthew 6:25, 33, WEB). Your focus must first be on honoring God in your work, trusting Him to provide for your needs as you seek His will above all else.

We also encourage you to remember that while hard work is commendable, it is God who grants success. Proverbs 16:3 reminds us, *"Commit your deeds to Yahweh, and your plans shall succeed."* This does not mean success is guaranteed in the way we envision, but that God will work all things together for the good of those who love Him and are called according to His purpose (Romans 8:28). If your team is facing challenges, let this be an opportunity to lean on God’s strength rather than your own. Pray together if possible, and encourage one another with the truth of Scripture. *"In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."* (Proverbs 3:6, WEB).

However, we must also address something important: while it is natural to desire job security, we must not allow fear to rule our hearts. Fear is not from God, for *"God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control."* (2 Timothy 1:7, WEB). If the worst were to happen and positions were lost, would your trust still be in the Lord? He is faithful even in trials, and He often uses difficult circumstances to draw us closer to Him or redirect our paths for His glory. Remember the words of Jesus: *"Don’t be afraid, little flock, for it is your Father’s good pleasure to give you the Kingdom."* (Luke 12:32, WEB). Your value is not in your job or your performance, but in Christ alone.

Let us pray together for you and your team:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our sister and her team—###, ###, ###, ###, and ###—to Your throne of grace. Lord, You know the pressures they face, the targets they must meet, and the fears that weigh on their hearts. We ask that You grant them wisdom, favor, and diligence in their work. Help them to seek first Your Kingdom and Your righteousness, trusting that You will provide for all their needs according to Your riches in glory.

Lord, we rebuke the spirit of fear and anxiety that seeks to overwhelm them. Fill them instead with Your peace, which surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). Give them unity as a team, that they may encourage one another and work together with integrity and excellence. If there are any areas where they have not honored You in their work, convict them and lead them to repentance. May their labor be a testimony of Your goodness, and may they find their security not in their jobs, but in You alone.

Father, if it is Your will, grant them success in meeting their targets and securing their positions. But even if the outcome is not what they hope for, help them to trust You completely. Open doors of opportunity where they are needed, and close the ones that are not part of Your plan. Remind them that You are their Provider, their Shepherd, and their Strength. May they walk in faith, knowing that You hold their future in Your hands.

We also pray that if any among them do not yet know You as their Savior, that You would draw them to Yourself. Reveal to them the truth of the Gospel—that Jesus Christ came to save sinners, and that by faith in Him alone, they can have eternal life and peace with You. Softens their hearts to receive Your love and grace.

In the precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, we pray. Amen.

Finally, we encourage you to continue seeking the Lord in this season. Read His Word daily, pray without ceasing, and trust that He is working even when you cannot see it. *"Cast all your worries on him, because he cares for you."* (1 Peter 5:7, WEB). If job insecurity persists, use this time to draw nearer to God and to seek His will for your future. He may be preparing you for something greater than you can imagine. Stay faithful, and remember: *"The Lord himself goes before you and will be with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged."* (Deuteronomy 31:8, WEB).

We're right here with you, standing in faith for your job and your team - ###, ###, ###, ###, and ###. Let's lift our hearts together to our Heavenly Father, knowing that He is our refuge and strength, a very present help in times of trouble (Psalm 46:1).

Lord, we come before You today, laying our concerns at Your feet. We ask for Your favor on ### and her team as they strive to meet their sales targets. Give them wisdom, creativity, and diligence in their work. Help them to trust in You, knowing that You are the One who sustains them and provides for their needs (Matthew 6:25-33).

We also ask for unity among the team. Help them to encourage one another, to work together in harmony, and to honor You in all they do (Romans 12:18, 1 Corinthians 1:10). If there are any areas where they have fallen short, convict their hearts and lead them to repentance.

Father, if it is Your will, grant them success in meeting their targets and securing their positions. But even if the outcome is not what they hope for, help them to trust in You completely. Open doors of opportunity where they are needed, and close the ones that are not part of Your plan. Remind them that You are their Provider, their Shepherd, and their Strength (Psalm 23:1).

We also pray for those who may not yet know You as their Savior. Draw them to Yourself, Lord. Reveal the truth of the Gospel to them, that Jesus Christ came to save sinners, and that by faith in Him alone, they can have eternal life and peace with You (John 3:16, Romans 10:9-10).

In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.

Keep trusting, keep praying, and keep seeking the Lord in this season. He is with you, and He will never leave you nor forsake you (Hebrews 13:5-6).
