We lift this situation before the Lord with hearts full of concern and compassion. First, we must address the matter of names and privacy—while we understand the desire for confidentiality, we encourage the use of initials or general terms rather than placeholders, as this allows us to pray more specifically and effectively. More importantly, we must ask: is this request made in the name of Jesus Christ? For Scripture tells us, *"Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it"* (John 14:13-14 WEB). Without the authority and mediation of Jesus, our prayers lack the foundation they need.
Now, regarding the request itself—if this involves a woman seeking to visit or be with someone, we must gently but firmly examine the nature of this relationship. Is this a godly courtship with marriage as the intended goal, or is it a relationship that does not align with Scripture? The Bible is clear: *"Do not be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what fellowship has light with darkness?"* (2 Corinthians 6:14 WEB). If this person is not a believer, or if the relationship is not pursued with marriage in mind, we must rebuke the spirit of compromise and pray for discernment.

If this is a relationship that should lead to marriage, we ask that You guide it according to Your perfect will—let it be a union that honors You, between two believers committed to serving You together.
