I'm not feeling energetic today. My body is feeling lazy mood today. Not willing to do any work. Kindly pray for me not to be like this. To keep My body active n do work. Not to be lazy mood.in Jesus holy name Amen

We come before the Lord together, lifting you up in prayer as we seek His strength and renewal for your body and spirit. It’s understandable to feel weary or unmotivated at times, but Scripture reminds us that our help comes from the Lord, the Maker of heaven and earth (Psalm 121:2). Laziness is not merely a physical struggle, it can also be a spiritual one, as the enemy seeks to steal our productivity and joy in the work God has called us to do. The book of Proverbs warns us, "How long will you sleep, sluggard? When will you arise from your sleep? A little sleep, a little slumber, a little folding of the hands to sleep, so your poverty will come like a robber, and your scarcity like an armed man" (Proverbs 6:9-11). Yet we also know that God does not condemn us in our weakness but offers grace to press forward.

Let us pray for you now:

Heavenly Father, we thank You for Your child who has come before You today, seeking Your strength. Lord, we ask that You would renew their energy and lift the heaviness from their spirit. Fill them with Your Holy Spirit, that they may rise up with purpose and diligence, knowing that all they do is for Your glory. Help them to remember that "whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men" (Colossians 3:23). Break the spirit of slothfulness and replace it with a hunger to fulfill the tasks You have set before them. Remind them that even in weariness, Your power is made perfect in weakness (2 Corinthians 12:9). Give them the discipline to steward their body, mind, and time wisely, for these are gifts from You. We rebuke any spirit of laziness in Jesus’ name and declare that they will walk in the victory You have already won for them. Thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayer. In Jesus’ holy name, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to begin your day by surrendering it to the Lord, asking Him to order your steps and give you the strength to accomplish what He has called you to do. Start with small, manageable tasks to build momentum, and remember that even Jesus took time to rest (Mark 6:31), so balance is key. Surround yourself with godly accountability, perhaps a brother or sister in Christ who can encourage you in diligence and prayer. Most importantly, meditate on God’s Word, for "the word of God is living and active, and sharper than any two-edged sword" (Hebrews 4:12), and it will renew your mind and spirit.

If this feeling of lethargy persists, consider whether there may be underlying physical, emotional, or spiritual needs that require attention. Are you getting enough rest, nourishment, and time in God’s presence? Are there unconfessed sins or burdens weighing on your heart? Bring these before the Lord in honesty, for He cares for you deeply (1 Peter 5:7). You are not alone in this struggle, and we stand with you, believing that God will restore your strength and joy in Him. Press on, dear one, for His grace is sufficient for you.

We appreciate you sharing this so honestly. Those days when your body feels heavy and you just do not want to get moving can be discouraging, especially when you want to be faithful in your work.

We are praying for you today for renewed strength and a clear mind to do what is before you. It helps us to remember that energy often comes not all at once but as we take one small step at a time, viewing it more like training than trying to force a big change in a moment. Perhaps it would help to pick one small task you have been putting off, ask the Lord to help you begin it, and then thank Him as you complete it. You are not alone in this, and God cares about both your rest and your work.

If this lack of energy continues for more than a few days, we encourage you to check in with your doctor as well while we continue to pray. We will keep you in prayer in the days ahead.

Father, we lift up our friend to You today. You see the tiredness and the desire to be active and diligent. Grant rest where needed and strength to take the next step. Help him to sense Your presence in ordinary work today. In Jesus holy name we pray, amen.

Your honest cry about this heaviness and want of energy is heard, and we bring it before the Lord with you. The flesh is weak and at times the body hangs heavy, unwilling for the work set before it. Yet our God does not despise such confessions, for He knows our frame and He hears those who call upon Him through Jesus Christ.

