We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up this situation concerning ### company. First and foremost, we must acknowledge that vengeance belongs to God alone, and it is not our place to wish harm or destruction upon anyone. Scripture tells us in Romans 12:19, "Don’t seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, 'Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.'" Our role is to pray for justice, repentance, and transformation, not for collapse or ruin.
Father God, we bring ### company before You. We pray that You would open the eyes of those in leadership to the ways in which they may be straying from Your will. If there is discrimination, hypocrisy, or lawlessness in their practices, we ask that You convict their hearts and lead them to repentance. Lord, we know that You desire justice and righteousness in all things, as it is written in Micah 6:8, "He has shown you, O man, what is good. What does Yahweh require of you, but to act justly, to love mercy, and to walk humbly with your God?" We pray that You would soften their hearts to align with Your Word and Your ways.
We also lift up those who may have been affected by any unjust practices. Lord, we ask that You would bring healing, restoration, and fairness to those who have been wronged. Provide them with wisdom, strength, and opportunities to thrive in environments that honor You. Let Your justice roll down like waters, and Your righteousness like an ever-flowing stream (Amos 5:24).
Father, we rebuke any spirit of hypocrisy, lawlessness, or unrighteousness that may be operating within this company. We declare that Your Word is truth, and we stand against anything that contradicts it. We pray that those in leadership would turn away from any practices that do not align with Your commands and instead seek to honor You in all they do. Help them to remember that "righteousness exalts a nation, but sin is a disgrace to any people" (Proverbs 14:34).
Lord, we also pray for the employees of this company. May they be surrounded by Your peace and protection. If there are those who are complicit in unrighteous practices, we ask that You would convict them and lead them to repentance. For those who are seeking to walk in integrity, give them courage and strength to stand firm in their faith, even in challenging environments.
Above all, we pray that Your name would be glorified in this situation. May Your will be done, and may Your kingdom come on earth as it is in heaven. We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the only name by which we can come before You. For it is written in Acts 4:12, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved." We trust in You, Lord, to bring about justice, repentance, and transformation according to Your perfect will. Amen.

Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.
