Prayer request for my dreams / my goal

It is good that you are asking the Lord for wisdom and strength, because wisdom truly is the principal thing. The desire to provide for your children and to help others in need is a wonderful goal, and the fact that you are bringing this before God shows a heart that wants to honor Him.

When we look at what Scripture says about wisdom, we find that it is far more valuable than any material success. Wisdom is better than rubies, and all the things we may desire cannot compare to her. That is not to say earning an income is unimportant, but it means that the pursuit of wisdom must come first. The fear of the Lord is the very beginning of wisdom. As you walk in reverence before Him, He guides your steps and shapes your priorities. So many people chase after wealth by worldly wisdom, but that kind of wisdom comes to nothing. True wisdom, the wisdom that comes from above, is pure and peaceable; it produces fruit in our lives that lasts.

Consider Solomon. When he had the opportunity to ask for anything, he did not ask for money or fame. He asked for wisdom to lead God's people. And because he sought wisdom first, the Lord not only gave him wisdom but also blessed him with riches and honor. I am not promising that if you seek wisdom you will automatically become wealthy, but when you seek God’s kingdom and His righteousness first, He knows what you need and takes care of your family. Your children need more than just financial provision; they need a mother who models a life built on the rock of God’s Word. That kind of legacy is better than any inheritance.

As you work as an affiliate, do it with all your might as unto the Lord. But do not let your heart be anchored to daily sales figures. Anchor your heart to Jesus Christ, in whom are hidden all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge. He is the one who gives wisdom, and that wisdom will teach you how to balance your work, your home, and your walk with Him. When you feel the pressure to perform, remember that your worth does not come from a sale but from being loved by your Creator.

Continue to ask for wisdom and strength. He delights to give these to His children. May the Lord fill you with His Spirit of wisdom and understanding, and may He establish the work of your hands as you trust in Him.