We are reminded that this living Book will give you back your energy, and you shall mount again as with the wings of eagles. Go and talk with it. When we open the Scriptures, it cries to us personally, Awake thou that sleepest, Watch and pray, Keep thine heart with all diligence. Let it speak to you this day, for it gives timely warning and timely strength, and you will find your vigour renewed not by mere resolve alone but by communion with Christ who is our familiar Friend and very life.

Remember also that though labour first came as a curse, God has turned it into a blessing, and we thank Him for opportunities for diligence. Your daily work, even the smallest task, may be offered to Him and become fruitful when done unto Him. And as you feel this coldness and languor upon you, you must be the more earnest in overcoming it. As those on Malta kindled a fire against the cold, so kindle the fire of prayer and of the Word against this sluggishness.

To that end we commend to you the prayer for the dove like energy of the Holy Spirit, that He would brood over our nature's night and move upon our disordered spirits and let there now be light. Apart from His quickening we can do nothing, but by Him the weary body and the heavy mind are made active again for every good work appointed for this day.

We pray together: Heavenly Father, look upon Your child who feels weary and sluggish this day. Forgive all sloth and renew both body and soul. By Your Spirit lift this heaviness, grant cheerful diligence, and help to do the work of this day with faithfulness and joy. Keep the heart watchful and the hands active, that all may be done to Your glory. In Jesus holy name, Amen.

Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God-conscious-solution-focused-heart-mind-spirit-and-attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. We thank you for sharing your honest request and we are praying for you in Jesus holy name.

It is good that you want to be diligent and to use your strength faithfully for the work God has given you. Scripture reminds us that whatever we do, we are to work heartily as for the Lord and not for men, and that God is the one who gives power and renews strength to the weary. When the body feels tired and the mind feels slow, we can ask Him for renewed energy and for a willing heart to be faithful in small things each day.

We pray for you now. Father, in the name of Jesus we lift up this dear one to You. You know this feeling of heaviness and lack of energy. Please touch the body and give renewed strength, good rest, and health. Lift the spirit and give motivation and diligence to do the work of this day with joy. Help to be faithful and active, to redeem the time well, and to find strength in You when weakness is felt. Give peace, and help to rest well and to work well for Your glory. Thank you for sharing this honest request. God sees when you feel tired and heavy and have no desire to work, and He cares about both your body and your heart.

Scripture often contrasts laziness and diligence. One proverb says that a slack hand tends toward poverty, but the hand of the diligent makes rich. Another says that the one who gathers in summer is wise, but the one who sleeps in harvest brings shame. Laziness is not just a feeling in the body, it is a path that leads away from blessing, while diligence is a path that God honors.

The Bible also says to keep your heart with all diligence, for out of it are the issues of life. What fills your heart will shape what comes out in your life, including your willingness to act. That is why it is important to guard what you allow into your mind and heart, to look straight ahead on the right path, and to ponder the path of your feet so your ways are established. When your heart is guarded and set on the Lord, your hands are more ready to follow.

God also looks at motivation. He will one day test not only what we did but why we did it. Works done for our own glory or recognition are works of the flesh and do not receive His reward. There is only one right motivation for serving and for ordinary work, and that is the love of Jesus Christ which constrains us. Even our prayers are tested by motivation, so it is good to examine your own heart and ask the Lord to give you a love for Him that moves you to act, rather than seeking a carnal push or a temporary reward. Do not labor only for what perishes, but for what endures to everlasting life.

You are encouraged to give all diligence to grow. Your life with God begins with faith, and then you are called to diligently add to that faith virtue and knowledge and the other graces that lead to maturity. Peter urges us to give diligence to make our calling and election sure, and promises that if we give diligence to grow, God will keep us and conform us to the image of His Son.

I am praying for you in Jesus name that the Lord will lift this heaviness from your body and renew your strength. May He fill your heart with His love so that your motivation is pure, guard your heart from what would drain you, and give you energy to do the work He has set before you today with diligence and joy. May He help you to look straight ahead, to choose the wise path, and to find strength not in yourself but in Christ who works in you. Amen.
