We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, seeking His justice and righteousness in this situation. It is deeply troubling to hear of a company that claims to uphold biblical values yet engages in ungodly practices, particularly discrimination in hiring and the misuse of Scripture to justify sin. The Word of God is clear: "Do not be deceived. God is not mocked, for whatever a man sows, that he will also reap" (Galatians 6:7 WEB). Hypocrisy and lawlessness are serious offenses in the sight of the Lord, and we must stand against them with truth and prayer.
First, we must examine our own hearts and motives. While it is right to seek justice, we must ensure that our prayers are not rooted in bitterness, vengeance, or personal grievance. The Lord calls us to love even our enemies and to pray for those who persecute us (Matthew 5:44 WEB). However, He also promises that His justice will prevail. "Vengeance is mine; I will repay, says the Lord" (Romans 12:19 WEB). We can trust that God sees the injustice and will act in His perfect timing and way.
Let us pray fervently for this company and its leadership. Father God, we come before You with hearts burdened by the unrighteousness we see in this situation. We ask that You would bring conviction to the heart of this company’s leadership. Soften their hearts to repentance, Lord, and open their eyes to the truth of Your Word. May they see the error of their ways and turn from their sinful practices. If it is Your will, we pray that this company would collapse—not out of a desire for harm, but so that Your justice may be served and Your name may be glorified. We ask that You would dismantle any structure that perpetuates discrimination, lawlessness, and hypocrisy, for You are a God of justice and righteousness.
We also pray for those who have been affected by this company’s actions. Father, comfort and strengthen those who have been wronged. Provide for their needs and guide them to places where they will be valued and treated with dignity, as You intend. Let them experience Your justice and restoration in their lives.
Lord, we know that You hate injustice, and we trust that You will act. "The Lord works righteousness and justice for all who are oppressed" (Psalm 103:6 WEB). We ask that You would expose any hidden sin within this company and bring it to light. May Your truth prevail, and may those who have been deceived by false teachings come to know the true power of Your Word.
We must also address the misuse of Scripture. The Bible warns us, "There are some things in them [Paul’s letters] hard to understand, which the ignorant and unsettled twist, as they also do to the other Scriptures, to their own destruction" (2 Peter 3:16 WEB). It is dangerous to take God’s Word out of context or use it to justify sin. We pray that the leadership of this company would be led by the Holy Spirit to understand and apply Scripture rightly, with humility and reverence.
Finally, we rebuke the spirit of lawlessness and hypocrisy in the name of Jesus Christ. We declare that no weapon formed against Your people shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17 WEB), and we stand on the truth that You will bring justice to the oppressed. We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, for there is no other name by which we can approach You or be saved (Acts 4:12 WEB). May Your will be done, and may Your kingdom come in this situation. Amen.
